Ett mysigt, vackert dekorerat hem med Adirondack-charm, nyligen renoverat, detta hem är perfekt för en familjens bortflykt på en tunnland vid foten av de underbara Adirondack-bergen i Lake George-regionen. Hemmet ligger halvvägs mellan Bolton Landing och Lake George Village, med tillgång till stranden i Bolton Landing bara 10 minuter bort.
Det finns tre sovrum, två med queen-size sängar och ett med en fullstor / två våningssäng. Det finns också en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet i queen-size, vilket ger den totala sovförmågan till 9.
Det finns en stor, avskärmad veranda, liksom ett öppet däck mot baksidan av fastigheten för att njuta av trädgården och utsikten över bergen.
En grill på yttre däck är tillgänglig för grillning.
En gasspis med fjärrkontroll i vardagsrummet ger atmosfären och komforten i svalare / kallt väder.
Huset har central luftkonditionering i dagar som är varmare än bekväma.
Ett rymligt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare gör det bekvämt att få tvätt och vikas ihop.

Fantastic

House was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Very quiet but only ten minutes from the village of Lake George. Loved relaxing on the porch after a busy day of sight seeing.

Just Right Vacation Home

Good kitchen and dining room. Good beds and baths. Comfortable living room. Spacious deck and screened porch. Quiet, wooded neighborhood an easy drive to Lake George. We would be pleased to stay here again.

Great stay!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property and we were very happy. The house was clean and had everything necessary. It is located between Bolton and Lake George making it easy to get to either place quickly.

A great place to stay

Wow! An amazing house. Close to all. We attended a wedding at the Sagamore and it was an easy 10 min ride. The owners have thought of all the comforts of home. Home was immaculate and whole process was flawless.

Ideal Lake George House

Pine Nook was a perfect house for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The owners were easy to get in touch with and friendly. The location was convenient and the neighborhood quiet. We can’t say enough nice things about this house.

Cozy House - Great Getaway

My family and I stayed in this lovely, cozy house for about a week in January. It had everything we needed, was very pleasant and warm. The fireplace made it welcoming and nice during cold winter evenings. Kids had a ton of fun in the back yard in the snow. A great place for a break.

Lake George getaway

Helen was able to get us an early check-in (big plus) and left a binder of helpful things to know and places to go. Property was close to nearby attractions and suited our needs. Rooms were spacious and cozy, aside from the kitchen area which felt a tad too small for our group of five women (mini-reunion). Overall, a nice, relaxing getaway.

Wonderful house!

We spent several days at Pine Nook with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandkids. It's a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay! We all agreed the first evening that we felt right at home. Communication with the owner Helen was terrific! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again if we visit Lake George in the future.

Great to be there!

We stayed here last year and it met all our criteria. We rebooked it for this year and it was just as good, minus the previous year's road construction! :) Another great time. In love with the screened-in porch. Kitchen rocks and the living room is comfortable to be in! And i used the office for some business and it is great. Everything is first class. Thank you for being a great home owner with a dynamite place.

Lake george winterfest

Helens home was clean and only 10 minutes from downtown where winterfest was held. Plenty of parking, outdoor screened in patio was useful because it wasn't too cold out when we stayed. Plenty of games and books and wifi actually worked. Bed accommodations was sufficient for us 3 couples. I personally enjoyed the top bunk of the bunk bed. I'd definitely stay there again.

This property met all our expectations. Clean, neat, clear communications with owner. Everything was thought out ahead of time by the owner, and it made a huge difference. I have already written the owner to schedule for next year. If you need a place that has pretty much everything, this just might be it. Great kitchen, super screened-in porch and deck, comfortable rooms, and the right amount of quiet. Worth checking out.

Amazing Home in the Lake George Area/Adirondacks

We have been coming to Lake George for several years now. Our friends wanted to check out Lake George with us and suggested renting a house this time. It was a great idea! Check in was a breeze with the lockbox. It was so nice to come home instead of going back to a cramped hotel room. We could relax on the huge couch or the screened in porch, and/or play games at the big kitchen table! The kitchen had everything you could ever need! We loved the modern rustic decor, especially all of the pine cone touches throughout the house. Helen was terrific to work with and always responded quickly to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again! Needless to say, we all had a wonderful time!

A Beautiful Home and Location!

Our family of three (2 adults and a 3 year old) rented this home for a fall getaway to the Adirondacks, and we had an amazing time! The pictures posted on this site give a great idea of what the house is like, but it is so much prettier and impressive in person! We loved the large deck, the privacy of the home, the decor, and even got to use the fireplace on chilly nights. The home is also situated right between the towns of Lake George and Bolton Landing. We explored both towns and tried restaurants in each place (Lake George pizza places deliver to the home! We did that for an easy meal one night.) We also drove to spend a day in Saratoga and our daughter spent the day trick-or-treating in town as part of the Fall Festival. We really hope to return and bring more family members. Thank you Helen for a great vacation!

Beautiful, Clean, centrally-located home

We stayed at Helen's home for a long weekend. Check in was super simple (Helen and I actually only touched base only a few hours before our arrival). One of the first things we noticed was how CLEAN and well-maintained the house is. Everything, including the inside of the dishwasher and washing machine is immaculate. There are also small, lovely touches in the house that add to the enjoyment of the stay. As previous reviews have said, the house is about a 10 min ride from both Lake George and from Bolton Landing. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace and watching movies. We also spent some time having coffee and playing cards on the front porch. Thank you for opening your home, Helen. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the area.

Clean and Modern

Family of four (2 adults and 2 kids ) stayed for 3 nights in December 2022. Property was as advertised and was clean and modern. Appliances updated and nice layout with kitchen and dining room on one side with access to screened in porch which would be great in the summer. 2 family members joined us on last night and the three bedrooms and 2 full baths were perfect. Beds were comfortable. Modern thermostat and gas fireplace in living room made house for easy temperature control. 30-35 minute drive to Gore (albeit there wasn’t snow or ice on the roads when we were there ). Extra features which we didn’t use included washer and dryer in a separate mud room at entry door and a small separate office. Highly recommend this property, would be great for all seasons, and owner was responsive. Thanks Helen for a great stay !

Charming and convenient home in Lake George

We loved our stay at Pine Nook. It is a beautiful and spacious home. Everything is one one floor, which was super convenient. My kids have allergies, so having the wood floor in the home was nice. The kitchen was very well stocked and so bright. The beds were very comfortable to sleep. My kids loved the bedroom with bunk beds, the bed was beautifully made with wooden logs, including the ladder. Hubby loved the office room which was like a small man cave. The laundry machines were huge and they are high-end. We all loved hanging out in the living room which has a nice view of the greenery around. The best part of the home was the screened in porch, where we spent a decent bit of time. This home is quite close to Bolton’s landing and Lake George. Since we stayed for a week, we visited Ticonderoga, Lake Placid, Whiteface mountain (views from here are gorgeous), Albany, Saratoga springs etc. All of them were a drive of approximately an hour or less. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We all had a very enjoyable and memorable vacation at this home. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area.
