We are clueless and needed a bit more detail regarding Cabanaman and how the beach situation works, but we figured it out with no problem.

Expensive for what you get.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house worked out fine, but there were definitely some issues that should be addressed. First, the handles on the showers were loose, and we had trouble turning them on and off. Also, none of the doors locked properly. In fact, we never did get the front door locked, and we had to leave the house unlocked with all of our stuff every time we left the house, which was concerning. The house could also use some updating. Given how expensive it is, we thought it was going to be nicer. It was also difficult to get in touch with homeowners collection with questions or issues. But the layout of the rooms were great, and the location was perfect!

Comfortable retreat

They answered our questions and requests swiftly and were easy to work with. Since we encountered several double red flag days, having the multiple pools to swim in with the kids was a fantastic and fun back up. It was a great experience for our family.

Well-Located House with Character

The location was excellent—very central and convenient for getting around, which made exploring the area so much easier. The house itself is a bit dated in parts, but it’s clear that the owners have made a real effort to maintain it and keep it comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept, and we appreciated the character of the place. The only small issue we had was with the showers—they were a bit tricky to figure out at first and could use some updating for ease of use. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It’s a lovely, spacious home that served us really well during our visit. We'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a centrally located and welcoming place to stay.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year at Seaside and our 4th year using Homeowners. The home is in the most perfect location. Quick walk to town but quiet at night. The home does need some updating. Low flow shower heads are not great when you need water pressure. The front door is tricky to keep locked. Our washer was down for a couple days but I was allowed to use another cottage for laundry. It was took an entire day from my vacation to get caught up on all of it. The cleaning company left a vacuum cord plugged in with no vacuum on the other end (bare wires) which could have harmed someone had we not noticed it before the kids did. Other than those hiccups, it was a great stay. The team at Homeowners goes above and beyond. Great Communicators!!
