Lovely!

Lovely unit in a great location with easy beach access and lots of restaurants nearby. The condo was very well equipped in every way even with regards to beach chairs, towels and toys & balls for the kids to enjoy. The whole family had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay on the beach in a beautiful condo! It was just as advertised and we had everything we needed during our stay. The proximity to the pool and beach was amazing.

It was a very nice stay, lots of rules to learn for the building and with the construction going on it was a little crazy at times trying to figure out where we were suppose to go but host has no control over that part of our stay! Valet is nice to have but wish it could have been self park or valet depending on our days activities of coming and going. My family enjoyed the condo and would recommend it to anyone looking to be close to the beach!

A lovely little gem

The property was perfect for our family of four for a quick holiday vacation. A very clean home in a good location, with most restaurants a walk or quick Uber ride away, and excellent pizza place across the street, and shopping a few miles away. The hosts are excellent communicators, and I greatly appreciated that they made us feel so welcome in their home. I highly recommend.

Spring Break 2024

Overall, very comfortable condo and facility. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Easy access to the beach, (not much of a view from the condo, but we knew that going in.) LL had beach chairs, and other gear available in the closet which was really convenient. Staff were very courteous & helpful. Landlord was very timely and accurate in all communications. I’d definitely recommend renting from this LL again in the future. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Diamond in the rough

Pros Close to everything Nice beach area Clean pool Extremely clean unit with everything you need (including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) Beds are super comfortable Nice view of ocean 4th floor so stairs are feasible 7-11 right across the street for snack runs Walmart 0.5 miles away Cons Building a little dated in the common areas One of 2 elevators not working so fairly prolonged waits Unit overlooks parking lot and some of the valet workers set off the panic alarm to find the cars which is incredibly annoying (just some, not all) Would definitely stay here again with my family of 4!

Clean, comfortable, beautiful beach

I stayed in this unit for a week with my husband and adult children. The unit was very comfortable. The owners were extremely nice and very available and accomodating. The kitchen was well equip which I loved as I was happy to be able to prepare meals. Although the main view is of the parking lot, when you go on the balcony you are able to see the beach and the pool. The sunrises were beautiful. You do pay for valet parking which was $10 a day. We have stayed in other buildings on the beach and the parking at those buildings were more expensive. The laundry is conveniently located steps from the unit which was wonderful to have. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the unit but does have to do with the building. The lobby is pumped with fragrance which we found to be offensive. Since I am a health advocate, I was bothered that all guests and tenants are being exposed to an unknown fragrance.

Wonderful Stay

We go on an Annual Adults vacation and we had the best time here. The location is so close to the beach and the pool was great. The place was clean and they had chairs/towels for the beach. We would stay here again if we came back to Hollywood area.

Spring break 2025

Would definitely recommend staying here, the condo was very clean, comfortable and had all anyone needs to make you feel at home. Area was very peaceful and clean compared to Miami Mid-beach where we stayed last year. Beautiful beach, clean, warm and relaxing pool area. If you don’t mind relaxing walks you have all the necessity stores within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Definitely a positive experience for this vacation. Age group ranged from 18 yrs to 90 yrs accommodating for all!
