Italia lägenhet - bekväm semester i den historiska stadskärnan i Neapel

Vart vi är - Semesterhuset Italia ligger i det historiska centrum av Neapel, i det begränsade trafikområdet, några steg från Via Duomo (Via dei Musei), nära tunnelbanelinje 1 och 2. I omedelbar närhet San Gregorio Armeno (herdarens väg), den slöjt Kristus och National Archaeological Museum of Naples.

Lägenheten - ligger på tredje våningen i en historisk byggnad (cirka 600) med en typisk innergård och hiss, alla helt renoverade, med utsikt över kyrkan Santissimi Apostoli på ett pittoreskt sätt, Appartamento Italia sträcker sig på två nivåer för en yta på 150 kvadratmeter.

Rummen, nyligen renoverade och fint färdiga, kännetecknas av deras ljusstyrka och stora storlek: stora fönster och balkonger belyser detta mycket ledade, välkomnande, fridfulla och tysta dubbelhöjd. Huset består av en entré med ett stort och härligt vardagsrum med kök som leder till att de två stora sovrummen helt kopplas från varandra: en dubbel och en enda. I denna nivå finns det också ett stort badrum med alla bekvämligheter. Från vardagsrummet i mitten av huset finns en bekväm trappa som leder till den första bebodda mezzaninen som har utsikt över rummen nedan som leder till ett extra sovrum med eget badrum, nästan en oberoende minilägenhet.

Rummen är utrustade med alla bekvämligheter, TV, trådlös anslutning, oberoende värme och luftkonditionering, badrummen har en stor dusch, medan köket är fullt utrustat. Höga säkerhetsstandarder med brandsläckare, rök- och gasdetektorer.

Tack vare de många rummen, som också är väl frånkopplade och de gemensamma områdena, är Casa Italia väl lämpad för affärs vistelser eller för små vänner och är idealisk för en kulturell semester för familjen.

Lovely apartment, very nice stay

We really enjoyed the apartment and the room for our family to relax. They thought of many nice touches to make us feel welcome. Not too far from the archaeological museum which I was excited to see. A fantastic place to rest after a long day of touring!

Awesome apartment in Naples

This was a great apartment in Naples - the rooms were well-equipped and very clean. Italia communicated often with us and even made arrangements for us to pick up the keys and drop off our luggage before check in time. This was our first time in Naples and the pizza is definitely the best in the world!

Quiet home base near centro storico

Two of us rented Italia’s property for 10 days stay in Naples. During our stay one guest attended language classes near to the university while the other worked remotely. The layout of the apartment was as described in the photos and had two separate living spaces so that there was place to work in the loft that was separate from the dining and kitchen area downstairs. There is plenty of space in the apartment as well as supplies for a large group to comfortably explore Naples and even the surroundings with ease. We appreciated having a washer as well as a dishwasher and all cooking needs at out disposal. Three things though of note for selecting this apartment. (1) The stairs to the loft are incredibly slippery regardless of wearing slippers or shoes or bare feet. We would have to hold onto the banister and walk down the steps one step at a time in order to ensure our feet would not slip from underneath us. Please please be careful of the stairs. The apartment is great but the slippery stairs were not expected and quite frankly could be dangerous without two hands on the bannister and 100% attention descending. (2) The second master bedroom and bathroom, as well as the second living area in the loft, are very noisy for the bedrooms that sit directly below it. If you are a group that is looking for two to three bedrooms for quiet and separation please note this situation internally to the apartment. The layout worked well for two of us but we opted to use the downstairs master bedroom and the downstairs twin as our second room while leaving the upstairs master bedroom empty because of the noise it would create below. (3) There are very large windows that overlook the church and a small Juliet balcony from the dining area main floor. The upstairs bedroom and lounge area have half size windows. There is not private space outdoors to take a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning sun. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Italia’s apartment and it is a great option for somebody wanting to stay near the center in a good space that is somewhat separate from the chaos of the main tourist streets.

Week-end à Naples en famille

Très bel appartement bien équipé et bien décoré. Italia sait mettre une touche de raffinement pour ses visiteurs (souvenirs, pantoufles, nécessaires de toilette,...) on se sent presque à l’hotel! Petit havre de paix dans cette ville un peu folle (mais attention, les cloches de l’église vous réveillerons peut-être!).

Spacious apartment with lots of light

The apartment is 4 blocks from the garage that the Owner recommend we parked the car. The Owner will meet you and walk you to the apartment. To get to the apartment we had to walk up one gentle slope with a set of wide steps build into the road, The apartment fronts on a quiet street and is accessed by going through a huge set of beautiful wooden doors, We steped into an interior courtyard and took the elevator to the 3rd floor. The apartment is very spacious with huge windows letting lots of light. It has a small balcony which overlooks the back of. Church. The place was quiet and we occasionally heard church bells but the sound was muffled by the thick walls so it was quite nice to listen too. The place was very clean and is as shown in the photos. Good wifi connection, hairdryers in bathroom and flat screen tv in each bedroom. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had plates, cups, pots and pans. The coffee maker worked well and the Owner had a coffee pods, a large bottle of water and other items waiting for us. Italia, the Owner was very nice and very responsive. We communicated through the app WhatsApp which is a free app and works well in Italy. Very nice place.

Apartment was beautiful and Italia was a gracious host.

The apartment was everything it was advertised to be. Very spacious and comfortable. Naples not so much... if you’re traveling to Italy this is one city to visit briefly. Unlike the rest of the country it was very noisy, hectic and dirty. A brief one day visit is all that is necessary.

Lovely, light, clean, spacious and well-equipped haven.

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful, quiet flat which contrasts with the razamattaz of Naples. All the historic sites and lots of good restaurants are within walking distance. Our host, Italia, was welcoming and very helpful.

Un havre de paix et de silence dans le tourbillon de Naples...

Nous étions deux couples. L'appartement est parfaitement distribué: au premier niveau, une chambre (plus une chambre supplémentaire si on est 5, à préciser au départ) le séjour et la cuisine, une salle de bain. En mezzanine (car les étages dans les anciennes demeures de Naples font presque 5 mètres de haut), une chambre, une salle de bains attenante, et un espace de détente qui comporte un canapé et une télévision (en plus de la télé dans chaque chambre). L'équipement est parfait, avec une machine à café de qualité, et la climatisation dans chaque pièce, (alors que de nombreuses locations à Naples ne comportent d'un climatiseur dans le séjour). L'immeuble est classe, très bien habité, aucun bruit la nuit. Nous y avons dormi parfaitement (les cloches des églises ne démarrent pas avant 7h du matin) Parfaitement situé, en lisière de la zone historique, dans une ruelle piétonne, non loin du Duomo, calme. Pour accéder en taxi, le plus simple est de se faire déposer devant le Palazzo Carraciolo (Hotel 4 étoiles chaine Accor), et de prendre à droite de ce Palais, les Gradini ai Santi Apostoli, (ruelle ponctuée de quelques marches) pour arriver sur Vico Campanile ai SS.Apostoli. On est tout près de la station de Métro Cavour, et du Carrefour Market qui s'y trouve. Assez près de la station Centrale Garibaldi ou l'on prend les trains pour Herculanum, Pompei, Stabies, Sorrente, Salerne (tout en étant assez loin pour ne pas en subir les inconvénients, car ce quartier de la gare est un peu "craignos"). Quant à la propriétaire, elle est adorable, attentive, prête à aider. Bref, une prestation très professionnelle, proche de celle d'un hotel, à un prix très raisonnable. Je conseillerai cet appartement à tous nos amis.

Tolle Wohnung! Tolle Vermieterin!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön geschnitten und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut und verkehrstechnisch günstig zu 2 Metrolinien gelegen. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte, Bäcker und gute Restaurants. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben gleich ein paar gute Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bekommen. In der Wohnung ist sehr viel Platz. Auch mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern wurde es nicht eng. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert!
