This house had so many places to hang out. The dock was great for fishing and the pool was incredible for relaxing. Really enjoyed this house and our time there.

Absolutely amazing property! Beautiful bay-front location, gorgeous pool and party area, spacious and comfortable living areas with well-stocked kitchen and huge island. Heated floors in the master bathroom. The home and the island are very dog-friendly. We took our dog with us everywhere. Paddy’s was especially good - great food, fun atmosphere, and lots of dogs! High times feels like a hidden gem. We cannot wait to come back.

We stay on St. George every year for our extended family vacation and this is by far our favorite! We loved everything about it from being on the water, the pool and outside sitting areas, large kitchen, MIL suite and private, quiet gated community. Bring some storage containers, though, the only thing it's missing. Communication was great too!

We enjoyed our stay even though it rained all week and we had to leave early because of the hurricane coming in. The house was wonderful and a great size for our family coming together at the beach. We enjoyed the pool especially since the weather was so bad we didn’t go over to the beach but two afternoons.The hot tub was also a hit. All the men had a great time fishing from the dock and caught some nice red fish. In the evening Paddy’s was rocking and full. We cooked low country boil one night when it was too rainy to get out and also grilled steaks. The house is well stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen and we made good use of it. The bar area down by the pool was a popular place to watch the ball games. I cannot recommend this home enough for all your vacation memories. Thank you Lori for sharing your bayside home with us.

This property is very nice and well maintained. Pool is awesome as is the house and amenities.Some things that could use improvement are:- the dock is shallow so if you have a boat, don't plan on going out at low tide. - the dock also does not have any cleats or tie up points for boats.- bugs are par for the course at beach homes and this one is no different.- Kitchen has no pantry.

Great bay side house

This is our second year at SGI and love the bayside for its tranquility. The pool on this property seals the deal. Clean place. Great amenities.

The house is Gorgeous and so amazing. The pool is great, the views are wonderful, and the sunsets are breathtaking. The kitchen literally has everything and anything we needed, and my husband wanted to take the stove with us. We loved everything about the house with two exceptions, LOL! Not having access to the outdoor elevator/dumbwaiter would have been so great, we had a time trying to carry everything up the two flights of stairs. The second was the Master Bath: Can you please, please, please put up some kind of blinds in the master bath? I was not super thrilled to take a shower or go to the bathroom in there. I could see the people in the house next to me so I can only assume they could see me to. We did as much "covering" as possible, but y'all just need to put some blinds on that window. Other than that, the entire experience was awesome. We would definitely rent again.

We loved all of it! Nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen, good size bedrooms and baths. The pool was beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and outside dining areas. The view of the bay was wonderful and fishing from the dock was a treat. The walk to the beach wasnt too far but with little kids a wagon would be a plus. Our last night we enjoyed smores with the grandkids at the sweet fire pit. Great memories were made!!

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. This is our 5th or 6th stay on St George Island and first time with this property. Very much enjoyed the hot tubs and a few days was warm enough to enjoy the pool. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets over the bay that was enjoyed off the dock. It took a few tries to find a public path to the beach as it is not marked and there has been a lot of new houses up since we were last on the island about 5 years ago! The home was clean and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. There was some maintenance done on the septic while we were there on two of the days but the management had sent me a text to alert us and the men were respectful and professional as they worked while we hung out by the pool. I would recommend this house to others!

The house was great. We loved the pool area. The screened in porches were the best. You can enjoy the outdoors and not get all the bugs. The kids loved the beach area, we explored the water at low tide. No real issues during our stay. Communication was great. The beach wasn’t as close as we thought but not a big deal. Had a few great sunsets too.

This property was a truly wonderful place for our family to vacation. It was thoughtfully appointed, and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the beds were all comfy. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as lighters and s’mores sticks for the fire pit, and things like plenty of dishwasher soap, trash bags, and dish soap. There are citronella candles ready at the outdoor areas, however there were very few bugs! It made our stay even better to have these things provided for us. The sunset views were incredible, and we marveled every day at how quiet and peaceful it was here. We highly recommend!
