Ligger 35 fot från vågorna, är min Poipu andels en av de bästa platserna att bo på ön Kauai. Det har de bästa Närbild havsutsikt på hela ön. Miles av vackra kusten, kraschar vågor, bryter valar, havssköldpaddor, bra surfing handling, och romantiska tropiska solnedgångar kan alla ses medan du kopplar i min havet lägenhet i Poipu Beach. Helt renoverat, min luftkonditionerade Kauai lägenhet har vävt bambu golv, nya tropiska vardagsrum möbler, nya uteplats matsal möbler på Lanai, nya konstverk, Tommy Bahama kudde sängar, Tommy Bahama byråer och nattställ, nya takfläktar, en ny 55-tums high definition platt-panel-smart-TV, nya plantage-stil louvered teakdörrar, ny kronformning / wainscoting, nytt stereo system, CD / DVD-spelare, ny färg och mycket mer. Hög hastighet kabel och trådlöst internet ingår.

Köket är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver. De bänkskivor är nya Golden Crystal granithällar och kakel. Skåpen är massiv ek. Apparaterna är top of the line Kitchen Aid rostfritt stål, med en varmluftsugn.

Om du planerar att surfa, boogie board, dyka eller snorkla under din semester, kan du inte hitta en bättre plats att bo i Kauai. Semesterfirare kan surfa, snorkla, boogie ombord, dyka och även fiska direkt ut vår bakdörr. Boogie boards, Tommy Bahama solstolar och paraplyer, och strandhanddukar finns i enheten. Det finns också kikare för att titta på valar, sköldpaddor och Hawaiian munksälar.

Passadvindarna på Kauai blåser direkt i sovrum och vardagsrum. Sova är en bris. När vädret blir varmt, inte många lägenheter i Kauai bo så cool som min lägenhet i Poipu.

Min lägenhet är en av endast två bottenvåningen hörn enheter på Kuhio Shores. Hörn enheter har ett extra fönster som skapar en mycket mer panorama havsutsikt än synpunkter från icke-hörnet enheter. Den extra fönster gör också lägenheten känner mycket större och tillåter mer luftflöde. Och du kan titta på solnedgången genom fönstret när man sitter i lägenheten.

Mellan min lägenhet och havet är en vacker välskötta gräsmatta som är perfekt för barn. Den gräsyta känns som det är din egen privata bakgård. Det är toppen.

Att ha den bästa havsutsikt på ön, och med bad, snorkling, surfing, boogie boarding, och dykning rätt ut ryggen dörren, min lägenhet är utan tvekan en av de bästa platserna att bo i Kauai.

Best location in all of Hawaiian islands

We had the pleasure of having extended stays on 3 islands and our accommodations and available activities at Ron’s place on Kuhio Shores were the best. Great snorkelling was steps away from our ground floor unit and the sunset views were amazing. Each day we were entertained with turtle, whale and dolphin sightings, as well as a multitude of surfers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I hope to come back again soon with other family members.

Fantastic place!!

This place was wonderful, beautiful and everything anybody would want. The location was great and the view was amazing. Falling asleep and waking up to the waves crashing in was amazing. Also had a beautiful sunset. We would go back again.

Perfect place on Kauai

Family Getaway

Cannot express enough how perfect this condo was. Right on the water, huge lawn for the kiddos to run on, and the views were exquisite. We saw turtles everyday, and it was close walking distance to baby beach. The condo was extremely clean, one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, had a fully stocked kitchen to cook in, and had plenty of room for my 3 kids (8,4,1) and my husband and me. Would recommend if stopping by the store beforehand, grab coffee and shower soaps. An extra perk is there are plenty of chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and ice chests which was so convenient. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Incredible views!!!

Very comfortable and complete. No laundry facilities in the unit but very convenient washer and dryer on the property. The cleaning crew could have done better with the floors since "no shoes" is the custom in Hawaii..

we cannot say enough about our beautiful stay in this gorgeous place! The pictures online do not do it justice! The view was mesmerizing and the sound of the ocean filled each room Our host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a bottle of champagne waiting for us! The beach, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards came in very handy for our beach day. It is centrally located near everything, including wonderful beaches, restaurants, and activities. We would highly recommend this beautiful property!

location location location

I stayed with my husband for a week at this condo and it was exactly how it was descibed. We had a fabulous time. The condo had everything one could possibly need. The location was incredible. You are at the water, you wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. When we were at condo,we were outside all of the time on lani or beach chairs and in the evening viewing the most beautiful sunsets. I recomend this rental to anyone wanting to have a great location and a great time...Thank you Ron Brown

Amazing Oceanfront

Absolutely loved staying here. The location is so spectacular that many people come to hang out in front of the condo to view. We loved watching the surfers & turtles swimming every day. We appreciated that the condo was well stocked (since the place we stayed on the north side was a bit sparse). Plenty of towels, toilet paper, stuff to play at the beach. Our only observation is the slatted doors give no privacy at all. We were two couples and a little privacy would have been nice but we made it work. We understand that it is helpful for circulation. Maybe someday the bathrooms should have solid doors, you could hear everything BUT that wouldn't stop us from staying again in this beautiful, comfortable, accommodating condo.

Great return to Kuhio Shores

Thanks, Ron, for letting us use your wonderful condo! We had stayed at Kuhio Shores years ago for our honeymoon, and the time w brought out 3 year old. We had a wonderful time, and it was nice to have the ground floor unit to let him walk out the door onto the grass near the shore. The unit was well appointed, with all the things we needed for a week of cooking and relaxing. The location is just perfect, next to the Beach House restaurant and beach, and just a few minutes from Poipu Beach and easy shopping. We would love to stay here again. Ron was a great host, and everything about the experience was easy. And easy 5-star rating!

Great location, great condo, great communication and responsiveness. Bottle of champagne on arrival was a nice touch! Sunrise and sunsets from the lanai. Honu watching every morning, even saw a monk seal on the beach! Would return.

50th anniversary trip

The location was outstanding. Right next to the crashing waves and great viewing point from which to watch the surfers. We saw many, many sea turtles in the water just beyond the rocks. Every day they were there. The sunrise and sunsets were fabulous. Our host was kind enough to provide us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. We were able to take it with us to the Beach House restaurant to have with our anniversary meal.

October Stay

This was our first VRBO experience, we usually stay at the Hyatt Poipu but the rates were $1,000+, I found this unit on VRBO and the views had me sold immediately. They did not disappoint in fact the location and views cannot be topped, the surf was up so we had a fantastic vantage point to great surfing and in October the sunset is visible here, unreal every night. As a bonus the Beach House restaurant is next door. The unit itself had everything you need and for me who runs hot, the AC was cold, our next stop had a terrible AC setup. The whole experience was exceptional, hope to stay here again for sure.

Fabulous location!

The location of this property can’t be beat. Perfect views of both the sunrises and sunsets! Steps away from the water’s edge and views of the surfers almost all day long. There isn’t a beach here but the view from the lanai is more than worth it.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My twin brother, being a surfer as a young kid, always wanted to live on the oceanfront. Eventually, he got into the real estate business, as well as the development business. In 1989, he sold a custom spec house that he had built in La Costa, California and bought two oceanfront condos in Poipu. Kuhio Shores was his favorite because he could surf right out the back door, and when he wasn't surfing, he could watch the surf action while sitting inside the condo.

Sadly my twin brother passed away in 2015. I too surf and am now able to enjoy this property. It is very special to me and brings back very fond memories. It is situated on one of the most popular surfing and snorkeling areas on Kauai's south shore.

He liked being on the ground floor the best because you don't feel 'trapped' since you can walk right out onto the lawn, which you can't do on any other floor. The lawn makes it feel like you have your own personal backyard, just feet from the ocean. And if you have kids, they can run around on the grass to burn off any extra energy.
