Detta är en strand / havet inför lägenhet. När du är i vardagsrummet eller på balkongen ser du precis vid havet !!



Detta är en av de bästa condosna i Orange Beach och längs Alabama Gulf Coast. Kom till det roliga i solen eller flyta ner i den lata floden. Phoenix West är en av de mest lyxiga bostadsrätterna på Gulfen! Utsikten mot öst och väst är otroligt från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet. Med över 1.950 m² är enheten väldigt rymlig och överdådigt möblerad. Ingen kostnad skonades för din njutning och avkoppling. Vi har just installerat ett nyckelfärdigt entrélås på ytterdörren !! Det betyder att du och din familj inte behöver hålla några nötter under din vistelse, bara slå i en nummerkombination på knappsatsen och dörren låser upp!



Enheten är konstnärligt målade och professionellt dekorerad med rostfria vitvaror, skräddarsydda skåp, granitbänkskivor, våt bar med ismaskin, 46 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrum med platt-TV och DVD i sovrummet, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng medan det andra sovrummet har en drottning och tvilling rulla säng och 2 dubbelsängar utgör det tredje sovrummet. Det finns också två bäddsoffa drottning sängar i vardagsrummet bör du behöva mer utrymme.



Det finns en lat flod, vattenrutschbana, utomhuspool med inhägnad kiddy pool, uppvärmd pool i poolen, två jacuzzis, toppmoderna gym, 2 bastur och tennisbanor på taket.



Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

We had a great time at Phoenix West. We had a lot of room despite having 12 people in our group. It was quite and our kids could play and be kids! The entire facility was very clean. The kids loved the lazy river, slides and pool! They had something to do without having to leave the facility! We are planning our next visit to Phoenix West, Orange Branch!

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering we paid over 2,100 for three nights. Unfortunately, the condo was not as clean or well maintained as we expected.Our experience started off on the wrong foot because when we arrived to check in, we weren't even in the system. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress at the beginning of our vacation. As soon as we walked into the condo, the entire place had a very strong vinegar smell, which was unpleasant and remained noticeable throughout our stay. The kitchen was not properly cleaned. The cabinet handles and doors were dirty, the kitchen itself needed a thorough cleaning, and when we opened the refrigerator, there were food crumbs inside along with a strong fish odor. One of the refrigerator drawers was broken and had simply been placed on top of the refrigerator instead of being repaired. The pillows were extremely flat, stained, and looked unsanitary. They were so uncomfortable and unappealing that none of us could bring ourselves to use them. We ended up sleeping with our beach towels as pillows. The dryer also did not work properly. We had to restart it multiple times usually three times just to get our clothes dry. Throughout the condo, many of the lampshades were broken, the couches were visibly dirty, and we even found trash underneath one of the beds. In the master bathroom, there was black mold along the edge of the shower. For the amount we paid, we expected a clean, well maintained property.

Great Stay!

The property is well maintained. Unit was just as deacribed and photos shown. Lazy river was very nice, although crowded. I would day during peak summer season the pool area gets super crowded fast! Check in was a breeze and it was nice knowing there is security on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo and building were in good condition, great location, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I enjoyed waking up to see the dolphins in the ocean and watching them play in the evening. You are on the beach within minutes, and we truly enjoyed the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool area. We didn't use the stove or anything that had to do with cooking, but the kitchen was very equipped if we needed to. They have a nice grill area if you want to grill. Overall, my family and I had a great vacation.

Orange Beach Condo

Was a beautiful location and very nice condo with a great view of the beach. The lazy river was very nice to have onsite. Parking was pretty easy and we were able to find a spot on the bottom level nearly the whole trip. The condo was missing a few essentials you may want to bring, like ordinary seasonings if you cook anything and regular dish soap.

Wonderful OBA spot

My parents snowbird in this building and we appreciated having our own space for visiting them. Having the extra twin bed in the 3rd bedroom was great for us, teens aren’t particularly fond of sharing beds!The whole condo was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well. We had no issues so no communication with the property manager was necessary beyond the check in info.

Get what you pay for

Smelled like mildew - especially the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Dryer had standing water inside each morning (vent issue). Furnishings were a bit worn down. Location was great - view was incredible.

Orange beach Condo

Great views and the condo was big enough for everyone staying here. Easy access to the beach, and walking distance to 3 restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, glasses, pots, pans everything needed for cooking meals. Furniture (couches and chairs) are old and well used, very uncomfortable. The washing machine makes a horrendous noise when used. Overall we have enjoyed our stay.
