Our stay was fantastic! Our hosts greeted us when we got there but then we didn’t see them for the rest of our stay. They provided their cell numbers so we know we could get ahold of them if we needed them. The house was great! The only thing is they had curtains in the doorway of the master bedroom. We would have preferred a door.

Very nice place

Thumbs up for this cottage. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Just off Thompson Lane and easy drive anywhere in town. The owners are nearby and very hospitable. Can't go wrong here. Recommended!

Exactly as advertised

Property was very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. Owners were obviously thoughtful in stocking amenities that visitors might need. Furnishings and decor made you feel “At home” - not like a generic rental property.

Great getaway to Nashville

Enjoyed the owners Jim and Tina who were gracious from the start of our booking. House was very clean, well appointed and right in the perfect location for us to drive to downtown Nashville and to visit some historical sites. House is located a a quiet neighborhood. Would HIGHLY recommend this property for your visit to Nashville!

Family Vacay

My family and I decided to take our first venture to Nashville this fall and our stay was perfect. The house is in a prime location, close enough to downtown with just a short drive to Broadway and in a neighbourhood that’s close to any essentials you may need. The house was very clean and description was spot on. Jim was very pleasant and easy to talk to and always available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to visit the heart of Tennessee!

Exactly what we needed

Stayed for a couple days to go to Nissan Stadium with family. Close to stadium and everything was clean. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. No issues and would stay again.

Warm and Cozy

It was great. We stayed for a month and it was like being at your grandmothers house. It had everything we needed. Full kitchen, laundry, our own parking, all in all wonderfull.

We are Jim and Tina Callahan. We are both retired from our "day jobs," and are enjoying other passions. As a performing songwriter (Jim) and a proud grandma (Tina) we find plenty to fill our daily lives. A common thread, that has always been a part of our lives, is the ability and desire to offer a helping hand or a handshake to people we meet. Our "Seven C's Cottage" is another (and the newest) way to reach out.

You can find Jim playing an occasional writers-round or performing private house concerts ... check out his music at www.jimcallahansongs.com. He is also available to perform for our visiting guest, free of course, upon request.

Tina, retired from Bridgestone Corporation, spends much of her time visiting Grand Children, who are scattered across the USA.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

A few short years ago, we began building/adding an attached (but separate) "retirement suite" to our home. With a lot of work and planning, we have completed our goal, and are able to offer our guest the comfort and convienence we have enjoyed for all these years. In addition, we believe, being "on site" owners/managers, provides a unique opportunity for our guest; You don't have to ask Google ... you can ask us!

One very unique benefit of this location, is the access to "all things Nashville," as well as the interstate system, while still being in a very quiet, comfortable neighborhood.
