Villa Villekulla är en fantastisk pärla av en hyra på en trevlig lugn gata.

Vi är så glada att dela uppdaterade bilder av den nya matsalen och tillägget på bakdäck. Vi har lagt till en ytterligare matsal (fördubblar vardagsrummet) utökat ett sovrum och fördubblat däckområdet för att ge dig ännu mer utrymme i denna fantastiska familjeuthyrning.

Med nytt trägolv och färg genom Villa Villekulla har aldrig sett bättre ut! Vi är så glada över den nya renoveringen och vi skulle gärna vilja att du tillbringar din sommarvecka med oss!

Denna duplex på lägre nivå är en underbar, mysig familjshyra och det har aldrig sett bättre ut! Med en ljus inredning, bänkskivor i granit, vedgolv, tillsammans med ett skuggat bakdäck och stor trädgård ... det är en av de finaste familjeuthyrningarna i stan.

Alla sovrum har nytt trägolv och det finns en TV i varje sovrum och familjerummet. WiFi är också tillgängligt.

Villa Villekulla ligger på en lugn gata och är en fantastisk familjeuthyrning. Bara tre och en halv kvarter från stranden, en och en halv kvarter från centrala Bethany Beach. Det är en enkel promenad, hoppa på 0,25 cent. vagn som stannar precis framför huset eller ta tag i Villa Villekulla-vagnen för dina små (eller för att bära dina inköp hem!) Det nyligen utvidgade biblioteket ligger precis runt hörnet och har fantastiska historietimmar och aktiviteter och en fantastisk lekplats ligger precis över ett kvarter bort.

Tillbringa dina dagar på stranden och kvällarna promenera på strandpromenaden, drakflyg eller shoppa i en av de många butikerna. Vill du gå ut på middag? Du behöver inte komma in i din bil eftersom Bethany har ett antal restauranger inklusive Mango's, Patsy's, Bethany Blues, Pie och den nya Ropewalk and Hideaway. Om du letar efter mer kvällsunderhållning är Dewey, Rehobeth Beach och Ocean City båda minuter bort. Outlet shopping (tax free) ligger bara några minuter bort i Rehobeth.

Excellent stay

We have been staying here more than 10 yrs. The house is always very clean and there are always slight improvements. The owners are responsive.

Fantastic location and property!

Just stayed here for a week with my son and family and we had a lovely time! Location is fantastic -- few blocks from beach and main street. Place itself had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances, to grill outside, to beach gear, to board games for us to play. In terms of COVID 19, place was spotless when we entered and we felt very safe.

A great week at Bethany!

The house is in a great location with nice furnishings and all of the amenities we needed for our week at Bethany! We loved the glass enclosed dining area as well as the space outside. Owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Family/friends beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Villekulla! The owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The location is great- lovely neighborhood just a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. We will be back next year!

Lovely home near the beach

We had a great vacation here. The property was clean and well appointed. Outdoor shower was terrific. Smart TVs in every room were a hit with our teenagers. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Summer vacation

This house was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. Having 2 full nice bathrooms is a plus. The large back porch was nice to sit after a day at the beach along with the front porch for morning coffee. The location was close enough to the beach to walk. Overall it was a great family vacation.

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay. It was very clean and nice temperature throughout. Location was great being a short walk to town and library. It wasn't obvious on the site that there were no linens on the beds and no bathroom towels. We had to go out of the way to get them. Also a big disappointment was there was no tub in one of the bathrooms like it shows in the picture. We took this into consideration when booking because we have a small child who takes baths. I wish I was notified of this when the change was done.

Wonderful vacation home

Very nice updated house, everything was clean and the kitchen pretty much had everything you could possibly need for cooking. Very close to the beach, we drove the 3 minutes to get there because we had lots of stuff but easily walkable in 10-15 minutes. The owner answered very quickly when we had a few questions, my only complaint was it stated there was a tub/shower combo but it only had showers. We managed just fine though but mentioned changing it in the description.

Best Location Ever

We've been coming to Bethany for 15 years and stayed all over. This was by far the best location we have ever had. Walking distance to the beach, downtown Bethany, and up 26 to some of our favorite restaurants made it so enjoyable and easy. Plus the trolley comes right by in case you want to jump on. We also loved how nice and clean the house is. Overall a great vacation!

We will likely be back next year

The house was very clean and tidy. Shortly after arriving Andrea introduced herself and offered to help with whatever trouble we had. The location is great and within walking distance to the beach.

Very good place

Great location- approximately 10 minutes from the beach. It was a cozy and clean three bedroom unit. Nicely manicured yard. The only issue was the garbage disposal which the owner took care of in less than 24 hours. Overall my wife and I had a very good time and would recommend.

Absolutely perfect home

We absolutely loved staying here and Andrea was super responsive. This home is immaculate and absolutely the best place we’ve stayed it. It’s a short walk to the beach. Even restaurants! The outside shower is phenomenal on hot days when you come back from the beach. The house is spacious and feels like a home away from home. We plan to return next summer!

This home was perfect, the photos do not do it justice. It is located on a beautiful street, the house is bright and tastefully decorated. Our teenagers loved the freedom of walking into town and the beach. We would definitely rent the home again.

Pretty house, big back yard, and close to the beach.

The house is very clean and if there is any issues, Peter and Andrea will tackle it once you let them know. Yard is large with pretty of chairs for relaxing. It is about 12 minute walk to the beach. If it rains, there is a library about a 2 minute walk from the house.

Great Stay in Bethany Beach

Wonderful stay at Andrea and Jerry's! The house is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable week at the beach! We loved the neighborhood and the easy walk into town. We also caught the trolley which goes right by. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and look fantastic, but one note is that there is no longer a tub! Luckily our 4 year old loved the outdoor shower, as well as playing in the fenced in yard! We would definitely love to return here in the future. :)

Everything We'd Hoped for...

We had a wonderful stay at this charming beach cottage! The house itself was lovely - very comfortable and beautifully decorated. There is even a covered deck in the back with a large dining table and chairs and a sitting area which is not in the photos - we were pleasantly surprised. The use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon made the walk to the beach much easier. The owners were very gracious and accommodating. We would definitely consider returning!

Bethany Beach Vacation

We had such an amazing week!! This house was absolutely amazing and had everything you could possibly need. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Andrea and Jerry were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The location was great. Close enough to beach to walk, bike or even drive if needed to transport all your beach stuff. Parking was never an issue for beach access for us but could have been the week we went also. The town of Bethany uses ParkMobile and rates are $3/hr. But one of the biggest bonuses for this house is the Trolley will pick you up right in front of the house and take you to the boardwalk within minutes. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Bethany!!

Summer 2022

My family and I loved staying here! The house was clean and inviting. Truly felt we were at home. Andrea and Jerry were super helpful and accommodating. They are so sweet. My girls loved the games they had provided (which now are on their Xmas list) and running around the backyard. My mom, husband and I loved being able to relax while our girls played knowing they were safe in the fenced in yard. We also loved the short walk into town/boardwalk and the drive to the beach. We loved it so much, we booked for next year on our second day! Thank you again! Can’t wait for next year!

We love the beach house, our kids grew up here (starting when they were 3, 5 and 7) and now come back to visit as adults. We spend our summers quietly in the upper unit and are available for any questions you might have. Leo (our lovable dopey rescue pup) is the house mascot and stays with us upstairs...it is truly our home away from home!
