Vi har också ett nyckellöst ingångsdörrlås så att du inte behöver följa med några nycklar under din vistelse och GRATIS WIFI! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i enheten. Med över 1 750 kvm är enheten mycket rymlig, nyinredd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheter finns rikligt på denna Phoenix Gulf Shores lägenhet: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 60 "plattskärms HDTV i vardagsrummet och en platt skärm 55" HDTV i master och andra sovrummet och en 50 "HDTV i det tredje sovrummet, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Det finns en king size-säng i master och 2: a sovrummet och två drottning sängar i det tredje sovrummet.

Great Spring Break Getaway

This property is beautiful! Plenty around for the kids to enjoy. The beach was right there. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. Easy check in and out. We were staying for 5 days and were given a starter pack of basics. Could have used more toilet paper and paper towels for our 8 guests. Earlier check in and later check out would have been nice.

Excellent condo

We had an excellent experience. The indoor pool was very helpful when the weather wasn't ideal. Location was nice! The facility was clean, well maintained. The condo was as expected, fully stocked. Loved the ice maker! The Ike's attendants were great! The building staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly, but we only needed minimal interaction to buy the parking pass.

Winter Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time! We had enough space and plenty of things to keep everyone busy. We had beautiful weather so that was a bonus. The toddlers really enjoyed the zero-entry indoor pool. Great trip and we would love to come back!

Loved this place!

What a beautiful place to stay-right on the beach where we saw dolphin swimming twice. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids 9 & 11. Covered parking is right outside the door so easy move in/move out. We did arrive after office was closed so didn't get our arm bands or parking sticker til the next morning. No problems.

A great place to relax!

We loved our stay here! A beautiful view with all the amenities you could want for a beach vacation. The owners reached out to us after a day or to and were very quick to bring a new broom because we didn’t have one!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is nice. Good location. Great beach. Well appointed with most everything you need in the kitchen. Would recommend although a few things that aren’t really related to the condo itself. The building management needs to address some issues. The folks working in the lobby are rude and don’t seem to like their job and the security is very lax. One particular day a large group parked across the street and sort of took over the pool. I think they were friends of some staying there. Gates were propped open, wrist bands were not checked.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THE STAY WOULD OF BEEN, WE GOT THE DATES MESSED UP AND THE MANAGEMENT GROUP REFUSED TO HELP US WITH ALL THE MONEY WE PAID/ MAYBE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE MAYBE NOT. I GUESS WE WILL NEVER KNOW. I UNDERSTAND IT WAS MY ERROR. BUT THEY COULD HAVE HELPED US IN THIS SITUATION. HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE MADE A MESS OF THINGS. Home Away From Home

This condo is beautiful and perfect if you’re looking for a great family friendly location. The 4th floor was awesome, not too high and parking garage level convenience for unloading and loading car (luggage, groceries, etc). The indoor pool was a great back-up for my grandkids on the couple days the weather wasn’t so great. The locked gate security is also great for making sure little ones can’t just walk out without someone who knows the code. The on-site grills were great and many used them, the pool furniture was very nice (not cheap) as well. Overall we loved this condo. My only complaint, and my fault for not reading the detail clearer, is the number of beds do not match the Room and Bed Detail section of this VRBO. I booked based on 2 Queen beds in Bedrooms 2 and 3. In the detail and in the pics it shows King beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms (I missed this) so in order for this condo to sleep 10 comfortably (we had 8), you would have to sleep 3 people in the King beds or on the living room couch. I have informed Management but the VRBO remains uncorrected. Overall, my family and I loved this condo. Perfect location and would recommend.

Arrived at condo not cleaned from precious renters Elderly people , pregnant mother and small child had to wait 2 hours before the unit was ready felt like needed to be refunded more for the unconvinced for all the couple that travelled to be there on time and had to wait they were very upset Unit was nice and great area .
