Perfect Spot Near The Pier

We loved staying at this property. It was clean, well-stocked with supplies, and in a great location. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

We loved the condo - very clean, well maintained, good location, nice ocean/beach view and we loved our week at Navarre. The ONLY downer was the Florida sunshine - mostly absent during our stay!

This is the 4th different condo we have stayed at in Navarre and would not stay again. One of the first things we noticed was the cleaning fee not put to good use. When moving the coffee table/ottoman, there was food underneath it, and we did not eat at the condo, so we know it was not us. Secondly, after we arrived, the owner told us that the bathroom off the main hallway was not working properly, and a plumber would be able to fix it the next day. We do not know if they ever came out or not. I can tell you that the toilet ran most of the time and we were there. Fans in both the laundry room and bathroom off the bedroom were very loud. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. We were supposed to have six bracelets in our room, and the instructions told us that if they all were there not upon checking out that we would be charged $10 for any missing bracelets. These allowed us to go down to the pool and to the beach. When we arrived, there were only four there. I reached out to the owner, who told me to go to the office on Monday morning to pick up two additional bracelets, and he would email them and let them know I was coming. We went Monday afternoon, and they gave us a hard time because they had not gotten any emails from the owner yet. While knowing that it was a sleeper sofa, thankfully we did not use, the furniture was uncomfortable. Lastly, a dirty dishrag was left in the garbage disposal, and stunk. I took lots of pictures of stains.

This condo was exactly what we wanted for the week, it was clean, our host sent us clear arrival & departure instructions, and checked on us shortly after our arrival to be sure everything was as expected and it was. It was a great stay!

Lovely Property Managers and Easy Beach Stay

The property managers were helpful and kind with the information we needed before our trip and the check-in process. The location makes beach access super easy with walkable restaurants nearby. The pool tended to be overcrowded, but we went during peak season so that was to be expected.

Perfect

The condo is very nice! We would definitely recommend. We also would look to stay here again. So close to everything. We are active seniors and enjoyed having the chairs set up for us and the ease of getting to beach and restaurants. It was very quiet even when the local restaurants had concerts we didn’t hear the fun unless we were in it!!! Plenty of room for our local family to come and visit with us! We’re so thankful and blessed and appreciated a beautiful stay. We also got to meet Sweet Pea!

A little piece of paradise

The condo was very nice and roomy. Loved the wooden walkway bridge to the beach very nice and the 2 beach chairs and umbrella were included in the rental that was a bonus. Loved there were 3 pools to choose from on the property. The balcony is very nice and roomy as well. You have a beautiful view of the gulf and the Pier! Very relaxing and wasn’t crowed no hustle and bustle to try to get ready to go out to eat before the crowds. Everyone was extremely nice. There are 3 places to eat on the island within walking distance. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower in the condo not powerful enough. The owners were very nice and that’s the only issue we had. We washed all the towels every night after our showers. We treated their condo as it was our own home. This is going to be our new vacation spot. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit. They didn’t miss a beat on everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and living area. Thank you so much to the owners John and Joy. We will be back at the end of September!

Needs Updates

Fully equipped kitchen, yes. Could we use all the pots and pans, no!! Non-stick pans were peeling so badly that we dare not use them. Could not cook in the oven or on stove top because the smoke detector in the kitchen went off constantly, thus defeating one of the major reasons we stayed at a condo. I'm not going to list all of the problems, but book carefully. Better places for less.

This condo is as close to perfect as it gets. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you need and very clean. We loved the location and the view was the best. Communication with the owner was very easy and quickly responded. We hope to come back here again soon!!

This was our first time in a long time, to stay in a condo versus a townhouse and it was amazing! There were 3 pools in the complex, so if one was full there were other options. The home was equipped with all the general necessities and we were walking distance to multiple eateries! Beautiful View

We loved Navarre Beach! This condo was exactly like the pictures. Our son (12) loved the bunks. Our adult daughter needed more mattress than a piece of foam so she slept on the couch and loved it. Beautiful view and easy walk to the pier and local restaurants.

Joy and I have been married for almost 25 years and have three beautiful daughters. We had been vacationing in the area for many years and when the opportunity came about to buy into a new building on the beach, we decided to take the plunge. We've seen our share of storms come through, but we're still here loving and enjoying our second home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

John's father moved to the area to retire back in the 90's and after a while went into real estate when golfing wasn't enough to keep him busy. It worked out well for him and now he's finally retired. We always loved the area and it only made sense that we should have a place of our own down here.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Navarre Beach is special because it offers those who live or vacation here an opportunity to get away from the mainland and come out on the island and enjoy what God has created. It's much more peaceful and relaxing than some of the other bigger spots along the water (Destin, Fort Walton, Pensacola), yet you're still close enough to visit those areas because they're only a short drive away.
