Njut av charm och bekvämlighet när du bor på 604 Sunset St. - Unit E. Detta vackra hem ligger i en liten, privat förening (5 hus omgiven av ett vackert, inneslutet gemensamt utrymme) och bara 10 minuters promenad till den historiska Santa Fe Plaza - hem för konstgallerier, museer, restauranger, shopping och mer och på vintern, bara 15 miles till Santa Fe skidbassäng. Den dagliga avgiften Ft. Marcy atletisk komplex bara kvarter bort. Platsen kunde inte vara mer perfekt! Detta hus har alla funktionerna i klassiska Santa Fe-hem - högt i tak i vardagsrummen med trävigor, trägolv i hela, vackra bänkskivor i granit i köket och badrummen, sydväst kakel accenter, toppapparater i det fullt utrustade köket, och mjuka gipsväggar. Huset är perfekt för besökare som vill ha ett rent, modernt hem med all Santa Fe-charm! De två sovrummen är vackert inredda med duntäcken och kuddar. Det stora sovrummet (nedervåningen) har en svit och det finns ett annat stort badrum i hallen på övervåningen nära det andra sovrummet. Ett litet däck utanför vardagsrummet ger en lugn plats för morgonkaffe / te eller en kvällsuppfriskning efter en dag med sightseeing eller skidåkning i vackra Santa Fe. Hemmet har både centralvärme och luftkonditionering och är utrustad med höghastighetsinternet och HD Smart TV i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen. En eldstad slutför bilden. Det finns ett enda garage och ytterligare parkeringsplats, utanför gatan, för en andra bil.

Great place, great location, great management

This property is very nice. Located within a group of 5-6 well-kept garden homes that all open on to a nice courtyard. Parking space and a one car garage are around back accessed via the alley. The property itself is clean and nicely furnished. Location is great, just a block off Artists road (if you are headed into he mountains for skiing or hiking, it's very convenient). But still close enough that you can walk to the plaza in under 15 minutes. Finally, the owners/managers are great. They communicate well to make sure you enjoy your stay. They provided a nice welcome package with some chips, salsa, fruit, drinks. We would stay again.

Great place in Santa Fe

The house was perfect in every way. Great layout, clean, everything you could possibly need for cooking, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The location was great too. The pictures of the house online are great, but when you get there you'll be surprised that it's much nicer and more open than the pictures make you think. Best VBRO I've stayed at.

This property is immaculate, beautiful, conveniently located and better supplied than any I’ve ever rented before. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. I would happily stay here again when I might be in Santa Fe.

Perfect Spot !

Great Location in Santa Fe. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza. Great communication with owner and property manager. They furnish everything you would ever need. They provided many many food staples. We came for the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque and stayed in Santa Fe at this property and so glad we did. It was Perfect !

Perfect Stay! Super Clean! Well Appointed!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well decorated and had everything we would possibly need. Thanks for the welcome basket, such a nice personal touch. The AC worked perfectly, and the bed was very confortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Santa Fe. :-)

Excellent stay in Santa Fe

We had such a great experience at Chris’s house. The location is excellent, everything we could have needed for cooking and comfort was there and the welcome basket with goodies was very thoughtful. Plenty of parking and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the plaza. The decor is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a family or couples traveling together! We hope to come back again and stay next year!

Amazing Santa Fe Rental

Ideal location close the plaza and along the route to the ski area. New, high quality construction outfitted with luxurious bedding and well stocked kitchen. Great WiFi and cable package as well.

Really nice place, great location!

We needed a place while visiting Santa Fe & Taos and this home was great. We loved being able to grill and cook and it had all the basics we needed. The bedrooms were separated enough to give us some privacy. If we come back we’d stay again!

Our stay on Sunset

Wonderful location. Very comfortable house. Quiet neighborhood. Good amenities. We did notice upon arrival that the house could use a good dusting. We advised the property manager of this, and she advised that she had been out of town and was not able to inspect the property prior to our arrival. I would recommend this property unequivically.

This property was perfect!

The property was beautiful and spacious, perfect for our family. The amenities provided felt like home. The welcome basket was so thoughtful and the property manager was very responsive and our checkin was smooth. The location to downtown was within walking distance.
