Denna magnifika slutenhet Penthouse är helt ombyggd med allt nytt! Stilla havet sträcker sig så långt du kan se framför dig. Du ser ofta sköldpaddor, spinner delfiner och även valar när de är i säsong! Njut av den stora Oceanfront Deck, BBQ, och Oceanfront Pool.

Allt inuti detta penthouse är nytt, förstklassigt och vackert inredda. Med djup utsikt över Stilla havet och svala vindar som flyter genom varje rum kommer du aldrig vilja lämna! Denna takvåning ligger på sydligaste punkten i Kauai, och med sin unika inriktning och höjd, ligger perfekt för att maximalt utnyttja vindvindarna. Den resulterande brisen håller takvåningen sval utan att behöva stänga fönstren och använda luftkonditionering. Du kommer att älska den öppna och fräscha känslan på ett sätt som du inte kan uppleva i andra Poipu condos.

Precis ute på din privata lanai kan du börja din dag med kaffe och njuta av soluppgången över Stilla havet som sträcker sig framför dig. Köket är fullt lager med allt nytt; full storlek, kylskåp med ismaskin och filtrerad vatten dispenser, mikrovågsugn, full storlek brödrost ugn, ultra tyst diskmaskin. Det finns vackra bänkskivor i granit och vita snygga skåp. Även köket erbjuder havsutsikt! Det finns två master sviter ett med badkar / dusch och den andra med en duschkabin. Familjerummet har en ny 65 "plattskärms-TV med gratis internet och kabel-TV. Du kan tillfälligt äta ute på lanai, njuta av en snabb frukost på köksbänken eller mer formell middag i matsalen med det vackra soliga teakbordet.

Poipu Palms-fastigheten har också ett stort däck och pool vid havet tillsammans med lava rockdusch, lounging cabana och kolgrill. Träkol och belysningsvätska tillhandahålls. Grand Hyatt (med fantastiska restauranger) och Shipwrecks Beach är en lätt 1/2 mil promenad bort längs en fantastisk oceanfront trail (visas i bilderna). Brenneckes Beach, Poipu Beach, affärer, deli och restaurang är också en lätt 1/2 mil promenad.

Great views and location. Made use of the pool, the deck, the beach gear, kitchen, etc. Very cute and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in Poipu

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Poipu! Incredible ocean views. Was amazing to grill and sit out right by the ocean. Very clean and central location to beaches, restaurants, shops.

Always great to stay here. The building itself with only 12 units is quiet and always room at the pool. As close to the water as you can get and located close to anything you need.the unit is very nice with a great Lanai

Beautiful R&R

The views and ocean breeze through the home are amazing! Walking distance to Poipu beach to marvel at the green sea turtles and monk seals that come ashore to rest. Sea turtles also swimming right in front of the condo area. Great location to tour both the east, west, and north side of the island. Quiet condo location, easy to rest and relax. We spent a ton of time just sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean, enjoying the views and each others company.

South end stop for our trip

The property location is beautiful, close to beaches, shopping and the view is amazing. We saw pods of dolphins, and a whale from the deck! Not having AC is no issue and actually preferred by me, the winds were perfect to keep us cool. The living area is a tad small for 4 adults to hang out, one person usually spilled over to the bedroom off the living room, but fine for our short 4 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

My family just enjoyed six wonderful nights at this condo. Location is amazing. We were able to walk to many local beaches. Condo had an impressive view of the ocean where we were able to see sea turtles, whales and dolphins daily. Hosts were very quick to respond and the check in process was seamless. Highly recommend this condo!!

Penthouse Stunner

An amazing vacation that was made even better by great hosts. Very communicative. The space was spotless and perfectly appointed. Amazing views of the ocean. We even saw some turtles swimming by. The balcony is set up just right to take in the sunrise and see more stars than we thought existed. And the breezes were wonderful!! The pool was the perfect size and very clean. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do. But, also just far enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Thank you for such a fantastic place to enjoy our favorite island:

Great view and convienient location

The condo has a beautiful ocean view, and is walking distance to sandy beaches. The only negative is that there isn't a lot of privacy within the unit because all the interior doors are slatted, not solid. However, this is good for air flow and to get a cross breeze.

Kauai Poipu Palms

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, beautifully decorated and exactly as advertised. The only issue we had was "ant problem" in the kitchen (one also found in the main bedroom". Fortunately, the owners left a can of Raid under the sink and we were able to stay on top of them. We would definitely return.

Perfect accommodations

It is a great location, with beautiful views. We appreciated access to their beach chairs and toys. Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach a short drive away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Even before moving here, we've always loved Kauai and have been frequent visitors since the early '80's. Like most people who choose to vacation here, we came to experience the incredible natural beauty and loved our time outside but hated returning to our hotel room that felt like every other city's hotel room. Our dream was to experience Kauai even while in our room without having to pay $$$$ for an oceanfront hotel suite! We became very creative in finding places to stay that made us feel like we were still in Kauai.
