Nybyggd i mars 2017 och inspirerad av "liten husnation" och West Coast Living - denna moderna, fullt utrustade och privata Tiny House studiolägenhet ligger bara en mil från A & Ms campus.
Denna plats är den bästa av båda världar. Det är 0 mil från campus och det är gångavstånd till HEB, Target, Starbucks, restauranger och många andra stora butiker. Det är verkligen navet i Aggieland.
Om du gillar att gå eller jogga är parkstigen precis runt kvarteret ... bokstavligen! Vi är till och med på A&M-bussrutten.
Oavsett om du är en gästprofessor eller en förälder som besöker ditt Aggie-barn, byggdes denna plats med dig i åtanke.

Lägenheten har en ny drottningssäng, komplett badrum med dusch / badkar för blötläggning, pentry, köksbord och stolar, 32 "TV, kabel och internet.

Vi bor i huvudhuset och förser dig med frukost (vanligtvis hemlagad kanelrullar) till din första frukost.
Denna lägenhet är tillräckligt prisvärd för att stanna flera dagar på College Station. Ändå mycket rimligt prissatta för längre vistelser. Återigen, kolla in våra rabatterade priser!
Vi har haft erfarenhet av att "vara värd" för gäster i vårt hem, då vi hyrde vårt huvudhem 2013-2014 genom VRBO. Nu tar vi vår gästfrihet till en annan nivå med en privat studiolägenhet. Njut av!!

Excellent brief stay

This is a great location near campus, and the unit was reasonably priced. The owners were very responsive before and during the trip. The unit is cozy but suitable for 1-2 people, and it was well-stocked with appliances. We will consider this option for future visits. Thanks and Gig'Em.

Really cute place to stay near campus!

The room was tiny, but just enough space and absolutely adorable! Great decor, super comfortable bed and pillows and really sweet owners. The only downside was that the shower didn't get super hot, but we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. Property was just as described. Everything we needed for our stay! Cinnamon rolls were delicious. Comfortable bed and pillows! Quiet area close to A&M! Owners were awesome and responsive to our questions prior to arrival. Will definitely return again!!!

Wonderful Accommodations

This studio apartment was a wonderful place for my husband and I to stay in College Station. It was well stocked, clean, beautifully decorated, and close to everything. We hope to come back again! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I have 3 married children and 7 grandkids! After watching the TV Show "Tiny House Nation" and visiting Seattle, I was inspired to build my own "Tiny House Apartment"!! I love to welcome people to College Station and Texas A&M. It's where I graduated, in '81, and our 3 kids in '07, '09, '10. Whoop!! My husband recently retired after 32 years with A&M.
We love our location because we are so close to the University. There is nothing like the feel of a College Town and being in the middle of it all. From our front porch we can even hear the distant sound of the Aggie band!
We operate a bakery out of our home and sell our goods at the local farmers market in downtown Bryan on Saturdays.
Because I enjoy baking, I can provide you, as our guest, some of our sourdough cinnamon rolls or other baked goodies the first morning of your stay. It's part of our hospitality and making you feel at home in College Station.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Again this area is all about location!! So close to Texas A&M. We are on the bus route if you are a visiting student or professor. If you are here for "game day", the bus can pick you up 2 hours before a game and drop you off on campus near the Memorial Student Center/MSC.
We recommend a car, but several international students have stayed here and appreciated the walking distance to HEB, Target, restaurants, etc.
Just because the apartment is "tiny" doesn't mean it's not equipped! There's a microwave, NuWave induction cooktop, 9.2 cu.ft bottom freezer refrigerator, blender, toaster oven and coffee pot...
And, because it has a separate entrance, our guest can come and go as they want.
