Lyxstuga i Rendezvous

National Forest Land och Open Space omger vår gömställe. Vi är belägna vid trailhead med 12 miles av sammankopplade stigar perfekt för vandring, mountainbike, snöskor eller längdskidåkning, och det mesta är barnvänligt. Winter Park / Mary Jane skidområdet är ett av Colorado favoritland och skidestination för vinter.

Alpin skidåkning -
Planerad privat "Rendezvous Ski Shuttle" -upphämtning är en kort ~ 150 meter från ytterdörren till den här egenskapen för praktiska åk till skidområdena Winter Park / Mary Jane. Annars är vi en 7 minuters bilresa med gratis parkering vid Winter Park / Mary Jane Ski-området. Eller så kan du ta skidorten / staden Winter Park-skytteln vid gemenskapens entré ca 3/4 mil nedförsbacke.

Om du tröttnar på alla utomhusaktiviteter under ditt besök, har det nya Grand Park rekreationscenter en fullständig träningsanläggning, varvbassäng och lekplats med jättevattenrutschbana. Det ligger mittemot ingången till vårt samhälle på motorväg 40 (se länken nedan i vår kalender). Vårt läge ger också mycket djurliv direkt utanför bakdäck; vinter eller sommar (se bilden av älgen nedan). Vi har också massor av spel, böcker, musik och filmer som hjälper dig att underhålla dig under din vistelse.

Hideaway byggdes 2008, bekvämt inredda och utrustade och ligger i den prisbelönta Rendezvous Community.

Layouten med fyra sovrum kan bekvämt rymma tre familjer (t ex tre generationer) med 12 i sängar i fyra rum.

     Master 2 - King - dedikerat bad
     Familj sovrum - dubbelsäng och två tvillingar (en ovan och en trille) - delat 3-st bad
     Bunkroom - fyra två våningssängar, delade 3 st. bad som ovan
     Plus - bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng i bottenvåningen fritidshallen / rummet.

Stor matsal kan bekvämt rymma 12+ med extra sittplatser vid köksöns bänk och vardagsrumsbordet eller med säsong, utomhus veranda / däck sittplatser.

Den rymliga öppna planlösningen har mycket naturligt ljus med ett öppet stort rum på bottenvåningen och ett matchande rekreations- / familjerum nere - gott om armbågrum. (se planritningar i foton / bilder)

Hideaway är inklämt mellan städerna Winter Park och Fraser, båda väl serveras av shopping, restauranger och rekreation / boende / säkerhetstjänster.

Feels like home in a Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay close to winter park and town. The house was clean and had a nicely stocked kitchen. The highlights were hot tubbing and enjoying the views from the spacious living room with surround windows. Our family was comfortable and would love to return in the future.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This home has a wonderful open layout that lends to a comfy and cozy mountain experience. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of space and seating to enjoy the company of others, and many little “extras” that allow all to enjoy a lovely stay. The location is premium, close to town and very near the rendezvous trails. We visited during the winter months but hope to return in the summer as there is an incredible deck with beautiful views.

Wonderful Property

It was all it said it was and a bit more. The drive to ski was very short. We did not eat out - we prepared all of our meals at the house. The kitchen was well kept with ample tooling and a decent amount of space for two people and the occasional third to work. We had 9 people and the space was great. It was fantastic to be able to spread out but to also have a table big enough for all of us to eat together. A great property for a decent sized group

Annual Family Vacation July 1-6, 2023

The cabin is amazing, the area is wonderful. Views are stunning. Pictures do not do this cabin justice. Very well stocked, very clean and close to shopping. Our family had a great time and my grandsons enjoyed the hot tub.

Great house!

The home was everything it promised to be with loads of room for the whole family. Very comfortable with room to spread out. We were very happy to find it so dog friendly! Location was convenient to access Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake just a short drive. Truly a lovely place to stay.

Great Location & Stay

Home was exactly as described and very well equipped for guests. We have stayed in many VRBO units in the Rendezvous neighborhood, and this is a new favorite for us. Literally across the street from the hiking/biking trailhead and the kitchen is stocked--not the typical vacation rental where you get 8 plates, bowls and cups and some ice. An espresso machine in a VRBO--wow, that was a surprise and great. Wonderful view off the deck, rocking chairs on the porch. This home did not disappoint--we will be back. 5 stars+++!!!

Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family of 5 adults was very comfortable in this home. The kitchen was well equipped for holiday cooking and the spacious family area was great for our gathering! The hot tub was nice, private and had great views. The location to Winter Park Ski Resort and the National Forest was amazing! We enjoyed our daytime snowboarding and evening hikes. Wonderful cabin with lots of space

We had a great stay! The cabin has plenty of space to spread out. My family of four (2 boys) and our parents on both sides stayed with us. The boys appreciated having their own space downstairs to play when we were at the house. We also appreciated that they were downstairs so we could enjoy conversations upstairs.There are great spaces in the house that allowed us to play games, converse, and eat as a family. The kitchen had plenty of supplies, and we appreciated that some spices and snacks were available. There are also ample towels for the size of the house.My only complaint of the house is the beds. The upstairs master has a VERY loud old frame so everyone downstairs could hear my in-laws get in and out of bed all night. This kept several us up throughout the night. The twin room bunks were also very uncomfortable. Would I stay again? Only if the beds were upgraded. Sleep is key when you are skiing every day!

Wonderful home to ring in the New Year with our family!

We had an amazing time ringing in the New Year with our family in this beautiful home! It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook and the beds were very comfy! Such a beautiful view and the location was perfect for the grocery store, restaurants and getting to the slopes! The skiing at Winter Park was amazing, had fresh powder and a bluebird day! Laurie is a great communicator and we appreciate her willingness to accommodate some special requests! We would definitely rent this property again!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

beautiful property

It’s a very nice house and location. We had a great time and it fit our needs well. Didn’t feel intruded by others even though there are houses close by. We did have trouble with the hot water - it was hit or miss if we could get hot water. We couldn’t get the fire outside to work. It would have been nice to notified ahead of time that everything gets shut down and when we arrive we need to turn on water, the hot tub, etc.
