We have stayed here a couple of times now and it’s always great. Plenty of space for big groups and enough dock space for 2-3 boats.

Hosts were great and very welcoming when we arrived early. The place has it all to keep you entertained when not out in the water. Quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The hosts were extremely nice, so accommodating and the house had absolutely everything. Clean, great pool, fun games, a huge ice machine which was nice for our coolers. We definitely want to come back!

Hosts were awesome!! Like they wrote super layout, kids could hang out in screened living space and the pool with their own Kitchen and make a ruckus and not disturb Grandma. Kayaks for everyone bikes wow. We loved our stay thank you!!

This is the perfect home for families and friends to gather, relax and play! Access to the canal, outdoor fire pit/patio, screened in pool, sun room with shuffle board, darts, pool table, poker table, closet of games, TWO kitchens, more TVs than any one house needs, it was lovely!

Very very nice house and very accommodating host was exceptionally nice. My family and I came from Michigan for my daughter’s wedding and it definitely was roomy enough for the bridal party to get ready. The pool is amazing and we were able to rent a local pontoon boat and drive it right up the canal to the house to take breaks as needed and such!! Will definitely be staying again!!

We had a great time and this house can easily accommodate a large group. There was a ton for the kids to do and it’s one of the closer neighborhoods to get out to the gulf. Plenty of boat parking and the ice machine was great to have.

We had 12 people in total with 5 kids from 2-12, and we all LOVED this house. The layout was phenomenal, the location was wonderful. We LOVE the screened in deck/pool, and that it was heated. The owner was EXTREMELY thorough and our communication was flawless. We 10/10 recommend this property!!!

Amazing Stay!

We loved staying at this home. It had all the things you could think of and more! We had so much fun with all of the amenities and enjoyed having the pool after a long day on the water! We hope to return again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in this home. There were many hours spent in the pool and the game room. House is very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. If we are ever heading back to the area we would definitely book again. Hosts were very easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Amazing place! So much to do if it rains & your stuck inside! Pool- pool table- poker table- shuffleboard- ping pong- backgammon - darts... WOW! Absolutely worth staying here. Even have plenty of parking.... cars- biats- trailers. 3 docks & the dock seating area is over the top awesome.So happy we found this place

Communication before, during and after our stay was top-notch! We were pleased with the size of the house and property as well as the plethora of games, etc. It all made for a really fun family reunion.

Great for a family get-together

We had a large group for Christmas/New Years. The owner worked hard to get the house back in shape for us after a major hurricane (Helene) hit the area a few months prior and we all had a great time.
