Ny moderniserad, lugn lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över havet och bergen och en fantastisk terrass som får solen från tidig morgon. Det är fullt utrustat inte bara med standardföremål utan också med iPod / iPhone-docka, Nespresso-kaffebryggare, regneffektdusch, luftkonditionering i sovrummet, säkert gratis (tillräckligt stor för en varvskiva), centralvärme, privat parkering och WiFi.
Det ligger i ett mycket lugnt område, eftersom det inte finns någon gata runt det, och bara 5 minuters promenad till stranden, marina, barer, restauranger, affärer, stormarknader, turistinformationskontor, spårvagn och busshållplats, taxibilar, båtturer, kyrka , fotbollsplan (idealisk för barn och jogging). Bara 3 km bort kan du hitta Sóller, en vacker och charmig stad i en dal omgiven av apelsin- och olivlundar. Dess huvudtorg är den neuralgiska punkten i området med dess modernistiska arkitektur. Beautiful apartment, has everything you need. The view from the terrace is amazing. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend! The hosts were excellent too.

Fab week’s holiday

The apartment was just perfect for our stay in Port Sóller. It was comfortable with easy access into the port. It was also a great central position to visit other tourist locations. We hired a car but did not use it the whole week due to the local transport being so easy to use - tram, train & bus. We had a fantastic stay here.

The Wedding

The apartment was wonderful, great location 3 mins walk down the secret steps to the marina with a view to die for. Everything was there that we needed, clean and functional. Communications were great even when I had mixed up the leaving date the team were very helpful with taxi's and a later check out to allow us to sort ourselves out. A brilliant holiday made better by this great apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Port Soller Paradise

The location of this unit is fantastic! You are able to walk into port but still have the fabulous sea views to enjoy from your spacious balcony. The owners were extremely responsive and quickly replaced a broken tea kettle and promptly sent a TV technician to assist with the reception. We would have appreciated communication at least 1 week prior to our stay to collect our travel information and provide us with the details regarding access to the apartment. We would not hesitate to book this lovely apartment for another holiday!

Great Hosts

I had to cancel at the very last moment because of illness. Notwithstanding, the hosts were excellent throughout the period leading up to my scheduled stay. They initiated all comminucations and sent me the necessary tourist forms to make it easier for me. Unfortuneately becuase of illness I was not able to meet them, based on my interactions and reports from friends who stayed in the area, I will get there some day and this unit will be at the top of the list.

A super apartment with wonderful views.

We have just come back from a fantastic holiday in Port De Soller. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and has wonderful views from the large terrace. We hope to stay again in the apartment when we next go to Port De Soller.

Great apartment, well equipped, stunning views of Port Soller. Great comms, very accommodating. Restaurants recommended were all very good, especially nautilus - if you have a special occasion it is worth booking - views are stunning. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous apartment, in a lovely location

We loved our stay in Port de Soller. Such a great town and the views from the apartment are amazing. Slightly spoiled by noisy upstairs neighbours but that can’t be helped and it wouldn’t stop us from returning. The apartment had everything we needed and is perfect for a couples trip away. Communication was easy and also a bonus to have a parking space. The stairs to the apartment and hill from the town do mean you have to have a fairly good level of fitness.

Well equipped, great view

The property is well equipped, with heating throughout (which we used some evenings as we stayed in April) and aircon in the bedroom. A large fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine among the normal kitchen appliances. A large balcony with great views over Port de Soller. Also very useful shortcut via steps, down to the marina. Good shower and also a washing macine in a separate small utility room. A parking spot is a massive bonus as places to park are extremely hard to find.

Fabulous View, Fabulous Location, Fabulous Flat

This flat had everything my wife and I needed for a fortnight stay. We didn't do any cooking, but everything was there if we had.If you like music, then take your own bluetooth speaker as there was nothing ther with quality sound.The flat was clean and comfortable and a couple of minor issues were resolved immediately by Virginia, our english speaking manager. She was excellent and responded very quickly to Whatsapp messages.The location is just superb. The Port de Soller harbour and beach with it's many restaurants & bars, is just a 5 minute walk away. The bus stop for the cheap and excellent bus service to Soller and Palma is 10-15 minutes walk.There is an included dedicated car parking space.Of course there is a downside to the fabulous view from the flat - it's on the hillside, which means that there are lot's of steps. From the harbour, there's 60 steps to access the flat. From the carparking space there 47 steps down to access the flat. In fairness the steps are wide and easy and my wife and I (fairly fit mid-60s) manged well enough. But the flat would not suit someone with badly impaired mobility.But with that one caveat I would recommend this flat to anyone and my wife and I certainly hope to return.Thanks to Virginia and her team.

Amazing location and comfortable accommodation

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was completely as advertised, super clean, and quiet. It was the perfect size for 2 adults. We stayed for a week Bathroom was very clean, water pressure and temperature in the shower was good and we had plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There is a small laundry room with an apartment sized washer. There is no dryer but there were hangers for air drying. Bed was comfortable and we used the AC every day. Can't say enough about the patio, we had our coffee, wine and all meals out there. No bugs, beautiful view and private. Our flight in was delayed and the owner was very accommodating and communication was good. We needed hand soap and more toilet paper than was provided so I would just recommend when you buy initial groceries, add those to your list. Again, overall an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Hier stimmt einfach alles.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Hafen und Promenade sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Unsere Highlights: moderne gemütliche Einrichtung; sehr gut ausgestattete Küche; großer Balkon mit phantastischem Ausblick; Parkplatz inklusive; große Fenster; Welcome-Präsent der Gastgeberin; Bücher, WLAN & Co. vorhanden... Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin immer zeitnah und verbindlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und phantastischem Blick über die Bucht. Darüber hinaus sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Über ein paar Treppen ist man in kürzester Zeit direkt an der Promenade. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbare Zeit über Ostern

Tolles Apartment, das auch in der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der Balkon ist ein Traum, wir saßen stundenlang und genossen das "Hafenkino". Das deutsche Satellitenfernsehen hat gut funktioniert.

Toll eingerichtet, traumhafter Ausblick

Es war wunderschön! Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt um zu kochen und sich wohl zu fühlen! Es war sehr sauber und modern aber auch wohlig eingerichtet! Handtücher und genug Laken/Decken waren vorhanden! Eine schöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Bucht! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben ❤️

Wundervoll!
