Charmigt söder om breda kökshuset

En av väldigt få licensierade B & B söder om Bred. Detta charmiga kökshus från 1830 ligger i historiska Charleston i det mest eftertraktade distriktet "South of Broad". Platsen är tyst och ett kvarter från hamnen i Charleston och ett halvt kvarter från vackra White Point Gardens. Det är gångavstånd till restauranger, shopping och underhållning.

Det möblerade kökshuset renoverades 2016.

En stor första våningen innehåller ett vardagsrum / matplats med två stora eldstäder. Ett pentryskök har en Wolf-serie och huva, Subzero-kylskåp och en Bosch-diskmaskin och Carrera-marmorräknare. På andra våningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett renoverat hallbad, en mysig häll och en solbelyst solporch, perfekt för en studie eller koppla av på sen eftermiddag. Den tredje våningen erbjuder en master svit med en queen size-säng, klädkammare, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett vackert badrum med en vacker marmor och glasdusch.

Charleston Charm

Wonderful beds!!

Good property with good location and communication with Emily, but by far the best part was the supremely comfortable beds! We would come back again for those100%. We would also not try to navigate the drive next time. It was doable, but if we came again, I’d line up the parking passes in advance and make sure I was clear on the street parking rules. So if you don’t have a small car, it may be worth lining up the passes Emily will provide.

South of Broad

The charming Kitchen House gives a wonderful feel for Old Charleston. It's one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. Every detail of the three-story house was elegant. The accommodations were comfortable and the location was perfect for viewing Charleston's magnificent houses.

This property is legally licensed in the city as a short term rental. It has passed many requirements to be licensed.

The kitchen house is a historic kitchen house to the main house that was constructed in 1830. The main floor has two large fireplaces that were originally used for the cooking / laundry for the main house.

The kitchen house is very charming with lovely windows. The entire house has very recently under gone a complete renovation with high end appliances and marble counter tops and bathroom fixtures.

Enjoy the quiet south of broad neighborhood, close to parks and beautiful gardens. We are within walking distance to King Street with fabulous shopping and many fine restaurants. There are several beaches nearby as well as a wonderful aquarium, children's museum and Charleston Museum, providing many hours of entertainment. Because we appreciate our quiet neighborhood and we're sure you will too, no events are allowed. The outdoor courtyard is limited to 9PM. Off street parking is available for one (1) car.
