The property was well maintained and close proximity to several restaurants! Pete was super easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only recommendation I’d make are new pillows for all beds and better cutting knives.

great time at a great place!

Awesome 2 bedroom place with a really spectacular 14th floor view of ocean. We ate breakfast on the porch overlooking the lovely beach every day! Kitchen is well provisioned and the entire place is quite comfortable for beach getaway!

Nice condo with great view of gulf

The condo was very nice, beds were very comfortable, very clean and had ample supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The location is awesome as it is a quiet area but yet it near restaurants and other amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Vacation

The condo is one of the best we have stayed in around the US. The room is clean and roomy. The building is well managed. The location was perfect allowing us to watch fish from the balcony and easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family!

Our stay here was amazing! The condo is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The extra beach toys and chairs were a great addition. The Pearl is a nice and quiet location, with great proximity to the beach and other nearby attractions. Everything was family friendly. We will definitely be coming back to this condo!

Great stay

Everything was just as listed with detailed entry instructions so that we had no need to contact the host. Nice, quiet and secure building, great condo with an amazing view and beach access. Definitely a nice perk to have the reserved beach chairs/umbrella with condo. If ever heading back to the gulf this would be our top pick of beach and condo!

Beautiful

This was our first time staying at The Pearl and we loved it! Very nice condominium. The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw several marine life! Yes even some sharks! The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Answered any questions we had and informed us on anything we needed to know for the upcoming holiday weekend. The condo is just has pictured and described. The only recommendation I would have is that there needs to be a curtain put up in the spare bedroom. The light from outside hallway is very bright and it made it hard to sleep. The master area is very spacious! Overall it was another great trip to Navarre!!

This is a beautiful condo; well-furnished, very clean and comfortable. The view from the 14th floor of the crystal clear gulf with white sand beaches was spectacular. Our host Pete was responsive and helpful and sent clear, concise instructions about the unit. The pool and hot tub are clean, accessible, and offer nice sitting/get-together seating. Plus, the unit rental includes two beach chairs with umbrella--definitely nice. I highly recommend this rental.

Will definitely stay again. Awesome ocean views from the very large balcony, extremely spacious condo with more room that we expected. Extra quilts and sheets, this seems to alway lack in other places we stayed. Check in/out was efficient and effortless. Quick access and easy access to beach even for those that have issues walking long distances or lots of stairs. They have a very nice ramp to walk up and down. The atmosphere at the beach was very relaxed and calming, hard to put into words but just different from other beaches we have been to in the area. Large and secure parking area and they have many carts on hand to help with getting all your gear to and from your vehicles.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I chose Navarre Beach because of it's unique environment. It is much more laid back and private than the other beaches along the Emerald Coast. It's the perfect place for a real family vacation without the hassle of the 'party crowds'. It is so great to walk out the back of the Pearl and walk directly onto Navarre Beach.
