House was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. Great fishing and scalloping. Great restaurants all very close. We can't forget shopping. We would definitely come back here again. Loved everything about the layout of it and where it is located.

We had a great time. The house was clean, fully equipped and super comfortable. We also really enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. It was awesome to be able to put them in right in the backyard and paddle down the canal to get to the springs. Having a golf cart was another bonus. The bars and restaurants are super close by and the golf cart sure came in handy. I highly recommend staying at this lovely house :)

Absolutely beautiful weekend at this beautiful home. Enjoyed afternoon sunset rides on the golf cart available and going downtown to listen to live music and good food. Boat ramp was nice as well. No traffic line waiting to go in. Boat slip is well maintained and fit my 22ft boat no problem. Recommend this home to anyone looking for a weekend getaway

This house was perfect for our big family!! Location was perfect, house was beautiful, and being able to launch the boat right there at the house was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this house!!! The host was responsive and super helpful answering all my questions :)

We had a wonderful stay and are already planning to come back next year! We loved kayaking in the springs, visiting the wildlife preserve, and seeing all the amazing animals. The nearby restaurants had great food and live music, and there were also great bars with fun karaoke nights. Everything was just a quick golf cart ride from the house. The home was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures. Highly recommend!

This home is brand new and has all the amenities you can think of plus a view of the river. Downtown is a mile away and Homosassa Springs is less than a mile away perfect location we will definitely be coming back

We had an awesome time at this beautiful home. Plenty of room to lounge around and bond. The community is gated and the private boat ramp and boat slip made boating a pleasure. Perfect location to be able to ride the golf cart to downtown Homosassa for great food, live music and unbelievable memories. Highly recommend this home. We will be back during the summer season.

My stay in the River house was Superb! It’s a nice quiet area with quick access to the Homosassa River with different restaurants and sights to see! You can definitely tell the house is new as it smells, looks and is so clean and fresh! It had all the things we needed for cooking and grilling! It was definitely spacious and was a perfect fit for our party of 4 couples. I definitely will book this again for our next outing to Homosassa!

This house was perfect for our four-generation adventure-loving family gathering. The kayaks, the pool, the dock just steps away, the grocery stores and parks nearby all served the variety of interests. The host-provided gates kept the toddler away from the stairs and water. The great room was large enough for us to all gather during the day and the three and a half baths were exactly what we needed in the evening. While I would not recommend this booking to a family where stairs would be an issue, for us it was great!
