Njut av Moabs finaste läge och den fantastiska naturen i vårt 3 sovrum, två badrumsstadsbostad på en nivå. Fantastisk utsikt över både Moab Rim och Gold Bar Rim och bara ett par minuters promenad till centrala centrum. Ett 2-bilgarage plus 3 extra uppfartutrymmen och gott om parkering på gatan gör detta hem extremt bekvämt för att ta med alla dina trailers och leksaker!

En öppen planlösning och gott om sittplatser för alla i din grupp med en 60 "TV och öppen spis i vardagsrummet, en 45" TV i sovrummet, 32 "TV i drottningssovrummet, WIFI och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare (tvättmedel är försedd). En skyddad innergård med Kitchen Aid BBQ plus flera andra sittplatser utomhus och en privat inhägnad trädgård gör detta hem perfekt för barn och husdjur. Massor av spel och guideböcker finns också och ping pong bordet finns i garaget.

Gemensamma inomhuspool är en av de enda poolerna året runt i Moab.

Wonderful place for family trip to Moab area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is a lovely home. It’s very comfortable, both beds & LR seating, nice patio area, quiet, and very easy access to downtown, and highways for excursions. Would stay here again.

Extremely happy. House was located near many restaurants, and away from the busy Main Street area. Two car garage and plenty of room on the driveway to park. The kitchen was well equipped and a good choice of spices and seasonings. A for our host. Extremely good at communicating with us to make sure all was satisfactory and no issues.

Comfortable, clean, good location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for three nights in this spot which was close to Main Street on a quiet street. We were very happy with everything except the main TV which we spent a long time trying to get to work with the instructions we'd received (which, it turned out, were different from the instructions actually at the house). Neither set of instructions got any of the channels to work. We were only there during the evenings and called for support and were told that the manager couldn't take her technicians away from their families in the evenings to try to fix this. They did come the next day while we were gone and got it going, telling us that it was all working fine when they got there. We had asked to send us their updated instructions if they came but never received them. Otherwise a very nice place and good exeprience.

Thanks for the thoughtful review—we really appreciate it. We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and the overall stay. That said, we hear you on the TV frustration. Having two different sets of instructions (neither of which worked) is on us, and we can see how that would be especially disappointing when you’re just trying to relax in the evenings. We also understand the timing wasn’t ideal. While we do have some limitations with after-hours technician availability, we should have done a better job troubleshooting remotely and, most importantly, following up with clear, updated instructions after the fix. That piece shouldn’t have been missed. We’ve since reviewed and streamlined the instructions for the home to make sure they’re accurate and easy to follow moving forward. Thanks again for the feedback—we’re glad you still had a good experience overall and hope to host you again next time you’re in Moab.
