This beautiful villa, with a nice âvintage lookâ, is situated in Punta Alaâs most prestigious residential area near the yacht harbor and the sea, protected by a large garden and shadowed by high secular pine trees. The Villa offers great outdoor spaces, furnished terraces and a wonderful private swimming pool.
The whole villa extends over the ground floor and offers large inside spaces. When you enter the villa you will be surprised by the pine tree trunk inside the entrance area⊠the villa has been build around this great tree!
On the right you enter the immense living area. Her you find a well equipped dining area and then the spacious living room with a chimney and a door leading to the outside terrace and the swimming pool. This sun flooded area is smartly furnished and decorated with valuable paintings, porcelains and art objects of all over the world.
On the left side of the entrance you have access to the kitchen and the first of the four bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. This first bedroom offers two single beds and ensuite bathroom.
In front of the entrance a corridor leads to the three other bedrooms. All these three bedroom offer each a double bed and all three have their own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished and decorated differently and offer a particular âatmosphereâ.
Another highlight of this villa are the well-kept outdoor areas, gardens, furnished and equipped terraces and of course the large private swimming pool. It is the ideal place to enjoy summer in Italy with the whole family or with a group of friends. It's a âvintageâ house and the owner likes to maintain a 70s spirit giving it a very particular atmosphere.
Punta Ala is a well known seaside resort and yacht harbor. You can find free public beaches but also very well equipped and luxurious âbeach establishmentsâ with exclusive services, great bars and restaurants. Punta Ala is the ideal seaside place where to enjoy an unforgettable summer holiday.
