Sea Colony är en gated resort community med promenader / cykelleder, 1/2 mil privat strand, 34+ tennisbanor, 12 pooler, gym, lekplatser och en gratis pendelbuss för att släppa dig vid stranden. Denna bekväma lägenhet är en duplex på en nivå med ett privat däck på baksidan och katedralen i taket i vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket. Intill en av sjöarna och en uppsättning tennisbanor.

Gästemblem måste köpas för alla gäster och hyresgäster under din vistelse. Ett giltigt gästemblem krävs för att använda någon av fritidsanläggningarna och bekvämligheterna. Perfect family getaway

We have stayed at this property for the past 3 years and we hope to do so for many more years. It is absolutely perfect for families and a hidden gem in Bethany Beach.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our weekend on Bethany. The rental was just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Perfect Place

Very clean and prime location! Close to tram stops, marketplace and pickleball and pools. Condo itself is updated and clean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property!

Host was extremely responsive to messages, home was well kept and in a great location for tennis, pickleball, playground and basketball. Loved the use of the bikes. Will definitely stay here again!

Pleasant, quiet stay at a good location

Unit was pretty well kept and great communication, flexibility with the owner. Appreciated the advanced communication about resort rules that maintained a peaceful, quiet community in close proximity to the beach and town.

Great location in Bethany

Great location for our off season weekend in Bethany. Owner was super responsive to our question, clean and convenient condo for biking into town, the fitness center, and the beach. Kitchen is stocked very well with everything you will need - coffee maker, blender, ice trays, etc.

Nice getaway

We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for thirty years. This is one of the nicest units we’ve stayed at. The remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were great. Extra beach chairs in the shed were a plus, and we enjoyed taking the bikes out for a spin. Would definitely stay here again!

A fun family place & location

We had a great week at this location and property. It was our first time staying at Sea Colony. We loved that Sea Colony had to offer for our family (indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, bball court, Bocchi ball, tram to the beach, etc). The house was a good location. We could walk to the beach (10-15min walk) or take the tram. House was a great fit for our family of 5.

Quiet and peaceful

We've stayed in sea colony for a few years now. This was by far the cleanest and nicest unit that we've ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathroom remodeling was very nice. Master bathroom door is a little hard to open. Other than that everything was as described. Pickleball courts were right outside within 100ft and our kids enjoyed the West lake activity area

Weekend getaway

My sister and I stayed for the weekend in the fall off-season. We thought the place was perfect for our needs and offered great amenities. We used the bikes to ride to the beach and the fitness center, where we dipped in the hot tub. We jogged on the paths around Sea Colony and saw a lot of people out and about being active. The community and the rental were both clean, safe, and convenient. Would rent again!

Good location

This property is the perfect size and configuration for a beach getaway. The location was great and the owner easy to work with. The property could use a little updating. The couch was a bit uncomfortable and probably should be replaced. I really liked this property and was way cheaper than the hotels for the weekend we stayed. Thanks Stacy

Good place

It was clean and adequate. It was smaller than I thought. The washer didn’t wring out my clothing. There were a lot of flies near the entrances, and a door would have helped. Owner was very responsive and sent pest control over. A nice perk would have been linens provided.

Great price. Great location.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo is a good size for a group of 4. The owner was quick to get back to you with any questions we needed answered. My only suggestion would be to check on your cleaning person. Lots of sand on the couch and some food(candy) left on the floor by the dressers. But definitely would come back and stay at this location.

Family beach week

We loved our stay! The house was cozy and spacious enough for our family of five. Bathroom shower was amazing, and the kitchen was great. Our kids enjoyed their independence biking around and playing shuffleboard, cornhole, and more at the nearby activity center. We loved morning coffee on the deck and dinners together at the dining table. The location was good for jogging to the fitness center, biking to the pools, and hopping on the tram or biking to the beach. We were rained in for a full day and enjoyed the board games at the house.

Great location but needs some updates

The location was great but the house was definitely old and dated. Beds were old as well as the couch. I would say though that when we had a some issues the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with
