Nyligen ombyggda familjens hus ligger i ett vackert område i St. Petersburg nära Tampa, Florida. Vi erbjuder bekvämt boende året runt i fullt utrustat hus ungefär 7 minuter från stranden, stor inhägnad trädgård ger massor av avskildhet, 18 fot över marken (delvis inground) uppvärmd simbassäng, Florida rum, uteplats sittplats, gasgrill under lusthus, , barns gunga och bildspel., spela skicka
Huset ligger nära den långa Gulf Boulevard, sträcker sig längs kusten från Clearwater till Saint Pete Beach, det finns ett brett utbud av attraktioner, trevliga restauranger med uteservering vid havet, barer, många butiker med olika varor.
Det finns en möjlighet till naturligtvis sport: det finns gratis tennisbanor cirka 2 minuter bort (tennisracketar och bollar finns i huset), cykelledning cirka 3 minuter från huset, ... sedan golfbanan, minigolf och gå fiske, åka eller hyra en båt, jet-ski, etc.

house not kept up, blame on us for not reporting

The code to get into the house doesnt change between guests and is VERY easy to guess, making it very unsafe. The property felt/looked dirty; stains on walls, door frames, outlets. The pool was not clean, there was debris and toys (not floaties) in the pool at check- in. The ladder to get in and out of the pool was broke on one side making it VERY hard to use, major safety concern that should have been addressed before arrival. The couch is not as pictured- it is a faux leather couch, with one pillow completely duct taped on one side (ew). The king bed is low to the floor so be wary if you have mobility issues. The 2nd bathroom is only accessible thru the kitchen, in the laundry area. Part of the pool was duct taped. There were paw prints on the deck so there were dogs there even though it is not pet friendly. Host was at the property twice without telling us- they took the trash out and "serviced the pool" (nothing was cleaned, just a therm placed), We wouldn't have had ANY problem with that but we were not aware so it made us feel watched (host told us they were there when we spoke after our stay). We did not bring these concerns up during the stay, they should have been addressed prior to arrival, and we already felt unsafe (locks). When I respectfully brought these concerns up post stay, host gaslighted me, was dismissive, telling me i was trying to "get money back after a vacation" (i asked for a partial refund, was denied). I'm sure I'll get a similar response here.

Such a fun and cozy house!!!

House was so much fun, and is very close to beaches, stores, and restaurants, and plenty of other attractions. Richard and Ramona were very quick and helpful when I reached out and had questions. The tiki bar by the pool is such a cool and amazing idea, it’s a good place to chat and hangout. The beds were a tad bit hard but not terrible, but the bathrooms were clean and had plenty supplies for us to use. Overall had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend and very likely to come back ln the future!

Overall great time

We loved our time at this home. It was perfect for 4 guest. We did a long weekend for our friends 40th birthday and it was perfect. We got to relax by the pool and we were close enough to go to the beach .

Great family time

With how crazy everything still is right now, this gave us a very good place to just hang out. My husband and our l.o. went with another couple with one about the same age and we loved it here. The kids could run and didn’t have to worry while still hanging out in the sunshine!

While clean and adequately equipped the description of 3 bedrooms 2 baths seemed stretched The 3rd bedroom was more an enclosed study with a single couch bed and no closet or bureau. The 2nd bath was in the garage. 6minutes to the beach, which was close, would only be doable if you ran all the lights

Lovely Stay

I came with my family and we were debating between a condo on the beach or this house and we are so happy that we chose this property! Everything was clean, lovely, and well maintained. The kids had a blast in the backyard. Everything we needed was provided including a pack n play for the baby. The sun room and screened porch were a great area to relax. The owners were completely accommodating. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking in the area. The beach was a short, easy drive away.

NICE HOUSE AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH

The owner responded quickly to our BBQ grill problem and also resolved it right away. Home was clean, nicely decorated and furnished. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and the beach. The only thing which bothered us a little were the sugar ants and the other dead bugs, but that is almost normal for Florida. It is a lovely rental, if you are looking for a quiet place after a sunny beach day.

Beautiful clean home in great location.

Richard and Romana very responsive. Home was clean and convenient to shopping and beach close by. We even extended stay by 1 additional day. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location.

The owner responded quickly to my questions or concerns. Home was clean, well decorated and furnished, very homey and comfortable. Located in the perfect location close to everything. We will be staying here again in the future.

Great stay

The home was very lovely. Kitchen was nicley upgraded. The children enjoyed the swing set and the pool. The owner even stopped by to see if we needed anything for our stay. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely would recommend it.

The property is so close to everything you could possibly want. Within 2 miles you can be on Gulf Blvd where there are a multitude of beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping and so much more. Head south on Gulf Blvd and within just a few minutes you will find the beautiful cities of Treasure Island and St. Petersburg or head north to Clear Water Beach and arrive at Clearwater Beach and the Clearwater area. If you want to venture out even further you can be in Tampa in about 15 minutes.
