Very enjoyable stay

Had everything you would need in supplies such as shampoo, aluminum foil, two different coffee makers with the pods, etc. Could not ask for more and Shelly was available for any questions

Cute, comfortable and convenient.

This property is extremely clean and nicely decorated with everything needed for an extended stay. The location is perfect. Close to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping.

Comfortable home away from home

This property is great for 2 ppl. Everything you need is available or close by. The house was very clean. Shelly & Dave were wonderful hosts & quick to respond. HIGHLY recommend.

Great getaway!

The Cozy had everything we needed! We loved having the parking pass for all the local beaches, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The kitchen had all we needed. We enjoyed grilling, eating on the pati and having morning coffee on the lanai. Thanks for a great stay!! We hope to return!

Perfect!

My daughter and I booked at the last minute for spring break and the owners were very easy to work with. The pictures do not do "The Cozy" justice. It is very clean and everything is brand new. You do need to drive to nearby Vanderbilt Beach, but parking was easy. The neighborhood is extremely safe and there are lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. We look forward to staying here again!

From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless! The unit is exceptionally clean. The decor is beautiful and all amenities were provided. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. Awesome place, great hosts in great location!

The place was clean, well maintained, and had great attention to detail! Even the cooler had a little bags for our trash and napkins, and there were paper plates to bring to the beach along with two great beach chairs, and a beach umbrella! We loved Barefoot beach and could go for free thanks to the beach pass included with the rental. The communication with our host Shelly was also terrific, she responded to our questions via text as we were packing! Super responsive. My husband and I look forward to our next stay there!!

Walking in the sunshine

Property was immaculate. Kitchen had everything needed for making coffee, cooking, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Our host, Shelly had made dinner reservations for us and friends at The Turtle Club on the beach for Valentine’s Day. It was a great February getaway.

This place is fine. There were two problems. The air conditioner nearest to the bedroom was not working and one of the settings on the washer was not working. They did a nice job of leaving instructions and a list of restaurants.

Perfect Getaway

Fell in love with "The Cozy" from the start. Exceptionally clean and perfectly located for us. We are new to exploring Naples and really love Fort Myers Beach so this really was a great spot. Naples Vacation

Property owners were extremely accommodating, the room was clean, quiet, no noise at night. This VRBO is in a great location, 15 minutes +/- from anywhere. Beaches in the area are beautiful, best we have ever seen. Clean, safe, easy access. Would go back again, Thank you.

“Cozy”

Small, but equipped with everything you will need for your stay! Great to sit outside on the patio and grill after a day at the beach with provided chairs and towels. AC units kept it very comfortable with ceiling fans. Great host! Highly recommend!

The Cozy

The name says it all...perfect getaway location. Dave and Shelly were top notch in every aspect; communication, accomodating, and extremely friendly. The Cozy was clean as a whip, super close to shopping and beaches and had all ammenities one could need for a florida getaway...outstanding vaca would do again in a heartbeat...Thank you Big Dave and Shelly!! :)

Perfectly quaint

The 1 bedroom duplex was just perfect in every way. Each space was used to optimize its size and it is decorated to make it so inviting. The location is close to many beaches and areas of interest in and around Naples. Shelley is so helpful with suggestions for dinners and favorite beaches were spot on. She accommodated all questions and is the perfect host. This was a much needed relaxing get away. We loved it!!

Originally from Southwest Michigan. We retired in 2012 and made our permanent move to Florida. We love the beach, so this was a natural choice for us since the property and our home are only 1.5 miles to Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park.

We love the old Florida flavor of the Little Yellow Ritz. "The COZY" is NEW and has a great floor plan. CRACKER style outside / Contemporary, beach theme inside. The private back yard has a furnished patio that includes everything needed for grilling outl.

Naples Park includes an eclectic mix of cultures and people from all over the world. So, if you want to stay in an area that provides an abundance of diversity from restaurants and shopping to cultural events and people, this is for you!
