Lägenhet 80 kvm. (6 personer) i Via San Gregorio Armeno, den symboliska stället för den gamla staden och den antika Neapel. Lägenheten ligger i en charmig 'palats' av napolitanska historiska centrum. Renoverat i augusti 2010: nytt vardagsrum. Lägenheten ligger nära till restauranger, barer och historiska platser. Otrolig utsikt över Vesuvio Volcan, katedralen, en kulle i San Martino. Tre bekväma rum. 4: e våningen. DA Juni 2013 med hiss! Wi-Fi. Lägenheten ligger i Spaccanapoli kvartalet i hjärtat av staden. Omgivningarna är representativa för historia Neapel och dess gamla centrum. I samma stadsdel är de viktigaste napolitanska kyrkor: Santa Chiara, Gesù Nuovo, Duomo, etc. Berättelsen till hands! Nära centralstationen med tåg till Pompeji, Herculaneum, och hamnen med färjor till Capri, Ischia och Procida och Amalfikusten.

Två lägenheter i en symbolisk plats för de gamla Neapel: Via San Gregorio Armeno. I hjärtat av den vackra gamla staden. I centrum, nära universitetet Federico II och centralstationen. Palatset byggdes över 400 år sedan, i den karakteristiska Spaccanapoli kvartalet. Kvarteret själv känns som en pittoreska gamla stan i centrala Neapel. Stämningen är mycket livley, med charmiga marknader, pittoreska butiker av hantverkare, kulturföreningar, speciella barer och bra restauranger. Väl ansluten till alla de stora sevärdheterna med buss och tunnelbana.
Via San Gregorio Armeno är en så viktig punkt för den konstnärliga liv, turistattraktion och jul i Neapel.
Lägenheterna ligger i en charmig palats av napolitanska historiska centrum: Palace of Mormando i Via San Gregorio Armeno i Spaccanapoli kvartalet.

Napoli stay

Great location in historic Naples, plenty of vendors in the neighborhood. Great food. We walked 20 minutes to the ferry for a day trip to Sorrento. Emanuela is a great host would definitely recommend this location

Quiet and ideally situated for exploring the city on foot or public transport and within 20 minutes walk to the ferry boats in the port.3 effective bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. were useful as was the washingmachine

Cozy quiet apartment in historic Naples

We could not have found a better place to stay in the heart of historic Naples. It was quiet inside but in the heart of the hustle and bustle outside. Within walking distance to the central train station and port. The owner Emanuela was very helpful and readily answered any of our questions. Highly highly recommended.

Retreat in Old Town of Napoli

We spent 4 days at Emanuelas apartment in the busy heart of Napoli . Lots of space and great views over the town and to the Vesuv. Perfect location to relax after exhausting days in the city. Spotlessly clean. Very attentive host.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was fantastic! There is a lift or 96 stairs - your choice. The owner was delightful and very helpful. The apartment is right in the heart of the old city and although busy, was very quiet. Close to supermarket and restaurants and cafes. We would stay there again!

Location, Location

Center of all the activity. The apt is very, very cozy with a small staircase for the two upstairs bedrooms and tiny upstairs bathroom with slanted roof so you'll bend over some. Hostess is wonderful and lives next door. Tip: take the taxi to this apt. The metro leaves you a long uphill walk away and pulling luggage over cobblestones all the way.

Trip to Naples

We booked this stay at Naples and we had a fabulous experience. The only issue was the wifi stopped working the seond day but Emanuela was awesome and she got a portable wifi device very quickly. The wifi was restored the next day. I recommend using the elevator if you have large luggage otherwise you awill have to climb 4 flights of steps.

Lovely apartment in centre of Naples

We had a lovely stay for four nights in Emanuela's apartment. The location was fantastic - on one of the busy streets in the centre of Naples, so close to all the must-see attractions. The double-glazing in the apartment meant that the sounds from the street never reached us so we could still have a good night's sleep. The apartment had everything we wanted, and there were nice extras including traditional coffee provided in the kitchen. The apartment was perfect for our group of four friends, but it would be equally suitable for a family group. The host, Emanuela, was very helpful and our stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Beautiful apartment

It is a cool place to stay. It was a little hard to find at first and a little challenging because there are a lot of codes to enter, but we felt safe and adjusted quickly.

We like the location. The 2 upstairs bedrooms the roof was at an angle so tall people beware. The stairs going to these rooms was steep. NNo tv in the 4rf

Wonderful location!

The apartment was perfect for our 3 day visit to Naples- the location is superb- once you get used to the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood you'll appreciate how close you are to amazing restaurants and sites. Emanuella is super kind and responsive. Be aware that finding the apartment can be challenging so stay in touch with her. Would stay again!

An oasis of tranquility in an exciting city

Loved being in Historic Center

Overall stay was great. It was about 4 blocks from nearest parking spot so if bringing a car, it's a hike with luggage. But plenty of shopping, restaurants, activities and night life nearby. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in Spaccanapoli neighborhood of Naples

Everything about our stay was as advertised. The apartment is very well furnished, and we lacked nothing. The host, Emanuela, was very attentive and responsive and gave us all the information and assistance we needed. The views from the upper rooms are fantastic, and we were very comfortable during our week's stay here. I will definitely try and stay here again on my next trip to Naples.

Perfect home in Napoli

My family traveled to Napoli for a wedding in June, and had an amazing time thanks to Emanuela and this apartment. It's perfectly located in a vibrant neighborhood with tons of shops, sightseeing, and restaurants. Despite the heat, the apartment was cool and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. The views were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment fully stocked with everything we could need. Emanuela was also extremely helpful and attentive - answering questions and giving tips to make the most of our stay. I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back again!!!

Fantastic stay and host

This Apartment is in a perfect location to explore Naples. Our host Emanuela was brilliant from booking in to checking out. All information is provided and emailed and messaged and more. Emmanuel was generous, and at hand for any information, where best to eat and visit, and will organise transfer to the airport. Brilliant stay will come again.

perfect Napoli location

our family had a great stay at this property. the location was “in the middle of it all” - the heart of Spaccanapoli. many excellent restaurants and gelato shops within east walking distance. apartment was well furnished, A/c worked well (it was hot). Emanuela was easy to communicate with and very responsive. just great all around.

The apartment was beautiful, light filled and spacious. Suitable for several people. It was in the heart of Cento Storico, Naples so close all the things one should see during a visit. Emmanuella was a wonderful host and was helpful in every way. We look forward to returning to Naples and staying here.

Beautiful Apartment Next to Spaccanapoli

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s beautiful apartment right next to the vibrant Spaccanapoli. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 5 with separate kitchen and living room and two separate bathrooms. With the hustle and bustle just steps outside the main gate of Spaccanapoli when you’re in this apartment it’s quiet and serene not getting any of the noise from what’s outside. It’s in a great location we the best pizza of our life just minutes away at Pizzeria Vincenzo Capasso I highly recommend. It’s also walking distance to harbor, tons of shopping, and all around vibe of Naples. We’ll definitely be back!

Cleverly modernised historic apartment

This is a fourth floor apartment located in a lovely courtyard off Christmas Alley in the heart of old Naples. Views towards Vesuvius and over the city rooftops. Emanuela is the perfect host - unobtrusive but available when you need her.
