"Perfekt SeaSunned" är precis vad du kommer att vara när din vistelse här! Breda och rymliga frontdäck erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen - stranden ligger bara några steg över den lugna gatan. Titta på vågorna från huset! Njut av den stora, poolen (uppvärmd på begäran) och spelområdet.

Huset är helt ombyggd, med vacker kakel, sten, trä och rostfritt - utökat till 3 sovrum och 3 1/2 bad, med öppet koncept kök, matsal, vardagsrum - så att alla kan spridas och njuta av varandra och stranden. Njut av det nya gourmetköket, spa-liknande badrum, rymliga rum och den nya poolen! Se ombildningsresultaten i bilderna.

De 2 kung och 1 sovrum har egna badrum. Ytterligare ett halvt bad är tillgängligt från köket och vardagsrummet har en utdragbar queen size-säng. Alla lyxiga madrasser är nya, och alla sovrum har dubbla franska dörrar som öppnar sig på däcken.

De främre däcken ser ut på vattnet i viken. Ryggdäcket tar dig ner till den privata poolen och utomhus vardagsrummet, med en utomhusdusch och ett halvt bad (4 1/2 badrum totalt, räknar utomhusfaciliteter), mycket stort utomhus picknickbord, gasgrill, fisk städstation, spel område och bar!

We have stayed in many vacation homes and this beautiful beach home is beyond exceptional! The hosts have considered every need. The kitchen is stocked with ample cookware, dishes, spices and supplies. Linens are hotel quality and primary bathroom has spa-like features. Access to the beach is only steps away and the pool is amazing, especially with poolside bathroom, shower and eating area access. The view from the front deck is beautiful. Our group of 7 was impressed with the details and collectively agree this is a 10/10 property! We will definitely return in the future!

Family vacation

Good communication prior to arriving to know what the house had for use.Easy entry and plenty of space for 3 kids and 4 adults.Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely come back to this house.

A "Perfectly SeaSunned" week

Our crew consisted of 6 adults in need a Spring getaway. The moto was, "we have nothing to do and all day to do it". The stay at Perfectly SeaSunned was just that, perfect. The house is great. Each room is a good size for 6 adults, has its own bathroom (a big plus). The beds were comfortable. The house was clean, well-stocked with the essentials and has a comfortable feel. The two decks (front and pool side) were great for hanging out. The pool is a good side and has plenty of seating. The outdoor shower and bathroom located by the pool are great creature comforts. The hosts were awesome. We had no issues, just a few questions about some minor things and they were very responsive. They even made sure we were aware of and prepared for the tornado watch we had one day. With the house being across the street from the beach, you have a great view where you're situated perfectly with a view straight out toward the beach. (There are houses on either side but the view between them is great.) There's even a (non-public access) path to the beach directly across from the house, as well as a public access boardwalk just a short walk from the house. The hidden gem is the wooded "rest area". It was perfect for reading or just sitting and having a quiet moment, surrounded by trees and shrubbery. All in all, it was a great escape from adult reality and adulting. Everyone had a fantastic time. Would we recommend? Yes. Would we return? Yes!

Spring Break 2025

We loved St. George Island and Perfectly Seasunned!! The views were amazing, the house had everything you need/want, and the owners were very easy to work with. There was a chance of severe weather one day, and they made sure to let us know what was going on. Absolutely one of the best rental experience we have ever had.

Wonderful stay

This place is perfect, the owner was bet nice and helpful. It was cooler than expected even some freezing rain but all was perfect. Got to enjoy the last week with heated pool, really enjoyed that!

Beach Vacation

This is our 2nd stay at this home, and it is still our favorite. It is clean, dog friendly, and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We enjoyed the pool and huge deck. Pam is great to communicate with and can’t wait until we can return again!

Great property and location!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was a great experience. It fit our family perfectly and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, etc., so we were able to cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted to. The only downfall this time was the cleanliness of the house. Hurricane Helene had just come through 2 days prior to our check in and I’m not sure the cleaning crew had time to clean effectively. There was old toothpaste and hair in the master sink bathroom. But other than that, it was a perfect house. We hope to visit again!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The home was incredibly clean, was stocked with everything you could need (from kitchen goods to beach equipment), the pool + outdoor space were a treat, steps from the beach, best views, and quiet island location. Pam was so lovely to communicate with as well. We feel lucky to have stayed and will absolutely be back!

Family vacation

Perfectly Sea-sunned had everything we needed for a memorable family beach vacation. The wide covered front porch with a view of the gulf is perfect for lazy mornings and coffee. The owners have thought about everything you need to feel at home, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a great grilling area with an outdoor table, beach towels, dvds, games and books. The floor plan is great with all the bedrooms off a large gathering area and kitchen. It’s just a short walk to the beach so everyone can come and go as they please or lounge around the pool. The owners could not have been more attentive and responsive. We didn’t want to leave!

Enjoyed our 2nd stay at the house!

We stayed at Perfectly SeaSunned again because we loved it so much! Pam was great to work with again. We sure enjoyed the private pool and being so close to the beach. I especially love the 2 sinks in the kitchen and the private baths in each bedroom. The outdoor shower was also a hit with the guests.

Perfect House, location, and beach!

I have nothing but great things to stay for this house. We would absolutely stay here again. The communication from the owners before checkin and with all the items in the home was fantastic. We could not ask for better hosts. Perhaps we were just lucky, but the beach this visit was the best it has been in our 4 visits to St. George Island.

Our family has been coming to St George Island (SGI) since the early 90’s. We are from Atlanta and have always loved the beautiful SGI beaches, and the relaxed and dog-friendly atmosphere.

In my childhood, my parents owned a construction company, and they were known for quality homes and for treating each individual with honesty, dignity and respect. I’ve tried to follow their example.

The beach and the views! SGI and Apalachicola are dog-friendly, making vacations great for the whole family.

SGI offers absolutely beautiful beaches, and is complemented by Apalachicola's restaurants, brewery, and bars, shops, and live music venues - the best of both worlds!

Saint George is one of the few yet unspoiled Gulf Coast beaches, with a beautiful State Park taking up a third of the island. A bicycle path across the island allows visitors to experience island living at their own pace.

Perfectly SeaSunned has unusually spacious rooms, great views and is directly across the street from the beach.

The house was built in 1983; It’s had many years of salty seasoning, with great bones — and we took it down to the bones when we renovated.

Phase 1 Renovation (2015) moved the kitchen cabinets away from the ocean views, installed new windows and doors, replaced the siding and built new decks. Phase 2 (2016) redid the baths – from 2 baths to 3½ inside and 1 outside, and replaced the septic system, water heater, and ac vents with larger capacities. Phase 3 (2017) put in a large, private pool, and completely renovated the kitchen, installed all new weathered-grey flooring, installed reverse osmosis and water softening/filter systems to ensure clean water, and moved the living room to the front of the house to take advantage of the views.
