One of the best things about Island Sun by Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties is being able to leave the car behind and enjoy everything on foot, Lisa. We're so glad you loved the location and found it easy to get to both the beach and the Village. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing Siesta Key getaway soon!

We’re so glad you had a great stay at Island Sun by Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties and loved the easy beach access, Hannah. Being in a tropical island setting, it’s not uncommon for the occasional critter to make an appearance from time to time, especially with the warm coastal climate. We’re happy our team was able to respond quickly and take care of it right away so you could get back to enjoying your vacation. Thanks again for staying with us and we’d love to host you again for another Siesta Key escape!

Doesn’t get much better than that—Island Sun just steps from the beach and an easy stroll to the Village, Vicki! So glad you enjoyed the heated pool too, it’s a favorite for winding down after a day in the sand. Thanks for staying with Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties and we’d love to have you back for another sun-filled escape!

Overall, we had an excellent stay!! Perfect location steps from the beach and lots of parking available. We had a drain issue and maintenance came and fixed it almost immediately. Some of the furniture could use replacement (crushed couch arm) and appliances slightly outdated. Fridge alarmed the first night and took us a bit to identify and fix it. One propane tank was empty which slowed down our grilling, but another grill was good to go but the host was quick to offer a replacement if needed. I would recommend for a family getaway!!

Thank you for spending your family getaway with us at Island Sun by Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties, Sheri! Having the beach just steps away and plenty of parking available makes settling into vacation mode so much easier. We’re glad our maintenance team was able to quickly resolve the drain issue and that our team was ready to help with the propane situation when it came up. That kind of prompt support is something we take pride in. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the furniture and appliances. We’ll be sure to share those notes with our team as we continue making updates to the home. Thank you for the recommendation and for choosing Island Sun. We’d love to welcome your family back for another memorable stay on Siesta Key!

There was no beach view but we were right across the street from beach access 10 and easy walk to beach. Our half of duplex overlooked the pool. The other half overlooked the street and may have a view towards the beach. It would be very nice to have both halves with family or friends you know. We had an issue with shower drain and I texted and maintenance was there fixing it within 10 minutes. Fastest response I have ever gotten

Thanks for sharing your experience at Island Sun, Leisa! Being right across from beach access #10 really does make it easy to enjoy the beach, even without a direct view. We appreciate you pointing out the layout as well—it’s a great option for families or friends to book both sides together. And we’re so glad our team could jump in quickly to take care of the shower issue. That kind of response time is exactly what we aim for at Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties. We’d love to welcome you back for another easygoing beach stay.

Beautifully decorated and very clean!

Beautifully decorated and very clean rental within walking distance to beach access and town. The beach was one of the most beautiful we have been to and I liked the fact the location was near the quieter end of the beach away from the public access down the street. Very nice heated pool to come back to from the beach and swim in the evening. Management was very accommodating and sent maintenance right over to replace batteries in our lock box. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
