A really lovely property, with a ton of beach amenities available and an unbeatable location. Check in and check out were smooth and easy, and the property was in great condition when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again next time we are in Encinitas.

Wonderful spot by Moonlight Beach!

A small group of friends and I stayed for a girls trip, and this was the perfect spot! Immaculately clean with all amenities we needed and a fabulous location. I'd love to stay here again!!

Fun times at the beach

Had a blast! The house is steps away from Moonlight Beach. Super clean and well provisioned. Tons of beach gear to have fun with. Wetsuits were clutch.Would stay again. My cousin will be renting this spot as well.

great for multi-generational family stay

We had a lovely stay for some family time. The house was well stocked with cooking and beach supplies, which was super handy. The house hummed loudly when the water was running, otherwise the house was everything we could have needed and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Great family rental

We loved our time in Encinitas. This property was clean, accommodating for our family with young children and so close to the beach. Owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and were easy to get ahold of during the stay. Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us!

Fantastic location!

This property close to moonlight beach was fantastic for our young family of four. It's close to the beach and the main street in Encinitas. The property is in a quiet, safe street and is a really comfortable family home! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great beach house with everything you need!

This house is set up with everything you could need for a beach vacation. Perfect place for families with kids. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants etc nearby.

Great Location

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at! Very clean and plenty of room for our family get together and being able to walk to Moonlight Beach was a definite plus! Close to restaurants and downtown Encinitas as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Getaway

I cannot speak highly enough about this property and the owners.The location was perfect for our family vacation. Moonlight Beach was a three minute walk, and great food and shopping were just a short walk too. Everything at the property was clean, comfortable, and in great working condition. There is a washer and dryer and everything you need for the beach. There are two bikes to ride around on, and a beautiful deck to sit on in the evening. Erin was extremely accommodating and immediately responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing location, well stocked

Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and ice cream! This is the most well stocked house we've ever rented - they literally have everything. Backyard is beautiful and we ate all our meals on the deck. Would be 5 stars if there wasn't a mold issue in the house (the asthmatics in our family felt it...).

Very Close to the Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay that this home. It has everything that you would need including bikes, wet suites, surf boards and sand toys. If I had to pick something to improve I would want a bigger light in a back yard so you could see the grill better and maybe even eat outside when it is dark out. Other than that it was exactly what we needed. We walked down to the beach everyday. The water was rough when we where there but it was so beautiful and the surfers are always fun to watch. The house is only 35 mins from San Diego so it was an easy drive to the Zoo and Sea World. We enjoyed Swamis Beach at low tied. Cali Cream is just up the road with the most amazing ice cream. Thanks for a great stay!!

Wonderful Fit For Our Family

Amazing location - just steps from Moonlight beach and easy walk to main shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Bikes were great to have and can explore a lot of the area without a car. Loved having 3 bedrooms and large kitchen. Garage and all if it’s outdoor and beach fun gear was great to have. Nice backyard space to hang out in too.

This home has been in our family since the 1970s. It has been loved and nurtured through 4 generations of family. It's our happy place. Our grandparents bought it before anyone really knew just how cool Encinitas was. We have storyboards of memories with our families on Moonlight Beach. To say it is near and dear to our hearts, is an understatement. In 2017, Erin, Tiffany and I (Piper), cousins and sisters, embarked on the adventure of keeping the legacy alive. With increasing expenses, that meant we needed to rent the house so that we could keep it in our family for our children and our children's children. It gives us great joy to share the house and to know that other people love it as much as we do.
