Fantastiskt Ski House, 10 minuter till Winter Park

Treehouse är ett spektakulärt konstruerat 3500 kvadratmeter "lodge" inbäddat i skogen, cirka fem miles från Winter Park / Mary Jane skidområdet. Det finns fyra sovrum, en huvudvåning master med King, 2 sovrum på övervåningen med drottning sängar och ett våningssäng rum som kommer att sova fem personer bekvämt. Det finns en extra king size-säng och en drottning futon nedervåningen i Rec-rummet. Det finns tre och ett halvt badrum. Köket har alla nödvändigheter. Ny kökuppgradering avslutad juni 2018. Alla nya SS-apparater, nya skåp och bänkskivor i granit tillsammans med fantastiskt matbord. UNDERBAR! En 6-personers badtunna är bekvämt beläget på det täckta undre däck med bastu, mediarum och ping pongbord i Rec-rummet och erbjuder enkel tillgång, avskildhet och avkoppling.

Det finns många unika funktioner i bergetema i Treehouse. Det finns plats för 10 att sitta och äta vid matbordet. Vardagsrummet har en TV och utrymme att sprida runt en vedspis (med ved). Nedervåningen är en 50 "HDTV med ett större område att sprida ut. Naturliga skiffer och hickory karaktär utgör det rustika golv, skiffer och marmor kakel väggmålningar belyser vedspis och master dusch. Loftet har en one-of-a-kind stål och timmerräcket av tall träd silhuetter. De flera fönstren i trädhuset ger utsikt över den kontinentala klyftan och en lugn äng där älgar och rådjur har upptäckts.

Njut av skidåkning eller andra vinteraktiviteter på "Winter Park" / "Mary Jane", "Grand Park" eller "Devils Thumb Ranch" till alla områden är snabbt och enkelt. Staden Winter Park har många restauranger och butiker. Den pittoreska staden Fraser ligger bara en mil bort och har en Safeway stormarknad, några restauranger och butiker.

Det är en perfekt storlek för en familjeåterförening eller två familjer att tillbringa en rolig semester tillsammans. Efter en fantastisk dag med skidåkning, kom tillbaka och njut av släde i närheten, tyst vid elden eller pussel, brädspel, kort eller filmer (vuxen och Disney finns tillgängliga).

Well equipped kitchen. Good location. Descent views. Only down side was basement bedroom and room with 2nd king didn’t have blinds so a bit brighter in the morning.

Fun in the Treehouse

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. The kids loved the " party room" which is a closet with toys and dress up hats etc. and the adults loved the sauna and hot tub. Location is so close to Winter Park .

Fantastic Home for Ski Trip

My family and I stayed at the Tree House to ski Winter Park. It is a short 10-15 min drive and 3 turns away. The house is exactly as described with more than enough room for 7 of us. Loved the hot tub after skiing and large open main room with huge windows and a great winter view of the snow covered trees

Fantastic house. Exceeded expectations

6 wonderful days in a well located private area well appointed house. Guests were from ages 2 -68. Host was super quick to answer questions. Hard to find anything that is not positive

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This was a great vacation place for our family of 10. The home had plenty of room for puzzles, games, eating meals, sitting outside, and spending time in the hot tub. Having ample area for all of us to eat meals was really special. The dining table is beautiful, and the entire home is cleverly decorated. We grilled several times, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare meals. Playing ping pong was fun, and the home had so many windows to view the scenery. The home is located near town, and we travelled to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park easily. The house was very clean and well organized, including parking for four cars. It was easy to communicate with the property manager, but we really didn't need to. This was a great experience for our family.

Multi-generational family vacation

The house was perfect! The beds are very comfortable and the views are incredible. We woke up every morning and took our coffee to the patio to watch for deer. The weather was beautiful and a nice respite from the Texas heat. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook dinner for our family. I highly recommend this house. I can’t wait to come back!

Great place for multi generation vacation

This is a great house. The pictures are accurate. It provides plenty of separate entertainment options. The amenities were so numerous, we did not take advantage of all of them. Steam shower in master suite, sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, multiple decks, horseshoe pits, grills, well stocked kitchen. I forgot to mention the 3 TVs and VCR movies, games, and wood burning stove. Location is in residential area- you decide if that works for you. Our family of grandparents, adults and young children had a great time here. We even saw a young moose from the deck. Enjoy!

Beautiful home

This is an amazing home. Our family of 7, consisting of 5 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 4) had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities you could ever need. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. (Note, these were just questions, not issues as we had none). There is nothing negative I can say about this property. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Ski Trip Review

Overall, good place to stay. Tracy was a nice host and responded quickly. The house itself is also very nice and clean - the owners clearly did not cut corners when it was built and when amenities were included. If you are coming in winter be aware that the driveway is very steep and you will need four wheel drive if planning to get out with any substantial amount of snow. They plowed daily and got there around 10am-ish so if you are skiing, plan accordingly. Only issue was that the sauna did not work. I followed instructions and reached out to the host, but still could not get it to work - it could have been user error, but I would check with the host to ensure it is working if that is a reason you are booking the house.

Amazing Family Christmas

This place was perfect for our family Christmas 2023 (18’ decorated Christmas tree included)! There was plenty of room and beds for the entire family. The backyard was perfect for us to build a sled track from the back steps to the greenbelt! The kids (and adults 😂) had a blast flying down in sleds and tubes! The backyard fireplace was perfect for s’mores night and to enjoy the beautiful weather. We snowboarded Winter Park and Granby Ranch which are close to the house. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Tracy and Tim were excellent hosts and very responsive the entire time! We loved our stay and will be back for sure!!! 🏂

Graduation celebration

Our family that consisted of 8 was accommodated very comfortably in this beautiful home. This home is impeccably clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything that you will need....and more. Close to civilization (grocery, restaurants, etc.) but yet you have privacy and a beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Stay at the “Tree House”!

The pictures of this place are beautiful—the in person experience even better! Tracy has the place decorated with perfect items. It all fits! And it is so spacious! We had our family group—my wife and I and our 3 20 something kids and their spouses/significant others. We all had our own spaces and the common spaces were more than sufficient. So many wonderful meals and intense games were played around the amazing kitchen table. And of course the fire pit and hot tub got good use as well. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks Tracy for sharing your beautiful property!

Beautiful Property

This property accommodated my friends and I perfectly. There was plenty of space, bathrooms, and activities to enjoy while staying there. Not to mention all the cool places in Fraser and Winter Park right next door. Definitely will stay again!

We live here when we aren't traveling. We tour the mt west skiing during the winters and do self-guided long distance biking during the summers.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We previously owned a 2 bedroom condo in Meadowridge. We love visiting Fraser during summers and winters and wanted more space. We bought property in Winter Park Ranch in 2003 (about a mile away) and started building in 2005. We love that we are nestled in the woods, close to walking, running, biking and cross-country trails, with great views yet and still close to Winter Park Resort and 'downtown' Fraser-Safeway, Grand Park Recreation Center, library, and tennis courts.
