The house and location were GREAT!! The only complaint is there is not enough kitchen supplies for a house that sleeps so many. It needs more pots, pans, and utensils!! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Pensacola Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well stocked, clean, with a beautiful inground pool and great backyard and patio. It even had a tiki bar with a tv. Great open floor plan and comfortable sofas and love seats. It was very warm for our stay and the AC struggled to keep the 2nd and 3rd floors cool. Our extra fans helped.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed Saltwater Cowboy. It's such a great home! We appreciate your feedback about the air conditioning and we're sorry it wasn't able to keep up as well as you'd hoped during the extreme heat. We will look into this to ensure everything is working properly. Please don't ever hesitate to reach out to us if you need anything during your stay though. We would have been happy to have sent an A/C technician to the home to look into it. We want you to always be comfortable during your vacation. We're glad you had such a great stay though and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again soon! Paradise Beach Homes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The updates like the backyard and living room furniture were appreciated. We have rented on PB for 40 years. These last two yeas were the first time we were not on the water, but it was nice. With little ones, the pool is really nice. Small touches like two coffee makers are very nice.

Fantastic family time

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Extremely comfortable and close to the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Truly have enjoyed our time with our “adult” kiddos. This was just good family hanging out fun! Came in to spend an extended 3 day weekend with our son that is on base in the Navy. This was perfect!

Great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House provided lots of space for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, including knives. The pool was clean, the room housing the pool table was a hit with my grandkids. Front porch provided a wonderful view of the ocean and the bath to the beach was one house down. The only downside was that there was no ice machine and the freezer doesn’t make a lot of ice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short ride from airport. Easy access to beach. Had an ocean view. Pool was perfect. Home was very clean. Only negative comments is the washer and dryer need to be replaced. Dryer was rusty on the inside. And the owners also need to replace the can opener and pizza cutter. Both did not work very well.

A week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seashell Chateau needs a little boost. The property is well located, the pool nice and the house accommodating for sleeping many people.Several things were broken: bathroom doors, oven and microwave unit and there were very few eating utensils and only four wineglasses. Rugs and carpets have not been cleaned for a long time. The weekly routine cleaning was good, but the owner needs to update, repair and replace many things to make this a wonderful place to stay.

Great vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year renting this house. A great place for a family of 21 for our annual family vacation. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful pool. Pool table in the game room. Well supplied kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Only negatives: ice maker makes ice very slowly. Don’t plan on sleeping two people on sofa bed in living room. It’s really not even comfortable for one. Everything was clean except the main floor. It had been swept but not mopped. We had small children who crawled on the floor upon arrival and it became instantly obvious that floor had not been mopped.

Perfect house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house for our three generation family vacation. The large deck with numerous tables and sitting areas had a view of the gulf that we all appreciated. There was a was a large dining room table and bar stools which provided plenty of seating at meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra linens provided which is always appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach and easy access. We enjoyed the pool each evening. And on a rainy day the teens enjoyed the pool table. The only complaint would be that the ice maker in the fridge is very slow at making ice. An additional ice maker would be a great addition to this house.

SEASHELL CHATEAU WAS MAGNIFICENT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our house. The layout worked well for 4 generations of the Overfield/Roland family. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped (but need a few dish cloths and some more dish towels). We cooked fresh seafood from Joe Patti's and ordered Papa's Pizza. Only ate out at lunch. The decks were wonderful and the view was nice for a block off the beach. Pool and game room were great and much used. [Only complaints: AC in main level had a rattle in the blower that was distracting and living room furniture is terrible, aesthetically and functionally.] Staff at Paradise Beach Homes were very friendly and accomadating. We had a GREAT week and the Seashell Chateau contributed a great deal to the good time.

What a great vacation house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great house for our annual family vacation! This house was very close to the beach walkover, making getting to the beach very easy for all ages. The private pool was a game changer for our family. We loved the covered area for hanging out after a beach day. There was ample seating around the pool area. The newly added tiki bar will be awesome once it is complete. Also, the back yard is beautiful! The grass really sets this yard apart from neighboring yards. About the house: water pressure in the showers had us all talking! It was great! Having a 2nd refrigerator downstairs, close to the pool area was really nice. The gas grill was clean and we used it several times. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans and serving items. There were plenty of nice towels for the bathrooms. The washer and dryer was great. With our large family, we were constantly washing and drying, they was running non-stop. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The outside covered balconies made a great place for morning coffee. There was adequate parking for our 4 vehicles. A great thing about our location: Walmart deliveries! We were fortunate enough to have our first day, very large food delivery, arrive within a few hours of arriving at the property. Hint: tip well if you expect someone to shop for you! Our family is already making plans for next year! 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seashell Château was a perfect home for my family! Rooms were enough for all, open living made it easy to move around. Location is steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola beach. A good walk to the shops. Pools was used well by the kids, grill too! It is a quiet spot to stay away from the crowd but be with the crowd if you want to. kudos to The management of the property because they make your stay memorable. This day was slightly rough at first but everything is attended to. I will definitely book again! Thank you! Bonus! Play room for the kids. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a good home to rent. Across from the beach. You can’t walk to any restaurants but that’s not a problem. There’s plenty of parking everywhere. We had a family of 10 and there’s plenty of room except in the living room. Given the size of the home, the furniture seating only seated 6. The foosball and pool tables are not usable so don’t book and count on these unless they buy new ones and let us know in the posting. Both are unusable and should not be in the listing. Overall this worked for the family over thanksgiving.

Family Beach Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The home could use a good cleaning inside and out. The dishes in the kitchen were everywhere. I organized them while I was there. The game room was awful there was no way we could use it. The dining table was sticky and paper plates stuck to it. What ever is on it doesn't wide off, it seemed to be the finish on the table. Window and door tracks were very dirty obviously not cleaned in a while. Bathroom showers need a good bleaching. Other than that we had a great stay. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the pool.

Nice place to stay on the beach.

Good experience at this beach house, lots of towels to use, accommodated our large party and pool was salt water, which was very nice. Kitchen could use more pots and pans and sharp cutlery. Also for the price we paid, would of loved basic toiletries such as Tp, napkins, dish soap to last more than one day. The house would of been great with a second refrigerator as well. Just a few suggestions. But we did enjoy our time and the house is lovely.
