This property was exactly as advertised. It is well appointed and makes a beach trip easy. Great view of the water, and easy access to the beach. Convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Went on a "mom" trip and this condo was perfect! We saw dolphins every morning as we sat on the balcony. Everything you need is right there!. Stocked very well..even TP and paper towels! This condo was very clean as well! We def enjoyed our vacation! Also, plenty of beach chairs and umbrella to each the ocean up close...then the beach loungers provided were awesome! Thanks!!

The Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked and right on the beach. The beach lounge chairs that are included in the rental were a very nice touch. Walter and Maureen also offer everything else you would need to spend the day at the ocean. Beach chairs, rafts, a pump and sand toys for kids. Everything you need to grill if you choose. Plus less than 2 miles away from St. John’s pass, Publix’s and Walmart. Great location, great condo, great beach!

The host checked with you via text to make sure we everything was going good and you didn't need anything periodically. Condo was in a great location. Sunsets were fantastic. Having the beach chairs is a big plus.

Perfect place for a beach stay!

Great property for a family beach stay. - stocked kitchen - shaded patio after a day in the sun - full size washer and dryer - beach lounger included (great home base) - walkable restaurants - no need for a rental car if you’re in for a short stay Would recommend and stay again!

July Family Vacation

Very clean and nice accommodations. Convenient to have all of the household items upon check in including hand soap, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies and beach towels/chairs. Enjoyed the firework display put on by a large family in front of the condo.

the unit was well stocked, the kitchen was excellent, throughout the unit there were things like kleenex, night lights in all rooms and hall, light switches all labeled, extra trash bags, beach toys. chairs, laundry supplies. Hosts were quick to reply and the pool was actually warm.

Great Location

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean with all of the necessities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Spring Getaway

Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & of course the beach. We went to spring training baseball games, hired a fishing charter and still found plenty of time to relax in this beautiful unit.

It was great to be back in Madeira Beach. The condo was well stocked with all kitchen supplies, pots/pans, and appliances. Very convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. It was sad to see all the surrounding condos still under construction from hurricane damage. Umbrella service was a very nice touch. Thank you for being a great vacation for us.

This place is fantastic! Beautifully beach decor and all the amenities you need!

I highly recommend this Happy Place. Their communication was perfect and the check in process was really simple. We loved the convenience of the first floor next to the stairs.

Perfect Getaway

They thought of every detail from Start to finish .. had lounge chairs on the beach .. ocean toys and the kitchen alone was 5 starts all the way .. the stay was a 10/10 highly recommended!!
