The villa itself is a well-appointed and spacious two bedroom property with pretty gardens.

Description:

Villa Loukia is a spacious well-appointed end of terrace two bedroom villa. The ground floor hosts the open plan kitchen, living and dining area all of which look out over the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and the living area is comfortably furnished.

The twin bedroom is also on the ground floor and has patio doors opening to the garden and pool terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a shower unit. The master bedroom is upstairs and has an adjacent bathroom with two showers, two sinks and a bath. The master bedroom has a lovely light feeling as it has opens out to both a rear balcony and roof terrace. A great place to take in the sunset views.

Outside there is a spacious pool terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor eating area with Gas BBQ.

Hestiades Greens Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Hestiades Greens Village is situated right in the heart of the resort, around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square. The villas on this village all boast their own private pools, thus there is no communal pool here.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
