VÄrt hem har 2 separata sovrum (ett med eget badrum), 2 separata vardagsrum (1 pÄ övervÄningen och en ner) var och en har en bÀddsoffa, tvÀttstuga, ett stort kök med disk höjd bar, en tÀckt veranda, akterdÀck, och kÀllare tillgÄng till bakgÄrd veranda omfattas av en spaljé. BakgÄrden Àr skogbevuxen sÄ det finns inga grannar pÄ baksidan. Vi har en TV med kabel pÄ övervÄningen, smart blue-ray-spelare, och trÄdlöst internet i hela hemmet samt en TV som Àr ansluten till Sony Playstation 3 nere. Vi erbjuder ocksÄ en vÀlkommen korg som har olika poster för varje resa och alltid massor av kaffe, te och infÀstningar. Ingen anledning att oroa sig för handdukar, tvÄl, osv ... eftersom dessa poster kommer alltid att vara tillgÀngliga för vÄra gÀster. Quiet and convenient

We stayed at this property for a couple nights while my daughter competed in a dance competition. It was the perfect little home base. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to Opryland and downtown. The property was well stocked with coffee, TP, even shampoo and conditioner which I appreciated. No one wants to go to the grocery store their first morning of travel! We would stay again, thank you!

This is a lovely property close to downtown. The house was clean and as described in the listing. The hot tub was nice. There is definitely enough space so everyone didn't feel like they were on top of each other.

Perfect home base for exploring Nashville

The house was a great place for us to explore Nashville. Convenient access to downtown & Opry areas. Hosts were great at communicating - including offering suggestions for restaurants and activities.

Very roomy and nice. Hot tub was great entertainment for the kids. Nice to have access to multiple TV channels. Easier to get to and from activities.

Great time in Nashville!!!

East Nashville Ranch provided an exceptional experience. Its prime location near downtown Nashville and its surrounding areas facilitated seamless access to various attractions. The house was ideally suited to accommodate my friends and me. Communication with the hosts was consistently smooth and responsive. Cannot recommend it enough as an option when visiting Nashville area!!

Closer than expected

Wish we had more time for the hot tub. What little time we allowed for it, it was supremly relaxing. Rained all weekend, so did not get to enjoy the backyard much, but the firefly-watching was an unexpectedly special treat, and watching the river not-flood was reassuring. Not surprised, tried to book another weekend, next year, and it's already reserved, because it provides such a superb value.

Perfect stay

It was the perfect sized house for me and my dad. We each had our own bathroom and there was a large couch for us both to sprawl out on while watching tv. My bed was comfortably firm. We enjoyed the view of the backyard and my dad liked that it didn’t feel like we were staying in the city. The hosts answered my questions quickly which was much appreciated.

Janice is a retired country singer who now stays home and manages our properties, farm, and children :) I, David, have worked in the IT industry for 24 years and am looking to retire within the next few years to help my wife full time. We love to travel and experience new places and cultures. We are parents to 2 sets of twins, 2 who are grown and on their own and the other 2 in high school. In 2015 we moved to a farm and started building it up. We currently have 4 cows, 4 sheep, 2 Great Pyrenees livestock guard dogs, 5 pigs, many chickens, and several honey bee hives. It has been really fun building our farm up and we love to share it with others so feel free to call me if you would like to visit while staying in Nashville.
