Välkommen till vårt vackra Florida-hem i den exklusiva gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Det ligger i ett lugnt och trevligt skogsområde med sjöar, vandringsleder och lekplats. Den privata vägen är fodrad med palmer som är upplysta på natten. Villan är idealiskt belägen för alla större attraktioner och ligger cirka 20 minuter från Disney Theme Parker, 25 minuter från Sea World och 30 minuter från Universal Studios. Det är drygt 5 minuter från Highway 192 med sitt brett utbud av affärer, restauranger och andra attraktioner. Villaens vardagsrum är i en modern öppen planlösning med lounge, kök och matplats. Det utökade och välmöblerade pooldäcket är perfekt för avkoppling efter en dag på temaparkerna.
Alternativt är skuggan på Lanai med takfläkt den perfekta platsen att äta, läsa eller bara slumma och på natten skapar undervattensbelysningen i poolen och spa en bra bakåt för avslappning på kvällen.

Great Property, within 30 mins of most popular attractions.

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean and very nice inside. The screen of the lanai was ripped in several locations, but we didn't have any bug issues outside, so not a big deal. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our taste, but that's highly personal so others may like it! Overall we really enjoyed the property and our stay there was exceptional! Martina was very pleasant and responsive, as was the property management company. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay

Good location for us not far from shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was great in the early evenings after a long day in the heat of our adventures. Thanks for letting us stay we had a great time.

Stayed for a cheer competition

Wonderful house with a great location to a lot of the resorts and restaurant's. The pool was a nice touch and really private. The neighborhood was quiet and had great curb appeal. My daughter and I enjoyed playing a round of pool and foosball.

Great vacation home

We had a great time on our vacation. It took about 30 minutes to get to Universal from this property with the traffic. The property was clean. We really enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. The location of the property was convenient and in a great neighborhood.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Pool was wonderful and clean. We had everything we needed and plan to come back again very soon! Some suggestions would be that the sliding back door needs to be fixed and the queen mattress is not useable and needs to be replaced.

Another relaxing stay

property is very comfortable, and private pool area is a plus. its off of the main highway (about 5 miles) for getting away from the busy area, but close enough to many restaurants and activity's including the theme parks which are about 20 minutes away. Property was just as described. Clean, well maintained. Perfect for my family. Cooking appliances were a little outdated and worn. Beach/pool towels were well used. Hot tub was not used as there was no easy step for a senior to get out of. That was disappointing. We did enjoy our stay.

Overall it was good

The owners and management were quick to answer request. The pool guy did not clean the pool very well as he was there for 5 minutes and the pool was full of bugs when we got there. We cleaned it out daily. The furniture a little outdated, but kitchen was full of supplies needed to cook. Had to pay extra for a grill.

Great for our needs

House suited our needs just fine. Pros: °Beds were comfy °Close to Disney and convention center °plenty of space Cons: °Screen around the pool has large holes/tearing, so we were eaten alive by bugs. Also allowed a lot of ‘gunk’ into the pool. °Only one lid (that we could find) for all the pots in the kitchen All in all, we had an amazing time and the price was right.

Memorial Day 2022

We booked this as a weekend get away before summer starts and the boyfriend gets super busy at work. Was nice and relaxing in the pool in the evenings...the hot tub was nice but was hard for me and my bad knee to get in and out of. The bed was so comfy. The house was great! The wifi would only connect to my kindle for some unknown reason but that was fine with us because we didnt care to be on the laptops anyway and phones have data so it all worked. Thank u for letting us stay!
