The condo was very nice. We loved the deck and the privacy that being on the end gave us. The location was perfect between Lake Placid and Mirror Lake. I had missed the fact that there was no air conditioner, however. Not only was it warm but everything inside was a little sticky.

Perfect!!

The location was exactly what we needed!! We brought our dogs with us and they had a nice yard. We were around back and didn't have any foot traffic which was wonderful. The place had all the amenities as described and was just perfect for our family of six. We would highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful place and location

Perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog. Location was great and easy walk to town. Space was clean, well setup and quiet. Everything worked as it should and we enjoyed the fireplace. Parking was easy. Will book again. Thank you!

Lovely setting

The cozy condo has the perfect setting - we watched glorious sunsets from the deck (and living area). The condo is located close to town yet in a quiet setting. The unit is nicely equipped and furnished. We had a great week tarnished only slightly by the high heat for the area.

Lake placid

Great place. Location was perfect for walking to town and not far from other attractions. The house was clean and accommodated all our needs. The owner stayed in contact when I needed her. I would of appreciated a notice about the lawn being a common area because a neighbor who had a dog that was unleashed and used the deck that we hung out on as a pee post. It made staying out outside a little uncomfortable. The dog owner left a pile of used poop bags that did not smell good or appealing to look at on our week vacation and would occasionally forget to pick up after her dog at all. It was also uncomfortable because I didn’t how the interaction with my dog and the neighbors dog would of been. It was a little stressful to walk my dog on her leash outside because I never knew when her dog would be around and being unleashed, was nervous about it coming up to my dog unexpectedly and unwanted and having something occur. The dog was friendly with us and the kids but you never know what could happen between unfamiliar dogs.

Wonderful place to stay!

Check-in was easy. The location is the perfect distance from downtown. A quiet area with a private deck. Great spot and a wonderful host!

Wonderful

Owner was a pleasure, answered all questions quickly and very accommodating. The condo was very clean, beautiful view, private end unit, deck has great view. Location was ideal for walking into town and around Mirror Lake. I hope to come and stay again!! Wonderful all around!!

Great holiday vacation! Cozy place in a great location to walk downtown. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the drive way was plowed in a timely fashion.
