Den 2 sovrum 2 badrum har en TV i varje sovrum och en 55 tums platt-TV i vardagsrummet. Byggnaden har en vÀrmepool, solbad och en hiss och tvÄ trappuppgÄngar.

Amazing Location

This property worked perfectly for our family spring break to FL. Condo was well furnished, comfortable, quiet, safe/secure and had incredible beach/gulf/sunset views. Location was perfect with easy access to so many great restaurants, shopping areas, etc. Beach is gorgeous and perfect for lounging or long walks. Would recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Excellent condo on the beach!

We stayed at Kima for a week and couldn’t have had a better experience. The condo is clean and well-equipped with anything you could need. The location is extraordinary. I don’t know what was better
being an elevator ride and a few steps from the beach or sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean at any time. I think this our favorite place we have ever stayed out of all of the times we have visited Florida. If this condo is available, jump on it!

Just right

This unit was just what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, good sized, and right on the beach. It isn't overly fancy but everything worked as it should and we found it to fit our needs perfectly. We made comment that it was the first place we had ever stayed in Florida where the air conditioning actually cooled the condo down during the day. All in all we loved it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Awesome View

We could not ask for a better view from the condo. We watched dolphins every morning, and enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Make sure if you book this property that your instructions include a code to get in the building. Ours was missing from the paperwork and created a problem. Also, if you do have a problem, text rather than call for a faster response. The elevator did go out, but was resolved quickly. Loved the location and the great access to the beach. The pool was nice too.

Spectacular View

We chose this property due to its location and price. We stayed the month of January. The Condo has the best view of the gulf/sunset of any we have stayed at before. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping etc. Everything was clean and in working order. The living room has a very nice large flat screen tv. The Master bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. The owner checked with us upon departure to ensure we had a great time. He also asked us to let him know of anything that needed repair, but we advised him that everything was fine. We are going to book again.

Yearly vacation

As excepted with with an exception entirely out of the control of the owner. We had fishermen in front of our condo the entire week we were there. They caught at least three hammerhead sharks. We all know they are there but we don’t invite them ashore. We felt like we couldn’t get in the water. Very disappointed.

Nice large condo, but in need of upsates

Condo itself was roomy and nice decor. Things needed updating include: front bathroom, refrigerator, and the stove is from the 1970's. We called about the pool needing attention and it was cleaned quickly. The building was clean and located in a very nice area, but offers no amenities other than it's located on the beach with a pool. We were ok with it, however anyone looking for grills, shuffleboard, ice machines, or vending machines should look elsewhere. Yes

WOW! What a view!!!

The building was well kept, very clean. The condo could use some updating but overall it was very nice. It was roomy and homey. I would recommend it and plan on staying again. There was an issue with the dishwasher but Charles had it taken care of the next day. Turns out the people before, did not let it finish the cycle. I loved it. A very restful vacation!!! The birds were amazing, pelicans flew by the balcony and you could almost see them breath. An Ospry landed on the camera on the building next door, he had a fish in his talons. If you like birds and wildlife this place is a must!!! Condo # 501 ...

Dust so thick, we had to clean everything upon arrival. Vacuum did not work. Sent email to owner on first day. No reply. Phoned him on day three. No reply. Finally got him on phone where he was VERY rude. Sent over his daughter with two bottles of wine and weak apologies. Outdated corroded appliances, horrid kitchen supplies, dirty floors (don’t wear white socks) and a shower that we had to scrub off mold before using. Mattresses caused backaches and linens were inferior. This unit needs a lot of help.

Great location and view

Four of us got together for a girl's week. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Couldn't ask for a better setting. The ocean was right there and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and having our breakfast. The area was quiet and clean and not too crowded. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There's a TV in every room. We could walk to several restaurants. The beach was awesome and there's a set-up service that's worth the money. And unless you bring your own beach chairs, you'll need it. Cons: The word "minimalist" comes to mind when trying to describe the condo. The condo is not very well-equipped if you plan on doing any cooking. We ate out or ordered in every night, so that wasn't really an issue. There were only two bath towels per person and there were only two washcloths for the entire condo. There was one trash bag in the kitchen trash can and no others. So bring a couple of those. You'll have to buy paper towels and toilet paper because there wasn't much of those, either. The shower in the master bathroom slopes down into the drain, so be careful when you step into it. There was a new bar of soap on the vanity, but a used bar of soap in the shower. A flashlight would have given us more light than the outside light on the balcony did. Most other condos we've stayed in had a supply of games and books. There was not one to be found. I had gotten an email from VRBO with the internet username and password on it. The password wouldn't work, even after all of us tried several times. I called the owner and he yelled at me that it was Saturday afternoon and that we must be putting in the wrong numbers. When he actually let me talk, I read him the number that VRBO had given us and he admitted it was wrong. Since check-in and check-out is on Saturday, then if you're the owner, I'd think you want to make sure you speak nicely to the people who are paying you money, especially at check-in. All that being said, if you're prepared ahead of time, you'll love it.

Nice condo, great location

This condo was just as advertised and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect, closeness to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach which never disappoints! The condo had everything we needed, no problems at all with the facility, the check in and check out process were easy, the owner was straight forward and great to deal with. This is definitely a place we will stay at again on our next trip to Mad Beach!

Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
