Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt på 11: e våningen direkt med utsikt över Lazy River på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla nöden med några nycklar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Med över 1.750 kvadratmeter är enheten väldigt rymlig, nybyggd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna condo i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 70 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en plattskärm 55" HDTV i master och en 50 "Smart TV i 2: a och 3: e sovrum, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-säng i mästaren och två queen sängar i 2: a och 3: e sovrum och en drottning bäddsoffa för totalt sovande upp till 12.

Det finns en fantastisk nollutgång utomhuspool med en vattenrutschbana som förbinder till en lat flod, uppvärmd pool i döden, två stora jacuzzi, toppmoderna fitnesscenter med utsikt över viken, grillgrillar och en tennisbana på 10: e våningen.

Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

Dirty condo, good location

This condo photographs well and looks amazing in the listing. However, it’s a different story when you arrive. Our feet were black from dirt within minutes of entering the condo. Countertops were dirty, carpets filthy, chipped paint, rust around the showers and on the fridge door. The floors were sandy and the glass doors looking out onto the beach were so dirty we couldn’t see out. The condo is right on the beach and has an indoor pool and lazy river. Building staff were very aggressive about wristbands, but it’s the off season - why so concerned?This condo is in a good location but for the price I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was super nice, beautiful views of the gulf and plenty of chairs on the balcony. No lighting on the balcony at night wished we could have a little bit more light in the evening. The oven would not heat up to 400 degrees, the sprayer on the sink wouldn’t completely turn off. Barely any cook wear or tools to use in the condo. The cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning we found multiple things under the beds in the bathrooms and in the living room that were from previous stays. Also the vacuum cleaner did not work. It would turn on but trying to vacuum the rug was impossible. I did enjoy my stay and will definitely come back. Just minor things that can be addressed.

The building is very convenient and was awesome to have the outdoor/indoor pool along with easy beach access. Our unit, #1105, was great overall. The living room couches need some refreshed/cleaned covers but we just put sheets over them so all good there. The main complaint was the lack of clean floors. We couldn't walk around in the unit or the balcony without shoes on because our feet would get black. A good scrubbing/mopping between each visit would help. With this said, we would definitely come back to this unit.

Beautiful stay

We did find that there were some essentials missing in the kitchen like dish soap, a scrubber, pizza cutter, plastic plates, things like that overall though it was beautifully decorated. We had noisy neighbors 1 to 2 nights and would’ve loved a 24 hour desk to be able to call down to when it was loud in the night.

Beautiful home and location - just need better cleaning ppl

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family LOVE this building and the location!! We've rented both 3 and 4 bd condos in this building and haven't been disappointed yet. However, upon first glance this condo is beautiful, BUT it needs better cleaning ppl/company between guests - Deeper vacuuming of rugs, bleaching of grout of tiles in master bath and caulking of other tub/shower (need all new toilet seats in every bathroom (has stains. toilets are fine). And better quality non-stick pots (or just remove them completely) and leave just the stainless pots (but will need more avail). With all being said, We would DEFINITELY RETURN. WE LOVED IT!! WE LOVE THIS BUILDING!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view. For what they charge there were ZERO supplies in the unit. Not a single garbage bag or dish soap. No salt and pepper, nada. Additional parking charge once you arrive. The TP was the cheapest, thinnest known to man. Unfortunately they can get away with this. Having experienced the service, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Excellent Place

The location is perfect - basically walking distance if you preferred to 3 grocery stores, beautiful beach, and great sunrises. Super soft sand and dolphins visible from balcony. Property manager was great and addressed any problems we had very well. Would definitely go back!

We loved this property! The lazy River is the reason I booked it because of our 5 year old granddaughter but… we all enjoyed it! The condo was very roomy and comfortable! Would love to come back next year!

Great location, but not so happy with the property.

Even though the cleaning lady was leaving as we arrived to the condo, it had not been cleaned. All the beds were dirty, sand on the floors, food under the dresser, counter tops and dining table were sticky. I spent Saturday evening and Sunday morning cleaning and washing sheets. The older security guards at the beach entrance and pool area are very rude to the patrons. We loved the lazy river and pool area and the short walk to the beach. The elevators and parking were very nice. We visit Orange Beach twice a year and this was my first and last stay at this location. After speaking with the property manager the cleaning fee was refunded.

Great place!

This place was very nice and big. My only complaint was the elevators were slow and the beds are very hard. Other than that, we loved staying here. The view was fantastic, pool was amazing, and place was big enough for all 12 of us! The owner was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely consider coming back!

Great beach experience with the Grandkids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time vacationing in Orange Beach with our Grandchildren. The property was just as described, our Condo was very spacious, in a great location and very well maintained. Our Grandchildren ages 14,12,7 and their 14 year old friend loved all the great outdoor amenities the property had to offer. The boardwalk is a short walk to the beach which the adults appreciated because it was convenient to go back and forth from the beach to the pool where all the kids also enjoyed spending a lot of time on the water slide and in the lazy river. We also drove to The Florabama which was a short distance from our Condo where we rode the Banana Boat out to parasail with Ike's which was a really awesome experience for all the much fun!!! We spent one afternoon at the amusement park where the kids were able to basically get off a ride and get right back on because the park was pretty much empty. It was a little surprising and disappointing that the amusement park closed at 7pm which is really early compared to most other parks. However, I feel it was still very much worth visiting because of the short lines for the rides and would still recommend. There are several fast food places across the street which is convenient if you want to just grab a quick bite to eat. We did have one small issue that was no fault of the owners and it was resolved very quickly and professionally. The unit above us flooded one of their bathrooms which leaked thru the light fixture in our master bathroom above the tub and tripped the circuit breaker. Chris R. with the maintenance staff was very knowledgeable, proficient, professional and friendly and went above and beyond to insure it didn't cause much of an inconvenience to us. Thank you to Chris and his staff for staying late to ensure the issue was resolved quickly, your dedication is very much appreciated! Overall our vacation was awesome and I would highly recommend staying at this Resort and in #1105!

Spring Break 2021
