At Sand Dollar One, we pride ourselves on having some of the most thorough cleaning protocols on 30A. Each home is inspected three times prior to guest arrival, with approval required from multiple teams to ensure everything is guest-ready. It’s clear from your comments that we fell short in your case, and for that, we sincerely apologize. When I personally visited to assist with the golf cart battery issue, I was unaware of the other concerns you had experienced. Once you shared them, just two days before your departure, I offered to send both our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately to address the issues. I understand you felt it was too late at that point, and I respect your decision.
