Greenpeace ligger på West Ruskin Street, en charmig, två våningar strandstuga i hjärtat av Seaside, FL. Stugan har ett utmärkt läge - mindre än ett kvarter från den vita sandstranden och smaragdvattnet i Mexikanska golfen och Seasides centrum. Greenpeace är bara det andra huset tillbaka från Scenic Highway 30-A.

Du hittar en rymlig master suite med king size-säng och privat badrum på bottenvåningen. Det finns också ett andra badrum på bottenvåningen.

Detta soliga, fönsterfyllda hem har två sovrum till och renoverat badrum på övervåningen. Ett sovrum på övervåningen har en Queen size-säng, platt-TV, stor klädkammare, privat tillgång till badrummet och utomhus veranda. Även på övervåningen erbjuder ett TREDJE sovrum två enkelsängar och en utomhusveranda med samma underbara utsikt. Den övre våningen, med bekväma sittplatser för en grupp, är en utmärkt plats att koppla av eller titta på människor.

Den öppna planlösningen på första nivån är varm och välkomnande! Inredningen uppdaterades nyligen inklusive en bäddsoffa, kärleksstol och bekväma stolar för gott om sittplatser. Matsalen öppnar till ett fullt utrustat kök och bord med bänkplatser för upp till åtta. Den visade verandan välkomnar gästerna och är en perfekt plats för familjespel eller måltider på ett stort picknickbord.

När du är redo att utforska erbjuder stadskärnan något för alla: det finns en ny amfiteater, konstgallerier, friluftsmarknad, leksaks- / konstbutik, fantastiska bok- / musikbutik, restauranger, vinbar, kafé och Modica Market för gourmet läckerheter. Glöm inte att spendera lite tid på Beach Ready Spa för avkopplande behandlingar och nagelvård, ta en yogaklass eller göra absolut ingenting.

Comfortable, well-maintained home near the beach

Wonderful!

This could not have been more perfect for our family. We stayed with our 2 children (2 and 4) and the close proximity to the beach and town square couldn't have been beat. The house is adorable, accommodations fantastic....such a great trip!

Perfection

Wonderful cottage, great owners, perfect location!

We traveled to Seaside for the annual Seaside Half-Marathon and 5k, and this cottage was in an ideal location for race events (and a quick walk across 30A to the beack). The interior is wonderfully furnished, and the pictures don't do it justice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I am already trying to plan my next Seaside visit!

Loved this house in every way!

Outstanding!!!!

Having visited Seaside several times over the past few years and stayed in a number of different rental homes, I can honestly say this was the most relaxing vacation we have every had. Could not ask for a nicer home and nicer owner. Everything was as advertised and so close to the town center and beach, we never had to use our car. Cannot wait to visit again this fall.

Exceptional Visit!

Greenpeace is an exceptional beach home and all aspects of our recent visit were excellent. We found Greenpeace in immaculate condition with every possible amenity for a wonderful stay at Seaside. The location is perfect and the spacious home made for a fun and memorable week. The owner was also wonderful and made the rental process easy. Overall, Greenpeace is the perfect beach home for a family visit to Seaside and we will definitely return again.

Labor day 2010

My husband and I stayed at this property during the labor day holiday 2010 and loved it! We had our yorkie poo with us and loved sitting in the screened porch and also loved sitting upstairs on the covered balcony. It is so close to the beach access and the town center. It is a GREAT location and decorated very nice! We will definately be back!

Great experience!

My family has been to Seaside many times, but we found our stay at Greenpeace Cottage to be exceptional. Best points: pet friendly (thank you!), very close to the beach, and very close to the center of town. In addition, we found the owners to always be prompt and throrough in responding to emails and making sure that all was going well. The cottage was beautiful, had all we needed, was very well maintained, and we would certainly choose it again.

Fantastic - look forward to our next visit!

Very pleased with all Greenpeace and Seaside had to offer. Great location for easy access to the beach, as well as the main part of town. Finding a pet friendly property in Seaside for our family to stay in was important - we could not have been happier with Greenpeace. The property had everything we needed as well as plenty of space for our two daughters and son-in-law. We will be back many more times.

PERFECT location!

We stayed for a week at Greenpeace and absolutely loved it. Perfect size for our family and the location is the best. 3-5 minute walk to the beach, west side pool and town square. The kitchen could be a little bigger but we didn't do much cooking anyway so it did not really affect us. Looking forward to a return trip in 2017!

Perfect Location in Seaside

The house was lovely and everything was easy. The house is so conveniently located that you don’t need a car or a golf cart or even a bicycle. Note that if you look carefully, the photos of the kitchen make it clear that the kitchen is TINY.
