Great location!

This condo was perfect for myself, my husband and our 3 year old son. The location was also perfect! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again when we visit Lake Placid!

Okay place. A little too pricey for what you get, On busy street, so had to use ear-plugs to fall asleep. And still having the A/C's in the windows with no insulation around them didn't help. low water pressure for shower & mold on bottom of shower curtain.

Awesome location

This is the perfect place if you’re looking to be off the beaten path yet it’s still close enough to walk to all of the stores and restaurants. Cozy cute apartment!

Nice Stay!

The condo was very clean, a nice walk into town, and easy communication with the owner. Enjoyed our stay. A couple of simple recommendations, add a mirror and towel hooks in the bedrooms. Thank you

Short trip to Placid

Great property! Only additions I would say is another mirror and a new shower head. Otherwise nice stay. Deck was wonderful!

Great apartment!

The apartment was clean and nicely updated. The loft was a nice bonus space. There’s a great restaurant less than a block away! Very accommodating and perfect for our family gathering. We used the porch chairs a bunch!

Great proximity to town and skiing

Great, updated condo. Outside of building leaves much to be desired, but the updates and amenities were en point. Don’t be deterred. Warm, welcoming and perfect for our ski weekend.

Wonderful Property - Highly Recommend

Overall our stay was fantastic. Several quick notes, however. When we arrived the key-lock was unlocked and the keys were in it. Not sure if that's your usual practice. The location, convenience, and ease of booking were certainly highlights. My only tiny comment was that while we were there, one family also arrived and took claimed all of the visitor parking and poached several other spaces.

Bachelor Weekend

Unit 7 was a perfect stay for weekend in Lake Placid for my college friend's bachelor party. My only critiques was the loft bed wasn't shown in the photos and I wasn't confident we had enough beds until we arrived. There was a nice loft with another full/queen bed (not sure because I didn't go up there. Parking was my only critque as there is only one spot for everyone on the property but we were able to find free parking nearby for other cars. The fire pit was nice and the outdoor seating was nice.

The unit was perfect for my group. The place was exactly as it was listed and pictured. There was plenty of parking for us, we had 2 cars. I appreciated the window a/c units which kept the bedrooms cool at night. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The host was also very responsive to our needs. I will book again for my next trip to Lake Placid.

Great place, walk to anywhere

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is hard finding a place for a family of 6, but this spot was perfect. The kids loved the loft (which has a queen-sized mattress) and we loved the walkable access to pretty much anywhere! The owner was super accommodating to our changing schedules and allowed us to ad an extra night. We will most definitely be back!

Spiders out on the balcony were nasty could not enjoy sitting outside onit because of the spiders

Would love to stay again if I could sit out in the evening and not worry about spiders, I have a fear of spiders, and they were everywhere on the balcony above me and all around me, could not sit out on the balcony to enjoy the night

Apartment in a parking lot

There are no photos of the apartment from the exterior. I should have taken that as a warning. It is located on a busy corner, in a parking lot and next to a auto repair shop. hardly an Adirondack escape.

Perfect Accommodations

We came up for a friends weekend and the condo was perfect for our needs. Location was perfect as it was So close to the center of town! The unit was clean and met out needs; comfortable and convenient.

Good location...not very clean

The location was fantastic. The apartment was not very clean. Tons of spider webs and spiders on ceiling. The kitchen walls were stained and dirty. The stove was disgusting and when we tried to turn it on the knobs were not labeled. We had to guess which knob started which burner and had no clue how to operate the oven as the knobs were not labeled either. When we finally figured it out the entire oven filled with smoke because it was so disgusting and there was. A Th ick later of grease on the bottom. Also we opened the dishwasher after a day and found smelly disgusting old dishes in there. Porch/deck was decent but furniture was stained and disgusting as well.

Thank you for your helpful review. We assure you this is one time mishap as we try our best to keep the apartments up to standard. Our linens, towels are washed with hot water due to corona, as well as our comforters. All surfaces low and high are wiped with disinfectant, including floors. As for spiders, you can find them outside of the apartment on the porch since we are in the nature. We are in constant battle with spiders, but admittedly sometimes they win. It takes only one night for them to make another trap. However, they are harmless and deliver many benefits to both our ecosystem and inside our homes. For example, spiders like to feast on other insects, which help keep their population in check. That being said, we do keep "fighting" them. As for the oven, we will make sure it is cleaned for the next guests, thank you for the note. Best regards, Management
