Gör dig redo för en avkopplande semester pĂ„ stranden. Bara en 5 minuters promenad till stranden eller en 30 sekunders bilresa med direkt tillgĂ„ng till stranden och gratis parkering. Vi har flera strandutrustning och leksaker att anvĂ€nda under ditt besök. Detta 1800 mÂČ hus har 4 sovrum och 2 badrum med kakel hela. Den har ett stort tvĂ„ bil garage med en uppfart och parkering pĂ„ gatan. Vi har nya LED-smarta TV-apparater med NETFLIX-prenumerationer för hundratals gratisfilmer! BekvĂ€mt belĂ€get nĂ€ra Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, tillsammans med massor av andra affĂ€rer och restauranger. Det handlar om en timmes bilresa till Disney och de andra stora temaparkerna. Om du har husdjur som du behöver tittat under din vistelse, har jag ett billigt alternativ för dig lokalt!

Indian Harbour Beach Àr ett roligt och vÀnligt, avslappnat och sÀkert strand-sida ö samhÀlle pÄ Floridas vackra Space Coast. BelÀget mellan Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral och Melbourne Beach / Sebastian Inlet, Àr vÄra varmvatten strÀnder bra för soluppgÄng promenader och avkopplande dagar och nÄgra av de bÀsta surfing, bÄtliv och surfa fiske pÄ U-kusten av U. S.

Indian River, bara nÄgra kvarter bort, Àr ett bra stÀlle att paddla ombord, bÄt, fisk och kolla lokala vilda djur som delfiner, manater, vaddfÄglar etc.

Indian Harbour Beach och de omgivande omrÄdena har gott om shopping, nattliv och restauranger. Var sÀker och försök Papagallos och Longdoggers, var och en bara 5-10 minuters bilresa. En tio minuters bilresa till Downtown Historic Melbourne erbjuder fler affÀrer, restauranger, konstfestivaler och barer. Det finns sÄ mycket att göra hÀr med stranden, vattensporter, fiske, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, bryggor, golfbanor och Disney / Orlando Parks alla i nÀrheten.

Ran low on toilet paper and the shower door in the master bath seemed broken but the house was perfectly located to the beach and had a lot of great amenities and was well kept inside. We appreciated all of the beach gear!

Few days at the beach

The house is great size for grandparents, parents, and kids! It had everything you needed to cook, relax, or a trip to the beach! We would definitely come back to this place for the convenience to beach, restaurants or stores. Especially close to Starbucks

Family Vacation

This property is exactly as advertised if not better. The house is spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. It is close to anything you’d need and the neighborhood was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back again in the future. The owners were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have been happier. Great memories were made and I highly recommend staying here.

Spacious and centrally located

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this place! It’s spacious, clean and centrally located. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beach is a short walk or we found plenty of parking at the beach, if you prefer to drive.

Perfect beach house

This house has everything you need to come from out of town and enjoy the space and the beach! It’s spacious, clean, had towels/ linens and even beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch to have a cocktail! Owner was very friendly and responsive. Perfect for a family with little ones. Would definitely recommend!

Usually rent a motel but decided to rent this home because we had 8 in our party and it was great to relax on the back porch and the house was very clean so I will definitely return

Absolutely wonderful week!

My partner and I are seniors
77 and 84. This bungalow was all we hoped for. It was quiet, close enough to walk to beach and close to good eats also. We had great weather and enjoyed the screened in porch. This was the first time we traveled together and if we have the energy, we will come back.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to the beach and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was very nice to have the essentials at the house that we didn’t need to bring. Nice and quiet neighborhood with people biking daily. Would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

Perfect home for a longer getaway

Check in was easy, the kitchen well stocked, bedrooms quiet and comfy. Steven was quick to respond to a hiccup with the TV. The walk to the beach was an easy 1/4 mile with a signaled crosswalk. Our month in Indian Harbour was a warm and restful escape from the ice and snow.

Great stay

We stayed one night while waiting for cruise. House is clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies to make whatever you need in the kitchen. About 5-10 min walk to beach access. Stores and restaurants close driving distance.

Short stay but like home

We loved the spaciousness of the property and the Christmas decor! We weren’t warned about the work being done and strange man out front until I went outside to get something from the vehicle. The garage smelled very strongly of gas so we avoided using kitchen appliances and laundry amenities. It was a short stay so it wasn’t a big deal.

I grew up in this beach house so there is a lot of history here. I know Brevard county and the Space Coast area like the back of my hand. This is a wonderful area to live and vacation. There are endless things to do here. Perfect location for the beach, fishing, paddle boarding, rowing, biking, among several other outdoor activities.

This house has beach toys, chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach cart, fishing poles, boogie boards and bicycles that the guests can use during their stay.

Brand new Weber gas grill on the back patio.

Kitchen appliances include Keurig coffee maker, old fashion coffee maker, 4 burner stove with oven (also has a separate pizza rack), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. All the cups, plates, bowls, utensils, pots & pans

We provide all laundry linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board.
