Great Condo!

My mother and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this condo. The location was perfect. Only minutes away from the beaches and all the other attractions. Having beach chairs, towels and a cooler there was so convenient. We will for sure be back to this area and will recommend to anyone looking to visit Sarasota!

Fantastic!

It is a perfect place in a perfect location! Very clean and neat. Only 2 blocks from the south bridge. Easy to get to the beach, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Great and quiet place

We had a great time visiting Sarasota for the first time. The condo was clean and the place was quiet. It was a great location for both Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. Would definitely return!

Sister trip

The condo was very very nice and clean and QUIET. It was a very relaxing time for my sister and I. If you’re looking for a place 2 steps from the beach, this is not it. From this place you have to get in the car to find most shops and beaches. I recommend Turtle Beach over Siesta Key Public beach. I would stay here again!! Thank you!!

Best Vacation in a while!!

This was an amazing vacation place!!! Very clean and cute!! We would for sure stay here again!! We had some friends who invited us to this area because they have come here for years. The house is only about 3min drive away from them, so we thought this would be a great place to stay. It did not disappoint!! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy it for the week.

Nice Stay in sarasota, with the Family

Very nice Condo, well equiped and in clean condition. The check in procedure was very easy. Fast response from sue, if you have questions. Short way to the beach, about 5 min. I keep this condo in Mind, for my next stay in sarasota.

A++ Best place I’ve stayed on vacation!

My family absolutely adored this condo at Villa Maria. It was very comfortable, and the decor was perfect. The owner was remarkably easy to work with, and the pool was a nice added touch for us and our son. We only stayed a week, but look forward to spending three weeks next year. Highly recommended!

My 2 daughters & I spent a short get away vacation here. It was great! The place was on a quiet street away from the main highway. The apt was very clean & charming. Well stocked with necessary supplies. Every morning we would sit out in lanai & have our coffee & chat, catching up on news, family, etc. It was so nice t have t pool to enjoy after being at the beach or take a morning swim. A very cozy environment. We want to make our get-away a yearly occurrence and would definitely come back here again.

Wonderful all the way around!

The condo was well appointed, immaculate, and the owner interactions were very professional. It is quite (although we must have had a quilter above us as we would hear the sewing machine throttle) and a perfect location. Walk to the beach is tough but that said the location is just over the drawbridge. Driving is easy peasy. The only issue was the very low performance of the WiFi. If you rely on WiFi to use your devices you will be very frustrated.

A wonderful February in Florida

Susan's condo was the perfect place for us to stay during our month-long visit to Siesta Key and Sarasota. While it was generally the two of us who stayed there for the month there were several nights that we accommodated friends as well. The condo provided ample room for the two of us and was also a comfortable space for four. The condo's interior reflects the owners attention to detail, decorative eye and pride of ownership. From the instant we arrived we felt comfortable. It quickly became our home away from home. With close proximity to the Key, we spent a great deal of time on the #1 beach in America and in its Village. Commuting to the beach was vey easy as Public Access #12 was less than a two minute drive or fifteen minute walk from the property. Sarasota Harbor Walk, the restaurants on Main Street, the roof-top deck of the Westin and St Armands Circle were a fifteen minute drive. Given its central and convenient location her condo provided a wide array of activities and sights within very close proximity. A special word of thanks to Sue and her husband Jim who worked tirelessly for several days with the building's cable provider to ensure that we had HD access restored for the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics. The best part of all: we were blessed to enjoy, on a first-hand basis, the warmest February in Florida's meteorological history. What could be better than a month of sunshine and clear skies on gorgeous Siesta Key Beach! We look forward to returning next year. Kathleen & Frank

I'm originally from Canada, but since my childhood I have had family on Siesta Key and I vacationed there every chance I got! In 2009 I moved here permanently. The wonderful beach is a huge attraction, but there's much more to love about Sarasota than its fabulous, sandy beaches. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or living the snowbird life, there's plenty to take in, from sunsets to the lively arts scene... and everything in between!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Villa Maria has a little Mediterranean charm and a whole lot of Florida going for it! The location can't be beat... right off Stickney Point Rd, just a quick drive to the beach over the bridge (or a long, leisurely stroll for those who love walking).
Also walking distance are a few great restaurants, Publix grocery store, and some shops in nearby Gulfgate. We love that the complex is only 8 units and that the condo itself is spacious, offering every amenity.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Beach Access #12 is just over the bridge across Midnight Pass Rd. Or you can venture further up the road to the Public Beach.
Only 15 -20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota with a lively arts and music scene. Or other attractions: Selby Gardens, St. Armand's Circle, Mote Marine, Ringling Museum, and more. Myakka Park for a birdwatch or a tour of alligators isn't far, either!
