Top notch home and excellent hosts! We had an amazing family vacation staying in this home. The reviews you read about the home are all true, it is spotless! Plenty of space for our family of five. The pool was the perfect touch to cool off in the early evening after a long, hot day at Universal. I highly recommend you check it out. We hope to plan another trip back as well!

Everything you could need and more

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property offered numerous amenities to ensure that any family member was both satisfied and engaged. In the evenings, we visited the beach and had the entire area to ourselves. The well-stocked kitchen was thoroughly equipped with all necessary items, including various spices and coffee, addressing every need we might have overlooked in daily life. We would certainly choose to stay here again. The house is tastefully decorated and modern, with effective air conditioning which is commendable in Florida and the pool was ideal. Overall, we rate our experience as a 10/10.

This was our first experience booking a home as opposed to a hotel, and we could not have been happier! The house was immaculate, spacious, and the pool was amazing. Jim and Terri were responsive to our questions, and literally thought of everything you could possibly want for your stay. The area was quiet and the pool felt very private. The beach was a short bike ride and there was very little traffic in the area. Our family had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We had a great time. The house has a great layout. The deck and pool area was also very nice. Short drive to the beach and it wasn't very crowded which was nice. They also had beach chairs which was a plus. The place was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

I stayed here with my family for a week. The house was very clean and pool perfect for five kids. It was in a good location perfect for walking or a bike ride. Close to the beach but not walking distance over all it was a nice stay.

Wonderful trip!

We loved our time in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. The heated pool was amazing. We spent the majority of our time in the screened in backyard. We loved being able to cook and grill at the house. The beach was so close and free parking! We walked all over the neighborhood and rode bikes. The neighbors were so friendly! We really appreciated all of the “extras.” Sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler, the bikes, puzzles and games, etc. We also appreciate how well-stocked the kitchen was. No need to buy oil, spices, condiments. That was so thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again!

2 week vacation

Easy to find, close to everything, great communication with the owners, nice lanai and nice heated pool. Fit our needs/wants for our group. There are some things I did and will privately suggest to the owner, but for the purpose of this review, it was great. We would come back.

This house was, as previously reviewed, immaculately clean and extremely well appointed, from the full size pool table to table games, books and a well supplied kitchen, etc.. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any and all inquiries. We enjoyed our stay, a truly great month and highly recommend this home.

Great pool, great house, close to many beaches

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Satellite beach. The house had everything we needed for cooking as far as equipment. Appreciated the spices, condiments, paper products, etc. checkout list was simple with not a lot of cleaning requirements. Host was responsive. If we are ever decide to vacation in the area again, we will definitely be choosing this home!

Labor Day 2024

The home was clean, roomy and full of amenities to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the pool and pool table. As a party of 6 adult couples there was plenty of room to sleep eat and hang out. We would definitely book this home again.

WELL EQUIPPED

Well equipped property. The bikes, pool table, and piano were a nice touch and were enjoyed by the whole family. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook meals. There were even spices in the cabinets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Summer vacaty

The house was very clean. The pool is the best aspect of this house - it was much larger than expected. Beaches are close and were not crowded. The neighborhood was less modern than we expected, and the house is on a corner lot so there is traffic noise when outside. The master bed mattress was not comfortable for us, so we bought a memory foam topper along with stand alone fans for 3 bedrooms. The owner was responsive after our trip saying they’d have someone look at the ceiling fans. Owner is very responsive and communicative. This house has a good amount of space. We appreciate the sharing of your home.

Fabulous!

This property was perfect for our family (8 people). The pool was amazing! The kitchen was well appointed - so many fun games! We drove to the beach - but close enough to ride bikes or walk. Close to shopping and sites to see also. Highly recommend!!

Came to the area for a baseball tournament at Space Coast Complex. Had an incredible trip and our home for the week was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have found a better place. It was immaculately clean and everything worked perfectly.

Amazing and relaxing stay

The house is very cozy but plenty of room for 4 toddlers and 4 adults. The kids loved the pool and all the toys. We did not have to bring a single thing other than diapers, clothes and a stroller. I loved all the safety features they provided as well as the basic kitchen essentials which saved us a ton of money. The communication any time there was a question was great and always understanding. My husband said it would buy the house if he could but we settled on starting to plan a trip for next year.

work and play stay

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this lovely property. My husband and I worked from the covered pool area while the kids swam. Very well maintained pool was cleaned twice while we were there. It was perfect! Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and grill. The house is large and clean. Every day we visited one of the multiple beaches for swimming very nearby. We appreciated the owners providing all the beach and pool toys. Close to many nice restaurants, grocery store and easy drive to Orlando for theme park days.

Perfect for Blended Family

Open floor plan and extended outdoor patio makes this place perfect for our blended family and two sets of teenagers. All had enough space to sleep comfortably and enjoy the perfectly temped pool. Great location for many different amenities in a family friendly neighborhood. We will be back to stay again!

Lovely stay. Clean and well stocked

Very thoughtfully furnished. Perfect for a family trip. We particularly appreciated the gear for small kids (toys, pool stuff, high chair, beach gear, pack n play, pool safety equipment). Even chalk and bubbles! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to the beach. Great pool and yard. The place was clean and as advertised. Owners were responsive and accessible. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again on our next visit.
