Hiking the Parks

My family stayed here for a few days to hike the parks. This place was a good base with plenty of room. It was nice to soak in the hot tub after hiking or before starting out in the morning. The owners were extremely prompt at answering. This place is a little south of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab which is what we wanted.

Super comfortable weekend getaway

Great Time

Very nice place to stay we enjoyed our time there very much. Everything there was as good as you could want the only thing that was missing was a Keurig coffee maker but I unintentionally left mine there now it has one. Would definitely stay there again.

Best Deal in Moab!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a group of 7 of us from different parts of the country that came to Moab to attend the Easter Jeep Safari and then wheeled for another week when the trails are less crowded. The property was super clean and comfortable for all of us. We love staying here and will definitely stay here again when we are out this way. The host is superb and extremely responsive if you have questions or need anything.

Group Getaway

The property was perfect for our group of OHV enthusiasts. Close to the trails and anything else we needed. The house was clean, well stocked and plenty of beds. The only problem area was the road noise, but of course there's nothing the owner can do about that. We all hope to be back soon!

Great Location

The condo is just outside Moab, which is a plus. You have the convenience of Moab, without the crowds. It is comfortable, and very well equipped. We had one issue upon arrival, and the owner got on it right away. Our group of eight adults had plenty of space. Highly recommend this property!

We loved this property. It was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. I liked that It wasn’t right in town but it was pretty close. The managers have great communication.

Perfect home for our family trip

This was ideal for us. Came to Moab with our 8 kids. Loved the hot tub (snowed while we were there and it was so fun to be out in the hot tub with falling snow). Little further trip to Arches but definitely worth the added space and amenities. Gas grill was perfect to have and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We would definitely come again.

Great for bigger group

We had 2 families and grandma (7 total) and this was a great place to stay. We loved the hot tub. Had plenty of room for the 7 of us. We used the grill, which worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed for some dinners in the condo and making our lunches too. Easy drive to the parks. It is right off the highway, so really not ideal to walk from the house, but an easy 5 minute drive into town. Would stay again :)

Great location in Moab!

Very nice property and comfortable for our group of 10. Our only issue was arriving to a foul sour smell in the kitchen/dining area, presumably from a sink disposal. Unable to get housekeeping to come on a Friday evening, but we were able to knock it down some running some detergents through. Also had some bedding with a few hairs on them. Other than these housekeeping issues, this is a great place to stay and would still recommend it.

Comfortable Condo

The location, parking for trailer and truck were excellent. Nice sized condo with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub clean and relaxing with great outdoor space. There were a few things that need improvement. Upon arriving funky, musty smell but went away next day, guessing it was the air conditioner. Intake vent cover really needs a good cleaning. Inadequate towels for using a fresh one every day, especially wash clothes. Overall good experience and would probably book again.

Pillows, bedding, condiments, room freshener

Not all pillows had pillow cases and were old pillows. Also pull out bed upstairs had no sheets. Would like a few necessities like lotion and bigger bars of soap for shower. Condiments like mustard and ketchup so I didn’t have to buy for a short trip. Room freshener would be nice too, it had a stale smell.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alles war so, wie in der Beschreibung. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Toll war es, dass der Kens Lake nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist und es herrlich war, sich dort nach den Wanderungen abzukühlen und zu entspannen.
