The host was great and easy to work with. We had plenty of supplies in the kitchen. We struggled with plug-ins in the bedroom, but overall had a wonderful experience and would rent it again plenty of beds and two nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the hot tub!

The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was nice but some of the jets didn’t work. The front door and some of the indoor doors need to be painted. Some additional landscaping would make it more appealing. The furniture was very comfortable.

Family vcay at Tan Tar A

Great place for the family vacay. Area was very peaceful and we had fun counting the roaming deer in the area. Family pools were available as well as the sliding pool at Tan Tar A. Marty is a great host and provided information for activities. The property was easy to get to and was accessable to many vendors. The rooms are very comfortable and if you wish to cook, the grill is great and the kitchen is well equipped. We plan to return in the future.

Memorial weekend

Really enjoyed the lake house, perfect area. Luv the hot tub, only thing didn’t like the patio was to crowded, to many chairs and we had to clean it before we could sit outside. The beds were horrible, if the beds was better everything would have great. But we still enjoyed the house.

Family Weekend

The property was clean inside, beds were fairly comfortable, if you suffer with allergies I recommend you don’t sleep in the sunroom. It’s a cute setup but feels like you’re outdoors. The hot tub was a nice addition. The neighborhood is very quiet.Easy to get to.

Great Place Close to the Golf Course

I had a wonderful stay here. It was very clean and close to several golf courses and places to eat. It was the perfect spot for our group to stay for our annual golf tournament. There was a ton of room, and the hot tub was a nice added touch.

Sisters weekend

We had a great time the house clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working but they were quick to come and try to fix it but couldn’t. They left us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again!!

Friends golf trip

This property was perfect for a long weekend of golf in osage beach. The property was clean and the location was great. We did not eat at the house but it appeared to have everything one would need if they wanted to. The hot tub was a nice bonus, especially after playing 36 holes of golf each day. I would highly recommend this house for families or a group of friends wanting to visit Lake of the Ozarks, and would 100% book here again.

Has what you need

While lacking in overall space, the amenities more than make up for it. Plenty of sleeping for 8-10 people. The grill worked perfectly. The hottub was great.

Ups and Downs

Our trip was to be our Valentine’s gift to each other. Upon arrival we had to shovel about an inch of ice and snow off the entry sidewalk, as this had not been cleared for us. Entry was smooth and the inside was very clean. Later in the day we enjoyed the hot tub, although headrests were missing, only one jet operated and only one light was working. Impending snowstorm forced us to leave a day early. We were ghosted when we requested an adjustment of fees due to act of god early departure

Great getaway for our January Birthdays

My family and our 82 yr old grama stayed here and we didn’t have any problems w our gramas wheelchair getting into the home and through the rooms except the bathroom which wasn’t a problem for us bcuz grama can walk short distances at times . We all enjoyed the home w hot tub ! My husband , daughter and her family and my son and his friend stayed and there was enough room for everyone. And Margaritaville was just a short distance from us . The only thing we encountered that was disappointment was the tv in the bedroom didn’t work , the other bedroom had a dvd player ( no cable ) and the living room tv worked after we finally got the internet tv to work , but all and all this was a great place for our family .And Marty the host was great and communicated w us about any questions we had !
