Sunshine Beach House

En fantastisk modern hem ligger tvärs över gatan från viken. Fantastisk utsikt från både stora, kaklade däck. Tre sovrum och tre fulla badrum. Befälhavaren ligger på översta våningen, har en king size-säng, dusch och badkar. Det andra sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen med en queen size-säng och privat badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har våningssängar med en tvilling på toppen och full storlek madrass på botten. Det finns också 2 drottningssängar soffor i huvudrummet. Köket har bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror och stor bar sittgrupp.

Enkel tillgång till stranden!

Cyklar, surfbrädor och paddla brädor finns att hyra. Även solnedgång kryssningar eller hela dagen segling äventyr finns.

Husdjur är välkomna: stora hundar, små hundar och katter. Bakgården är innesluten med ett privatliv staket. Avgiften är $ 150 för det första husdjuret och $ 75 för varje ytterligare husdjur.

Inga RVs tillåtna och detta är ett icke-rökare hus och egendom. Detta är inte heller ett evenemangshus.

The property was as described in the description with VRBO. Very clean and well taken care of. Living room and terrace furniture was updated. This place is beautiful and relaxing. It's everything I wanted it to be. The host, Elizabeth, was very nice. I arrived a little earlier and got the pleasure of meeting her. You could not ask for a better host. Beach view was awesome and the pool area was tropical and relaxing. I give it 10 out of a 10. Elizabeth, thank you for sharing this lovely house for visitors.

Everything was wonderful. It is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve stayed in on the beach. The view of the gulf was amazing and it was so nice having a salt water pool.

Clean, spacious, and convenient to beach access describe the beach house. Love the pool!! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, and utensils. Host was very accommodating and friendly.

We had a beautiful weeklong stay with three generations of family in attendance. The yard is lovely and well maintained, the walk to the beach is very short, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful trip -- would absolutely stay here again!

GREAT Location

House is lovely. Pool was excellent to have and the water chairs were even better. You could spend all day on the front porches looking at the water and the access to the beach could not have been closer and easier to get to. We had a great stay and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with!

BEST beach house!

My husband and I and our 6 kids just returned from our spring break vacation to this property. We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The owner/property manager, Elizabeth, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making the experience truly exceptional. The home itself is top-notch—every accommodation is high quality, and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need.There are tons of games and beach toys to keep the whole family entertained, whether you’re taking a break from the sun or waiting out a rainy day. The pool heater was perfectly adjusted to our preference, and they were incredibly accommodating in making sure everything was just right for us.What truly set this rental apart was the level of care and assistance we received. When my daughter suffered severe sunburn, they helped us locate an urgent care facility immediately, which was a huge relief. Their kindness and responsiveness meant so much to us.The location is unbeatable—right across the street from a stunning, clean beach. Access is incredibly easy, and while the beach is breathtaking, the house itself is so comfortable and beautiful that you may not even want to leave!I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautiful beach getaway. 10/10 EXCELLENT!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

What an amazing thanksgiving on the beach! From booking online through the checkout process, everything was perfect. Lynn was wonderful to work with and the house was just as described. Fully stocked with whatever you can imagine that you would need. Clean, quiet, peaceful and the perfect location. We enjoyed the beach and the pool equally, along with all three patios that were perfect for morning coffee and late night relaxation. Definitely planning on staying there again!

Great Family Vacation

The five of us and our dog loved this property and location. Of course, we loved having a private pool and having easy access to the beach. The garden area was perfect for all of us and our dog loved lounging outside. The most convenient was having an elevator for our 24-yr old who is in a power wheelchair.

Wonderful experience

We so enjoyed this house! Perfect spot next to the beach. Amazing pool and the homeowners were so accommodating, even brought over a thermometer when our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend.

There is a reason this property is rated exceptional. The location is perfect, the views are beautiful and all communication with the owner was easy and quick. The home is as described with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach and pool toys. My grandkids loved it all!

Incredible Stay

Family and friends stay for the Blue Angels Airshow, could not ask for anything more. This home is in a perfect location. The house is immaculate in all aspects, cleanliness, amenities, views, well stocked kitchen, beach gear, umbrellas, bikes, cornhole, outdoor grill - just everything with all less than a minute walk across the street to the beach. We prepared a lot of food, had everything we needed. Elizabeth answered our few questions immediately and is a super approachable host. We will most definitely be back.10+

Beautiful pool!

Property was clean and well stocked. Check in and out was super easy. The beach is very close by. The pool was amazing and the closet stocked with all of your beach supplies was outstanding. Just be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a loft which makes it difficult to hide any noise from downstairs and visa versa. Bunk room is very small.

We found the one!

We have been visiting Pensacola Beach for 9 years now and have stayed at many different places (from condos to homes). This is by far the best one yet! Completely stocked with anything you need for beach, pool, or fun. Kitchen had great (AND CLEAN) appliances, pans, plenty of plates, cups, utensils. Location to the public access point was great. Views were spectacular and owners truly cared about our stay keeping in touch from booking through the visit. This is the only place we will stay moving forward!

We loved this property. We use VRBO a lot and Elizabeth was by far the best host we’ve ever had. She was quick to respond to our questions and addressed the one minor issue we had. The house was clean and very well stocked. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing Stay

We went here with friends and kids for our spring break and had an amazing time. This place was large and roomy to accommodate all of us comfortable. Having the option of a heated pool was a game changer and being so close to the beach was perfect. If you forgot something at the house, it was literally a 3 min way back to grab it and head back to the beach!

Fabulous ocean view from beautiful, well equipped home!

My spouse and our two dogs had an amazing time at this well located, well appointed beach house! We were directly across the street from the gulf and there are clear, unobstructed views of the gulf from the living areas including the master bedroom. The fenced, enclosed back yard has a gorgeous, heated swimming pool and an area where your dog(s) can do their business (please pick up). There are bicycles and boogie boards for your entertainment. You are extremely close to all Pensacola’s restaurants. We particularly liked Red Fish Blue Fish and The Grand Marlin. Also you are 10-15 minutes from Pensacola Beach’s two designated dog beaches. However, we found that the best thing to do with the dogs is to park in a beach parking lot and hike across the dunes to the bay side, where you will see virtually no one and have beautiful bay beaches to allow your dogs off leash (see the Dunes Trail Trailhead.) While the trail runs along the road, we recommend that you hike across the dunes, towards the bay. Finally the home’s owner, Elizabeth is a truly kind and thoughtful person! She was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful, beach home! You will not be disappointed!
