Kima Condominium ligger vid 14300 Gulf Blvd. vid Madeira Beach, Florida, bara 40 minuter från Tampa International Airport. HAR INTERNET. Fiske, båtliv, bad, avkopplande solnedgångar, skal som söker, solbad, restauranger, shopping, djuphavsfiskeutflykter, spelkryssningar och världsberömda JOHNS PASS VILLAGE är alla inom gångavstånd för din njutning. Dessa lägenheter har en vacker utsikt över stranden / havet från vardagsrummet / matsalen och sovrummet. Den 2 sovrum 2 badrum har en tv i varje sovrum och en platt-TV i vardagsrummet. Byggnaden har en värmepool, solbad och en hiss och två trappuppgångar. Lördag till lördag bara. Vi älskar husdjur men de är inte tillåtna.

Bara en kort bilresa till St. Petersburg / Clearwater och dess attraktioner (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf / tennis) ligger bara 20 minuter bort; Tampa har ett vackert akvarium och Busch Gardens ligger 45 minuter bort. Orlando och dess attraktioner (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) är mindre än 2 timmar bort!
Vi har en extra stor utomhusbalkong och de bästa priserna på stranden !!! Du skulle hyra av en ägare och vi överlåter besparingarna till dig så du, vi har kanske gäst som kommer tillbaka år efter år och vet att du kommer att ha en fantastisk tid och vill återvända igen och igen.
Gästerna kommer säkert att njuta av en minnesvärd semester i detta fullt möblerade sovrum / badkar

Huvud / sovrummet har en trevlig mjukt stor säng, medan de återstående rummen är inredda med en trevlig mjuk säng (s), bekväm för sovande människor.

Gästerna kan njuta av en eftermiddag med roliga och avkopplande saker och senare titta på solnedgången från rummet utanför.

A perfect stay!

The property and condo were very clean and well kept. Just a few steps from the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. You can’t beat the view and location for the price. We will stay here again!

Property was great location and very clean. Elevator broke 2nd day there but was fixed next morning. We will be renting here again.

We did not stay in 305 but stayed in 204 and it was incredible!

This was a wonderful condo but we did not stay in 305 we stayed in 204!! We cannot wait for next year! It was the best vacation we’ve had and we have been coming for 15 years!

Vacation Review

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be in regards to the cleanliness and comfort of beds. Both were lacking. A small investment into a more efficient cleaner and some softer bedding could go a long way. Great location, easy to access.

Nice place to stay

We were quite pleased with the property overall and the location is fantastic. The pool area is very nice and security is very thorough. The only major problem was that all of the dishes had to be washed before we could use them. They had all been put away dirty and with food residue all over them. We will definitely consider another stay in the future.

Family vacation on the beach

The view is wonderful. The location is also nice. There were a few beach toys that were a nice surprise. The unit had some issues which the owner did get to ASAP. Needs some new pillows and blankets. Especially in the small bedroom. Overall we had a good time!

Amazing

This was a last minute destination change. Will definitely be back. The view is perfect on the balcony as we watched the dolphins swim the beach everyday. Condo is cozy and has adequate room space for 5 people with two bathrooms ,a major plus for getting ready to go out.

Always stay at Kima, since 2008. Always good, no surprises. Charles always cannot be beat on price. Almost feel it is my own condo. Any problem is taken care of right away.

We had a GREAT Time!

Property was right on the beach. The rooms were nice, it was great having a separate bathroom for the kids. Very convenient to have washer, dryer, stove and a refrigerator. I had coffee on the balcony every morning while watching the dolphins going up and down the coast. Walking distance to John's Pass, food, entertainment. Grocery store within a mile. Plenty for teenagers to do. We enjoyed it, and will be booking again for next year. Thanks

July vacation with red tide

Place was spacious. Older furniture but it worked. Only stayed half the time due to red tide and didn’t go in the water. Otherwise place is priced accordingly. Charles was nice and was very responsive. Have good recommendations

Great View for the Value!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!! Great view from the 3rd floor. Easy access to the parking lot and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of things to do in the area like shopping at John's Pass, Mini Golf at Smugglers Adventure and night walks on the beach. (BRING FLASH LIGHTS!). Few favorite restaurant we had were Conch Republic and Sea Breeze where you can eat outside on the inlet (Waterview). White beach chairs cannot be removed from property, local beach cabana company allows you to rent chairs on the beach (which we did the whole week, ($8/Chair or 2/$15).

Great location but

Owner was unresponsive for days, then difficult to deal with. VRBO rep also found him difficult. The location is great but property reflects a lack of investment--appliances, furniture, etc. Would not rent again from this owner.

Arrived on a Sat. Fridge went out, called on Sun. They dropped off a cooler with one bag of ice. Ice caked up in freezer, which we defrosted. Mon. am service came but had to order part. Unit needs paint, updated. For the price it was ok. Building good, small pool. Had a great view of ocean. Spoke to other renters and they said units out dated. Would not stay again.

Madeira Beach week

Property was as advertised and our host was easy to keep in touch with. The location in Madeira beach was great and it was right on the beach. There were some beach accessories in the condo which is always a plus. The only down side was something that is common to a lot of rentals, a lack of adequate silverware/kitchenware, worn cooking utensils and missing pieces, and other accessories. Now this wasn't critical as we made do with what was there. We went to Dollar Tree and bought some cheap items to leave behind. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Charles again.

Magical -- Wonderful

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo had everything I needed. (I didn't cook, so can't inform on what's in kitchen.) The view from the balcony was perfect-- Dolphins in the morning; gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The beach was fabulous. We used the condo-provided chairs or rented two chairs and an umbrellla for only $25 for the day. The pool was great for days we didn't want to commit to the beach. The fellow renters in the building were a GREAT crowd.: friendly & polite. We ate at Caddy's on the beach often, which allowed bare feet and bathing suits, meaning we could walk from beach to lunch to beach again with no hassle. Coastal Taco was delicious and a short short walk down Gulf Blvd. The parking was hassle free. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. Unfortunately, my two week stay was cut in half because of Hurricane Ian. My only regret about staying here was that I didn't get to enjoy it as long as I had planned to. Definitely book this condo if you see an opening.

Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. We will try to honor your request for a specific unit but we can not guarantee it. All Kima Condos face the gulf/beach and are 2BD/2BTH with the same floor plan and amenities. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
