You cannot get a better location, very helpful staff, very nice rooms and amenities, we are so happy we chose this place compared to everywhere else. The perfect quiet spot, just outside of the hustle and bustle.

Sea Rocks is amazing beyond words. We have been blessed to have stayed in great 5 star hotels over many years…we were blown away by this charmer! Sea Rocks thought of every need and want. There are not enough good words to say about Andrea and Sea Rocks, so I will just say we literally cannot wait to get back to Dubrovnik and Sea Rocks…would never think of staying anywhere else!

The best location, right outside the Pile gate, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Andrea is so sweet and professional, we were able to check out later which was greatly appreciated. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. The 24 hour snack room for water etc is invaluable for travelers. Highly highly recommend, we hope to come back with our family. It was magical

Everything about this property is stunning! Our room on the top level was very large and nicely furnished. The in-room cooler included complementary snacks and beverages. The location cannot be beat—literally next door to the city walls and walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. The outdoor common spaces overlook the water. This is the only property we will stay at in Dubrovnik!

Amazing property in an ideal location next to the old town gate. Great views from the balconies of the ocean and old fort. Andrea, the manager was very helpful in getting us reservations at a popular restaurant. There’s a lounge that offers complimentary coffee, soft drinks and snacks 24 hours

Perfection.

Fantastic place right at the edge of the old town. We have been at a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels and I can confidently say that this place is outstanding. Welcoming, great attention to detail and a quiet oasis only a minute away from the pile gate. Perfect 4-night stay! We will be back.

Incredible stay at Sea Rocks Residence!

Incredible stay. Perfect location for the Old City, quiet despite the tourist throngs nearby. Smartly appointed and immaculate rooms with a great bed and shower. Incredible private terraces overlooking the harbor near the Fort, but best of all was the hospitality of Sea Rocks Residence. Our host Andrea was friendly, helpful, and took pride in making sure her guests were satisfied. Great experience! Don't hesitate in booking. You won't be disappointed!

I had the single room with sea view and everything was outstanding: clean and modern room with a fabulous view, just outside Pile gate, close to everything. The room had a fruit plate waiting for me and the property offered free daily access to a rich snack/coffee bar. I felt pampered. I especially appreciated that the host, Andrea, let me keep the room till 4 pm on my departure day (check out time was still 11am) since the next guest announced a late arrival.

Holy smokes! The Sea Rocks Residence is amazing: great location in Old Town, local attractions and good restaurants nearby, beautiful rooms overlooking the Adriatic Ocean and Fort) and the BEST service ever provided by Andrea and the rest of the Staff!!!! Design of this property was excellent. Beautiful and functional. Location was perfect for visiting the old town and for swimming. Our hostess Andrea was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. A first rate property in every respect right down to the electronic locks, the free room minibar and the breakfast lounge. A bit of a splurge but worth it.

If you are lucky enough to find availability for one of the six rooms at Sea Rocks, book it! I cannot say enough about the accommodations and Andrea. The rooms are well appointed and lovely; our floor had a door to a rooftop deck where you could relax and enjoy a beautiful view. There is also a lounge area with refreshments available for the guests. It is steps away from the Pile Gate yet tucked away from the main road and noise. Andrea was so kind and helpful to us from the time of booking until our departure. It was a refreshing change from being at a large hotel; the attention to detail and the care given to the guests was just top notch! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It deserves all of the wonderful comments and reviews.

Best Surprise Ever - perfect views!

I stumbled on this one evening as I walked by the water and I needed to book 3 nights as I was playing my travel by hear before heading back to the states. It turned out to be absolutely perfect in every way. Andrea, the property manager of this sweet as pie 6 room hotel, met me on arrival, always keeping in touch, attending to all of my requests immediately. It’s absolutely perfect, away from the cruise ship crowds, the hectic pace inside the walls, it’s super quiet, brand new and is just perfect.

Quite Oasis tucked in wonderful location!

From the moment we arrived Andrea and colleagues began the service experience nothing short of exceptional. The amenities were more than expected. All mini bar items were included. Downstairs coffee all included 24 hours a day. Always meticulously attended to. Nikolina from housekeeping ironed clothes and kept room spotless. Air conditioning was on the blink in one room couple of days but was resolved by comping our parking. The outdoor patio with lounge chairs and wonderful view was a centerpiece of daily conversations and relaxation. This was one of the best experiences of our lives. Highly recommend!

Croatia Road Trip September 2024

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. For any big Game of Thrones fans the rooms look out on to Kings Landing. The communication was superb from the booking through to check-in and departure. Sea Rocks arranged our transport from the Ferry Port and also to the airport for our return journey home. They regularly sent us updates regarding our check-in and the lady who showed us to our room was lovely. We had the largest room which is on the top floor. It was huge with views across the Adriatic sea. There was a mini fridge which we would help ourselves to at no extra cost and they even left us some fresh flowers, a welcome card, a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit. The bed and bedding was by the far the best of all the places we stayed. The accommodation is just outside of Pile Gate but you don't hear any noise at all. There is a communal room in the basement where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, snacks etc throughout the day. We saw so many people within the walls lugging suitcases up and down all the stairs - if you stay here you won't need to do this at all. We really cannot recommend this place enough. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Words cannot express how amazing this property is! 2 balconies to enjoy, a lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, fresh, beautiful decor, well laid out, just stunning! And the location!!!!! Where people come all day and night to take pictures is literally where the balconies face! Easy to get to with very few steps. I felt it was the most beautiful location in the entire city and we had the privilege of staying there!

Absolutely outstanding accommodation - we had a wonderful stay! Sitting on the balcony was a great stress reliever - such a perfect location. The lack of breakfast is a shame - but the drinks/snacks certainly make up for this! You won’t regret booking this fantastic place!

Lovely, peaceful accommodations

We absolutely loved Sea Rocks! The accommodations were beautiful and location fantastic! We enjoyed the terrace with big comfy chairs and great views next to our room, the lovely room amenities and toiletries, and lounge with stocked breakfast food, coffee, and snacks. We also appreciated the complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks. Even though the location is next to a busy plaza adjacent to the old city gates, the Sea Rocks is beautifully designed for a very quiet and peaceful respite from the the hustle and bustle. Overall a wonderful experience, well priced and lovely accommodations. ,
