Detta vackra strandhus stod färdig hösten 2016 och har allt du kan önska dig för en minnesvärd strandresa.
Det är cirka fyra kvarter söder om Belmont park och en enkel promenad i motsatt riktning till bryggan. Bara ett perfekt läge för en
lugn semester och också en kort resa till de många roliga aktiviteterna i och runt San Diego. Möjligheterna är oändliga!

Detta hus har ett komplett vardagsrum med stor platt-tv, gourmetkök med vackra bänkskivor och matbord.
Allt öppet konceptutrymme som leder till en rymlig uteplats med havsutsikt. Denna marknivå har även sovrummet med en stor platt-tv och spa-liknande master badrum.

Handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Ta med strandhanddukar, stolar och parasoller.

Such a beautiful home, stocked with all the things we needed. Steps from mission beach, beautiful views of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. It was an excellent getaway. I would rent this property again.

Finding location was a challenge, but once found, it was fine, Parking very tight, but rented a very small car so it did fit. Bed comfortable, very short walk to beach, nice little patio out front. Kitchen clean and modern. Floors dirty, bring slippers. Freezer needed cleaning as well.

Great home

Great location and updated home. Living room couch could be updated as it was a bit worn - but the home was beautiful, comfortable and the owner was so helpful with suggestions and little amenities that were thoughtful (take out menus, etc)Would definitely recommend staying

Wonderful property in a great location

This property was amazing. Like new with great everything you need to feel at home for two weeks. Furniture, appliances, dishes, bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs. It all made it so easy to feel at home. That is on top of a great location that was close to the beach and bay side. Food and drink also within walking distance. Yet, it was nice a quite at night. Great property!

Property was clean, modern, UpToDate and just as pictured. Only complaint was the cable TV system-awkward to use and kept going offline. just hard to use. Great location-great host-will want to come back!

2024 Vacation

The property is beautiful and just a few steps to the beach. Very quiet. The only downside was the host tried to "upsale" the balcony on the second floor, which we declined and the house rules asked that we "do the laundry". This was not in our contract, nor stated in the listing. Since we paid a cleaning fee we didn't feel this was appropriate, so we didn't.

Fantastic Stay

We have been to San Diego 4 times now and this was by far our best VRBO experience. Communication with the property owner was fantastic, the house was clean and ready for us, and the location was simply awesome. It's about a 50 yard walk to the boardwalk where you can walk to restaurants and to the beach. We did not even need our car once we were here. I have saved this listing and if we come back to San Diego we will definitely be looking here.

Absolutely beautiful!

New and and totally up to date property that is managed with pride by the owner. Ginnie is easy to get ahold of when needed and is a gracious host. The place is just steps from the beach, takeout restaurants serving Mexican and Italian fare as well as breakfast, a couple of bars frequented by locals and small beach markets. It is a short walk to Belmont Park and the restaurants of Mission Beach. We loved our stay there.

Beach Getaway

My wife and I stayed here while in San Diego for our mini-moon. The house comes exactly as advertised and was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could want or need. The location was perfect being only steps away from the beach where we could go relax in the beach chairs provided by the host. Ginny was easy to reach and communicate with and a superb host. I would highly recommend this rental for any couple looking to spend some time in San Diego.

Amazing Stay

Super clean house, close to shopping/restaurants and the beach. It was the perfect house and location for our family. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
